Have stayed here twice now, and very impressed with the staff, facilities, communication and amenities. Check in/out was fast and easy. Staff are friendly and accommodating of requests. Great location. Heated pool was nice too. Beds were comfy, and rooms well designed and clean. Great place to stay.

two night stay to attend a wedding in Canberra. Easy checkin. Good location. Easy to walk to the lake and to coffee shops and restaurants. Room was small, but suited our needs. Quiet area. Good undercover parking. Pool looked nice, but as it rained we didn’t use it. Would stay again

Comfortable bed, close to some of the best restaurants in the capital. Easy place to park the car and straight up to your room. There is a beautifully heated lap pool to use with spa! We had a geat stay

Very friendly staff, spacious car park, clean room, pool, gym, many local restaurants are in walking distance, complementary drinks and snacks, and pretty much everything you can think of are there. Amazing hotel to stay for any occasions.

Such a convenient location close (walking distance) to excellent restaurants, cafes with good coffee, bakeries, gelati, Superbarn, pizzas, the lake, bus stops, beauticians etc. Lovely infinity edge lap pool & a small gym. A nice quiet spot.

The staff on reception were lovely and welcoming. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and free movies. The bathroom was remarkably big and had a bath and full sized shower. Only two faults were that the cups supplied did not fit the coffee maker (perhaps intended to use the water glasses?). Also the carpets, although clean, appear to have been wet-cleaned so crunchy under foot. Same in the corridors where the lighter coloured carpet shows water stains. All in all, a lovely place to stay in Canberra and we would highly recommend.

The location of this property is very good, close to Kingston shops, with plenty of dining options. Unfortunately, housekeeping was terrible. Used glasses left in the room, a random artificial sweetener empty packet was on a shelf when I arrived and stayed there for three days. I had to ask the front desk to clean a filthy couple of brown splash marks left on the bathroom floor by housekeeping. No care shown in cleanliness or hygiene.

The building is modern, great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst rooms are nice, all 3 beds were as hard as rocks, sheets on one bed had fresh blood, doona on another bed had blood stains. Lounge which was also hard as a rock also had disgusting stains on it. Dirty towel was left in wardrobe in main room

We had a great 3 night stay, 2 Adults 2 Kids. Modern building, cosy, clean, fresh and tidy. We had all the usual things you’d find in a hotel room, together with a well equipped kitchen. We usually stay in the CBD but staying in Kingston was a great choice to explore the inner suburbs or Canberra. All staff friendly and welcoming. Large underground parking, the lifts take you straight up to your room level. Highly recommend and will stay again!

The location is fantastic- shops and cafes and restaurant in abundance nearby but a quiet spot nonetheless. The walk to the Kingston foreshore which is fabulous, is pleasant and easy. Bus services nearby are plentifuul if you have no car. the Accommodation was of high standard. Desk staff really helpful and pleasant. The only suggestion for improvement is to replace the hall way carpet on the ground floor, as its pervasive stain makes the entrance to the premises appear seedy and is not a true reflection of the high standard of the hotel. It really is ugly to be greeted by that awful widespread stain. Well worth its top rating by guests on this website though.

Here for one night on a business trip. I couldnt get inside to reception so entered the building as a guest left. A slight wait at check in but the lady at reception was very friendly and very informative about the accommodation & amenities etc. I had my dinner delivered via Menulog and the same lady delivered to my door very promptly. The rooms are quite nice, decor is spot on. A few stains on the carpets but thats no big deal, at approx 9pm I noticed by AC was not working and it had been a hot day reaching 34 degrees. The same staff member came in to check, she offered me an alternative room on the same floor which i accepted gratefully. The room I was in had traffic noise but otherwise a very comfortable stay (eventually).

the photos of the room suggested it was larger than it actually was, it was very cramped. On two occasions we could smell cooking in our room coming from somewhere in the building. The room and bathroom were very clean. But the photos on your website are very misleading in size and space.I have stayed in rooms in Japan that had more room. My partner was very unimpressed

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment to look at - very clean - high-end appliances, comfortable lounge, good shower heads and water pressure. Very spacious. Lifts are efficient. Entire building and grounds are very well maintained. Unfortunately a few things that the property managers may want to consider: We had the air conditioning turned up to 28, and the room was still cold (we checked we were on heat cycle). There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything ends up wet after a shower (condensation). The blinds in the bedroom are block-out, but there are very large gaps at the side - we were woken at sunrise, whether we liked it or not. There are no block-out blinds in the living area - and there are other apartments in another building looking straight in - felt like no privacy.

Exceptional service, always clean great facilities and inclusions. We were abke to use the microwave in reception to heat our food up. I stay here once a month when I'm travelling for work. My only complaint is that the aircon in every standard room ive stayed doesn't work well. I had it on cool at 18 degrees, and it was still warmer in the room than it was in the hallway. I had staff take a look but they couldnt work out why it happens

The room was fine but I paid extra for a "balcony" as we like to sit outside to eat our breakfast in the morning. The "balcony" ended up being a bit bigger than a juliette balcony that was about a foot deep and 4 feet wide - only enough to lean out. Not worth the extra $. Would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Stayed 2 nights and the a/c didn’t work well in the room so they very kindly moved me to another room without complaint - a suite thank you very much. Area was in walking distance to local eateries and the neighbourhood was very quiet and clean. I would stay here again if coming back to Canberra

Great location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were not very helpful. Daily servicing of room was random - some beds made and not others - some ammenities restocked and not others - bathrooms not cleaned, which was a bit average given the price.

We booked 4 nights in Executive King Bed room and it was great. There was plenty of space as well as a balcony. The staff, especially those servicing our room, were great. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Also, it was easy to get more coffee, tea and snacks at any time from the reception self-service area.

Quiet, spacious hotel apartment that had all the essentials covered with some bonuses such as large fridge and free snacks in the kitchen. Reception staff were affable and helpful and check-in was efficient and friendly. Undercover parking was convenient. Kingston and Manuka shops and cafes were in walkable distance. Recommended.

Excellent location, only a short walk to plenty of eating options both in Kingston and the waterfront area. Hotel facilities were very good, comfortable rooms, quiet, clean and perfect for a short break in Canberra. Easy underground, secure car parking was included too.

This has become our go to hotel when we stay in Canberra. Great location - close to the restaurants in Kingston, a few minutes walk to Manuka. Staff are always friendly. Good size room - comfy bed, big bathroom. Free on site parking. Always enjoy our stay here.

Well located, close to Kingston shops and restaurants. Very quiet and well appointed apartment. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch. We booked only two days before we travelled, very last minute and reception called us straight away to check how we’d like the rooms to be set up. We’d definitely recommend Knightsbridge.

Such a great hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms with a great coffee pod machine & free water & snacks, including soft drink (unheard of in most hotels). Wonderful location in Kingston & we walked to a local Italian restaurant for a yummy meal. Quiet neighbourhood & a comfy bed! We will be back 😊

I love this hotel - great location, excellent staff, great add-ons (eg snack foods). My only minor gripe would be that I'd like to see more focus on reducing landfill. The hotel still has silly shampoo/conditioner tubes which become landfill, instead of the dispensers most hotels are going to. And I hate that they don't provide a small long life milk container like lots of places, but instead have (lots of) individual milk portions in plastic, which are terrible for the environment. But overall, it's a great place to stay...

The Knightsbridge is our new go to accommodation in Canberra. We were recommended this hotel by a family member and we were very happy with what we found. The check in process is simple with a 24 hour reception. The room was just what we wanted. Large and airy with plenty of natural light. Very clean and well maintained with a large balcony. The bedroom was great with a very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. There is also an in room safe in the bedroom. The kitchenette was well stocked and very handy. Underground carpark is available to guests, it is closed between 9.00pm to 6.00am but can be accessed with a phone call to reception. Overall this is a great place to stay and very close to all the restaurants and bars in Kingston.
