Would I stay there again? No. Room 5 had a separate bathroom and the carpet to it felt dirty so needed slippers which I didn't have. Breakfast wasn't to my taste (continental it wasn't). Coffee machine didn't work but I was able to swap the machine from another in room 6 but still wasn't very hot nor produced decent coffee. Didn't know which coffee was which - you need some sort of code. I had to do a bit of work on the table but the lighting was very poor. I did sleep well though and it was very quiet. I parked 100 yards away and thus not ideal.

Short break away with my partner we loved the hotel, the room was gorgeous slight difficulty with getting the TV to work and towels definitely needed replacing little laundered and not fluffy and soft as described. Breakfast was lovely and communication between the hosts was great. We will be coming back.

Check in was smooth, the room and bathroom were stunning, with high quality stylish fittings. We had an in room Continental breakfast, generous in quantity and choice. We couldn’t fault anything.

Excellent breakfast and good WiFi connection. The central location is perfect for the visiting the town. I received a very informative arrival text detailing everything, including parking advice. The room was very comfortable. Be aware this is a very old building, the single pain glass does not block much of the road noise and it was quite chilly in the room overnight. However, this didn’t ruin my stay, I would consider staying again.
