Nous sommes partis avec mes petits fils à Europa-Park à notre arrivée nous avons été très bien reçus, la chambre est très spacieuse, des lits très confortables , et le soir nous avons profité d un délicieux buffet italien , Un vrai régal que vous devez absolument tester avec boissons inclues idem pour le déjeuner ! Génial

Etwas laut, da wir direkt zum Nachbar Restaurant, wo eine Hochzeit stattfand und direkt über der Küchenlüftung war. Aber abgesehen davon gut. Bequeme Betten und Bettzeug. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Niemals wieder! 24,5 Grad im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage, die aber nicht funktionierte! Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden, da der vorbeifließende Straßenverkehr sehr laut war. Der Mangel wurde zwei Beschäftigten mitgeteilt, jedoch wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Unser Wunsch bei der Buchung, Lage des Zimmers nicht zur Straßenseite, wurde nicht berücksichtigt! Beim auschecken wurde kurz "Entschuldigung" gemurmelt ...

Sauberes schönes Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Familienzimmer (Doppelbett+Etagenbett) ist für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu klein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier zu Gast und kommen immer gerne wieder. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Kopfkissen. Diese bieten keinen Halt oder Stütze und verursachen bei uns Rückenschmerzen und schlechten Schlaf. Da wir das aber wissen, bringen wir immer unsere eigene Kissen mit.

La chambre etait mieux que la 1ere fois. Le gérant est top et il nous a même gentiment monter nos pizzas délicieuses dans nos chambres. Le matin on devait prendre notre train très tôt et j'ai apprécié que nos petits dejeuners soient prets déjeunets

I stayed at the Hotel La Toscana for four nights during a recent visit to Europa-Park. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the main Ringsheim railway station from where you can get the shuttle bus to Europa-Park. The staff members on reception and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. English is widely spoken and breakfast includes everything that you could need to start your day well, so do not let this be a worry. I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend and I will defiantly be staying here again on my next visit to Europa-Park

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en rustige ruime kamers. Alleen in de omgeving is niks te doen maar wel op loopafstand een heerlijke pizzeria. Ook is het maar 5 minuten rijden naar Europapark.

I stayed at the Hotel La Toscana for four nights during a recent visit to Europa-Park. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the main Ringsheim railway station from where you can get the shuttle bus to Europa-Park. The staff members on reception and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. English is widely spoken and breakfast includes everything that you could need to start your day well, so do not let this be a worry. I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend and I will defiantly be staying here again on my next visit to Europa-Park

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut. Genügend Parkplätze. Es wird mittags und abends ein All-Inklusive Buffet inkl. Getränke (auch alkoholhaltige Getränke) angeboten. Als Hotelgast ist das Buffet 2 Euro günstiger.

Breakfast was very good! Mattress was very soft, it needs replacement! On Sunday the restaurant is closed, that is a real negatigve point.

We had a great stay in the hotel, food was amazing too especially the buffet. It was a 10 minute drive to the theme park too which was ideal! All the staff were friendly and helpful

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Ebenso ideal war die Nähe zum Europapark, ich werde mir das Hotel gut merken, es hat uns sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank :)

La personne à l'accueil était très gentille et serviable. La chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner parfait avec du choix. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant car fermé e dimanche soir.

Luckily Google Maps was more helpful and we had a lovely dinner at The Italian 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was average. Great stay, very comfortable rooms. Could do with stronger air conditioning but other than that fantastic stay. Close to Europapark. Would stay again :)

Nice, nice hotel that was close to the Europa Park. Rooms were clean and nice and air-conditioning worked. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Lots of parking space and located next to a supermarket.

The room was nice and quiet . Lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful if in need of help. I would have liked to see an ice machine available to guests. Coffee upon arrival could be free for added service. As well as some a bit more relaxed sitting area to read other then smoking pit. May I suggest that you start a free book corner for guests to use. Pick one leave one principle in foyer.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed there for easy access to Europa Park. The room (Romeo and Juliet suite) was lovely. There is free parking. The highlight was the Italian buffet in the beautiful restaurant--great value, and great taste!
