Great accommodation, very comfortable, decent choice of food from the vending machines, good breakfast. Perfect location... 3-minute walk from the cableway up to Kagura ski resort and the bus stop from the train station. They also offer discounted ski passes (cheaper than the ski resort) and Onsen passes. Highly recommend for those looking to ski at Kagura or explore the area.

This is my second visit to Kagura White Horse Inn. I am very satisfied with this hostel: 1. Clean rooms with hot and stable water and heater 2. Great and quiet location - 5 mins walk to Kagura Ski Resort and bus station, 10 mins walk to onsen 3. Stable WiFi 4. Fantastic western buffet breakfast which is crucial for a long ski day 5. Friendly and helpful staff who know English. They replied to our Expedia messages instantly. They also help moving luggage’s and food in fridge for changing to different rooms with different booking 6. They offered discounted ski resort tickets and onsen tickets 7. They offered rental of snowboards and boots and staff will teach you how to use it However, they got no lift so you may need to carry your luggage yourself. Earliest check in time is 3pm which is late. The closest restaurant nearby needs a 10 mins walk and closed normally at 5:30pm.

This is my second time staying here, and everything is still fantastic! The hosts are so welcoming, the facilities are well-equipped, and the best part is that it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Kagura Ski Resort.

겨울 카구라 스키장을 이용한다면 매우 좋은 선택이 될거 같다. 로프웨이까지 걸어서 5~10분정도 이다. 숙소는 깨끗하게 운영되며 조식은 간단하게 먹을수있고 맛있습니다. 1층엔 부츠 스키 스노우보드건조할수있는 공간이 있습니다. 간편한 식사를 할수있는 공용 조리공간이 있습니다. 세탁과 건조를 이용할수있는 코인 기계가 있습니다. 1층에 공용 조리실 휴게실 건조실등 공용으로 사용할수있는 공간과 2,3층 객실과 분리가 잘 되어있어 시끄러운 소음이나 불편함이 없습니다. 객실의 방음은 잘되는 편은 아닙니다. 주차장은 숙소 맞은편에 되어있고 넓습니다. 욕실은 작습니다. 아쉽게 온천탕은 없습니다. 온천탕을 이용하고 싶으면 10분 거리의 온천을 이용해야합니다.

大推神樂白馬旅館！ 位置：這次旅程是來神樂滑雪場春滑，以滑雪來說位置非常近，步行不到5分鐘就可以抵達三俁纜車站。 設施：旅館本身與滑雪相關的設備齊全，有雪具架、更衣室、乾燥室，也有打蠟架（不能使用熱蠟），也有提供雪具/行李代收與黑貓雪具寄送。一台投幣洗衣機與投幣烘衣機。 飲食：三俁纜車站附近只有一家溫泉跟食堂（旅館可以買溫泉便宜一點的入場票、建議自備毛巾），旅館有早餐buffet，簡單但齊全，費用也非常便宜！晚餐則需要自理，房間跟公共空間都有冰箱，也有廚房提供鍋碗瓢盆廚具，所以可以上山前去超市買食材自理，也有販賣機販賣微波加熱食品，微波爐3台不用擔心要排隊。公共空間的桌椅座位多。 員工：服務人員親切態度好，而且英文溝通非常流暢！ 房間：這次是住雙人房，房間稍小，沒有電梯，房間樓層在二樓或三樓，但以價格來說CP值還是非常高。往湯澤區移動除了公車就是計程車，當時退房離開因為還有大行李，選擇計程車，三俁湯澤之間單程大約5000日幣（車型會稍微影響價格），可以請櫃檯幫忙叫車甚至預約指定日期與時間。

スノボ初挑戦の二人組で利用。 バス停及びみつまたステーションがすぐ目の前という立地、部屋の写真も清潔感があり、価格もお手頃などの理由からここを予約しました。 当日通された部屋はトイレや洗面台なども含めて実際とても綺麗で、相方も喜んでいました。 チェックイン前でもロッカーが使用可能で、用具のレンタルやリフト券の割引販売などもされているので、必要なものは全てここで揃います。 実際に着替え等最低限の荷物で出発し、宿に到着して手続きを済ませたらロッカーに荷物を入れ、ボードとウェア上下・ブーツをレンタルしてその場で着込み、宿を出ればロープウェー発着場は目と鼻の先…といった流れで非常に手軽に楽しむことができました。 またレンタルの際は、用具の選定や着脱方法のレクチャーなど、初心者の自分達にもわかり易く丁寧かつスムーズに対応して頂けたので大変助かりました。 食事や温泉に関しては、徒歩圏内にある道の駅を利用する形になると思います。 道の駅には定食屋と喫茶店があり、もつ煮やソフトクリームを味わうことが出来るほか、お酒やおにぎりも売っているので、晩酌や朝食用に買っておくのも良いと思います。 なお今回は利用しませんでしたが、宿のフロントが開いている時間帯では軽食やお酒などが購入出来るようなので、道の駅の営業時間を逃してしまった場合でも食事抜きということは避けられます。 また、夜間も使用可能な共用のキッチンや談話スペースがあり、持ち込んだ食品を調理するのもOKなようです。 ちなみに自販機の酒類はキリン系で、宿の名前と同じホワイトホースのハイボールや一番搾りが買えます（これが個人的にポイント高かったです）。 接客は終始暖かく、到着時や上述のレンタルの際は勿論のこと、帰り際にはバスの案内もして頂き、大変お世話になってしまいました。 以上のように、アクセスが良い・部屋が綺麗・行動の自由度が高い・接客がとても親身などなどの点で、スキー・スノボ初心者からベテランまで安心して利用できる施設だと思います。 自分はこういった素泊まりの宿やウィンタースポーツ自体も初めての経験だったので、いくらか不安もあったのですが、ここのおかげでとても楽しい思い出を作ることができました。ありがとうございました。

地點很靠近神樂滑雪場纜車站，非常方便，距離公車站牌也很近，從JR車站坐公車過來也很方便。 雖然房間不是豪華取向，但是空間適當，該有的都有。飯店內共用設施很齊全，對滑雪者很友善，有個乾燥室可以將雪靴烘乾。此外有桌球可以玩，甚至有平台鋼琴可以彈奏。真心推薦-

The inn itself is great! Very clean, cozy, comfortable and well designed with many little details. Quite spacious rooms and the rest area. Some vending machines are present. Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store and an onsen nearby, but one day (out of three I spent there) they were both closed, so keep it in mind. During the day there are also trailers around Mitsumata ropeway that serve food, drinks and deserts. Beautiful snowy mountain views and spending time in the mountains, skiing/snowboarding is the best thing!

Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store and an onsen nearby, but one day (out of three I spent there) they were both closed, so keep it in mind. During the day there are also trailers around Mitsumata ropeway that serve food, drinks and deserts. Beautiful snowy mountain views and spending time in the mountains, skiing/snowboarding is the best thing!

The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. スタッフの方が感じ良かったです。 建物が増築を重ねた感じで迷路みたいでたのしいです。 17号線に向かっている部屋だったのですが夜中中車の音に起こされ続けたのが難点なので次回は反対側の部屋を希望しょうと思います。

겨울 카구라 스키장을 이용한다면 매우 좋은 선택이 될거 같다. 로프웨이까지 걸어서 5~10분정도 이다. 숙소는 깨끗하게 운영되며 조식은 간단하게 먹을수있고 맛있습니다. 1층엔 부츠 스키 스노우보드건조할수있는 공간이 있습니다. 간편한 식사를 할수있는 공용 조리공간이 있습니다. 세탁과 건조를 이용할수있는 코인 기계가 있습니다. 1층에 공용 조리실 휴게실 건조실등 공용으로 사용할수있는 공간과 2,3층 객실과 분리가 잘 되어있어 시끄러운 소음이나 불편함이 없습니다. 객실의 방음은 잘되는 편은 아닙니다. 주차장은 숙소 맞은편에 되어있고 넓습니다. 욕실은 작습니다. 아쉽게 온천탕은 없습니다. 온천탕을 이용하고 싶으면 10분 거리의 온천을 이용해야합니다.

アクセスは厳しいですが、価格を考えればOK 。 部屋によるのでしょうが、モーター音が壁向こうからずっと聞こえているので気になる人は辛いでしょう。 うちは、スノボー疲れで爆睡していました。 素泊まりで安いので満足でした。

地點很靠近神樂滑雪場纜車站，非常方便，距離公車站牌也很近，從JR車站坐公車過來也很方便。 雖然房間不是豪華取向，但是空間適當，該有的都有。飯店內共用設施很齊全，對滑雪者很友善，有個乾燥室可以將雪靴烘乾。此外有桌球可以玩，甚至有平台鋼琴可以彈奏。真心推薦-

Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store and an onsen nearby, but one day (out of three I spent there) they were both closed, so keep it in mind. During the day there are also trailers around Mitsumata ropeway that serve food, drinks and deserts. Beautiful snowy mountain views and spending time in the mountains, skiing/snowboarding is the best thing!

I stayed for one night to try snowboarding the next morning for the first time, I was very surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff was and there is a public bath at a walkable distance. The hotel is charming and retro, established in the 1970s and it has very lovely details in the decoration to enjoy

This is my second time staying here, and everything is still fantastic! The hosts are so welcoming, the facilities are well-equipped, and the best part is that it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Kagura Ski Resort.

Hosts were warm and generous and spoke English well. Hotel is a 2 min walk to gondola to amazing Kagura snow. Bus stop right out front too. Kitchen facilities to cook and also some basic meal options and vending machines.

We really enjoyed staying at Kagura White Horse Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located almost right across the road from Kagura ski resort so extremely convenient with easy bus access. If we have a minor gripe (not the fault of the lodgings), it's that the only eating place for dinner was the nearby "roadside stop" about 10-15 minutes walk away. We could have taken a taxi into town but after a day's skiing, you're usually tired and usually want to dine somewhere close and convenient. That aside, we had a very pleasant experience staying at White Horse Inn.

This is my second time staying here, and everything is still fantastic! The hosts are so welcoming, the facilities are well-equipped, and the best part is that it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Kagura Ski Resort.

There are not many shops or restaurants around but that is offset by the way access to mitsumata ropeway across the road. So be prepared and bring some food from Yuzawa if you travel by bus.

the staffs are very friendly. we usually stay at the hotel twice a year, close to the Ropeway, which making things very easy... the boss lady is very attentive and managing the place well.

Simple and cozy! This is exactly what I needed. Very nice staff and the older man speaks pretty good English. Also they all speak a little English. 3 minute walk to the Gandala. Be aware of the gandala and bus schedule plus how long it could take you to get down the mountain. This will save you a lot of time and taxi money to get back to the train station

Hosts were warm and generous and spoke English well. Hotel is a 2 min walk to gondola to amazing Kagura snow. Bus stop right out front too. Kitchen facilities to cook and also some basic meal options and vending machines.

We really enjoyed staying at Kagura White Horse Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located almost right across the road from Kagura ski resort so extremely convenient with easy bus access. If we have a minor gripe (not the fault of the lodgings), it's that the only eating place for dinner was the nearby "roadside stop" about 10-15 minutes walk away. We could have taken a taxi into town but after a day's skiing, you're usually tired and usually want to dine somewhere close and convenient. That aside, we had a very pleasant experience staying at White Horse Inn.

地點很靠近神樂滑雪場纜車站，非常方便，距離公車站牌也很近，從JR車站坐公車過來也很方便。 雖然房間不是豪華取向，但是空間適當，該有的都有。飯店內共用設施很齊全，對滑雪者很友善，有個乾燥室可以將雪靴烘乾。此外有桌球可以玩，甚至有平台鋼琴可以彈奏。真心推薦-

Great accommodation, very comfortable, decent choice of food from the vending machines, good breakfast. Perfect location... 3-minute walk from the cableway up to Kagura ski resort and the bus stop from the train station. They also offer discounted ski passes (cheaper than the ski resort) and Onsen passes. Highly recommend for those looking to ski at Kagura or explore the area.

This is my second visit to Kagura White Horse Inn. I am very satisfied with this hostel: 1. Clean rooms with hot and stable water and heater 2. Great and quiet location - 5 mins walk to Kagura Ski Resort and bus station, 10 mins walk to onsen 3. Stable WiFi 4. Fantastic western buffet breakfast which is crucial for a long ski day 5. Friendly and helpful staff who know English. They replied to our Expedia messages instantly. They also help moving luggage’s and food in fridge for changing to different rooms with different booking 6. They offered discounted ski resort tickets and onsen tickets 7. They offered rental of snowboards and boots and staff will teach you how to use it However, they got no lift so you may need to carry your luggage yourself. Earliest check in time is 3pm which is late. The closest restaurant nearby needs a 10 mins walk and closed normally at 5:30pm.

スノボ初挑戦の二人組で利用。 バス停及びみつまたステーションがすぐ目の前という立地、部屋の写真も清潔感があり、価格もお手頃などの理由からここを予約しました。 当日通された部屋はトイレや洗面台なども含めて実際とても綺麗で、相方も喜んでいました。 チェックイン前でもロッカーが使用可能で、用具のレンタルやリフト券の割引販売などもされているので、必要なものは全てここで揃います。 実際に着替え等最低限の荷物で出発し、宿に到着して手続きを済ませたらロッカーに荷物を入れ、ボードとウェア上下・ブーツをレンタルしてその場で着込み、宿を出ればロープウェー発着場は目と鼻の先…といった流れで非常に手軽に楽しむことができました。 またレンタルの際は、用具の選定や着脱方法のレクチャーなど、初心者の自分達にもわかり易く丁寧かつスムーズに対応して頂けたので大変助かりました。 食事や温泉に関しては、徒歩圏内にある道の駅を利用する形になると思います。 道の駅には定食屋と喫茶店があり、もつ煮やソフトクリームを味わうことが出来るほか、お酒やおにぎりも売っているので、晩酌や朝食用に買っておくのも良いと思います。 なお今回は利用しませんでしたが、宿のフロントが開いている時間帯では軽食やお酒などが購入出来るようなので、道の駅の営業時間を逃してしまった場合でも食事抜きということは避けられます。 また、夜間も使用可能な共用のキッチンや談話スペースがあり、持ち込んだ食品を調理するのもOKなようです。 ちなみに自販機の酒類はキリン系で、宿の名前と同じホワイトホースのハイボールや一番搾りが買えます（これが個人的にポイント高かったです）。 接客は終始暖かく、到着時や上述のレンタルの際は勿論のこと、帰り際にはバスの案内もして頂き、大変お世話になってしまいました。 以上のように、アクセスが良い・部屋が綺麗・行動の自由度が高い・接客がとても親身などなどの点で、スキー・スノボ初心者からベテランまで安心して利用できる施設だと思います。 自分はこういった素泊まりの宿やウィンタースポーツ自体も初めての経験だったので、いくらか不安もあったのですが、ここのおかげでとても楽しい思い出を作ることができました。ありがとうございました。

The inn itself is great! Very clean, cozy, comfortable and well designed with many little details. Quite spacious rooms and the rest area. Some vending machines are present. Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store and an onsen nearby, but one day (out of three I spent there) they were both closed, so keep it in mind. During the day there are also trailers around Mitsumata ropeway that serve food, drinks and deserts. Beautiful snowy mountain views and spending time in the mountains, skiing/snowboarding is the best thing!

The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. There is an onsen next to the restaurant, very nice.

適合6-8人小團體一起住的民宿。交誼廳很方便，舒適，還有廚房可以使用。房間空間足夠使用，稍微移動小桌的位置，可以打開兩個28吋行李箱。老闆與老闆娘與小寶寶都很親切可愛。建築本體離纜車還算近，位置很優秀。要記得帶泡麵，或是在外面吃晚餐。

Our family of 5 had an enjoyable stay in a large Japanese style room. Great location for the ropeway and gear hire available too so very convenient. Nice to have the communal kitchen and dining areas as we got to meet some other guests. The ping pong table got a lot of use too. They lend toboggans for free, which is heaps of fun for the kids and the owners kindly didn't charge us when we accidentally broke one! (Even though we offered). Traditional onsen is worth a visit and in walking distance, just note the etiquette before you go as it's not focused on tourists. No supermarket nearby so stock up beforehand eg the train station. Highly recommended.
