Air B＆Bと同じスタイルなので、旅慣れた人には向いている。英語で電話が掛けられるくらいじゃないと、トラブル時のやり取りには困る。今回は、WIFIの通信障害が発生し、ルーターを交換してもらうのに手間取ったが、コンシェルジュは同じ棟内に住んでいるので対応は早い。ビーコンはタワマン3棟からなる複合施設で、今回は車寄せのある正面のタワーだったので、とても便利だった。

Only stayed for a few days and communication was good with the property caretaker Ruby. very friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Asked for extra garbage can and rug as there is only one of each in the unit and provided with items quickly. Unit was very clean, and will recommend as it provides best bang for your buck. Centrally located to everything (market, hospital, church, laundry, restos, malls) like EVERYTHING. Only point of improvement was the slow drains in the bathroom (sink & shower) which the building maintenance is aware of and the congested elevators during peak times (7am till 9am AND 4pm till 6pm).

We liked the view. And the pool. However there were some hazards in the unit that we had to make safe for ourselves. Also the refrigerator did not work. Cable was out several times. However we were there for a month and made do. All in all it was an ok unit. But not worth the price.

The staff were very accommodating, and the unit owner was highly responsive. I had an incredibly smooth stay at this place—100% recommended over any other hotels nearby. The unit came with its own kitchen and complete cooking ware, which was very convenient. It also had a beautiful view and great facilities. The location is excellent as well, close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Greenbelt and other malls.

Can’t really beat the price. It is a fairly clean place. There were a few small bugs but considering it’s Manila Philippines and the price is super affordable, it was worth it.

Aircon not that cold, there’s cockroaches, microwave didn’t work, i called the caretaker but they didn’t come to fix it. They don’t clean the room and change towels only if you stay for a week, they didn’t tell you about it until you are already booked, so better book a hotel, they clean the room everyday and change the towels.

I’ve stayed at Cristine’s Suite almost every year because of its unbeatable convenience; just a short walk to Greenbelt and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. They offer several decent and cozy units, and past stays have generally been pleasant. However, this year was a big disappointment. The unit assigned to us was infested with cockroaches, which immediately became a deal-breaker. Because of this, we decided not to extend our stay and will likely switch to hotels moving forward. Guests should also know that this is a very “do-it-yourself” type of accommodation. You’re expected to keep the place clean and make your own bed, which we never had an issue with. But throughout our many stays, they consistently forget to provide garbage bags, so we always end up buying our own. Another inconvenience is the strict no-early-check-in policy. Even if you just want to drop off your luggage, it’s not allowed, meaning you either wait for hours in the lobby or drag your bags around until check-in time. With all these hassles and the recent pest issue, this might be our last time staying there. Considering the inconvenience, hotels are starting to feel much more comfortable and even cheaper. Just one press of a button / call, they make up your room clean, fresh and roach free.

Check in was not easy. Had to call and request keys when that should have been all at front desk. The room was unlocked and keys were inside. Fridge didn’t work with the electric socket so had to move to other side to get it to work.

The area in general was great, shopping and site seeing was mostly walking distance from our condo. Public transportation was easily accessible and available when we needed them. Manager was often unresponsive to questions. At one point at 2am the power was cut off and the front desk stated that she hadn't paid the electric bill. We also had to make arrangements to allow the maintenance crew time time enter to inspect the fire alarm.

No show! Took payment for 3 nights but this person never picked up nor returned calls. No one at the property knew who she was. It took awhile and a lot of grief to get the refund from Expedia. Horrible!!!!!

Even if you just want to drop off your luggage, it’s not allowed, meaning you either wait for hours in the lobby or drag your bags around until check-in time. With all these hassles and the recent pest issue, this might be our last time staying there. Considering the inconvenience, hotels are starting to feel much more comfortable and even cheaper. Just one press of a button / call, they make up your room clean, fresh and roach free.

The staff were very accommodating, and the unit owner was highly responsive. I had an incredibly smooth stay at this place—100% recommended over any other hotels nearby. The unit came with its own kitchen and complete cooking ware, which was very convenient. It also had a beautiful view and great facilities. The location is excellent as well, close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Greenbelt and other malls.
