Accommodations were adequate. There was a nice variety of options for the included breakfast. The pull out couch needed repair and though we requested that the shower gel container be refilled more than once, that never happened. Really enjoyed cooling off in the outdoor pool.

Best value on the island with cheerful, competent, friendly staff. Practically new facility with excellent complimentary breakfast, located mid island (less than 5 min. to Coligny Beach) and convenient to the best dining and shopping options. Large spacious rooms with full size fridge and microwave, fast elevators and plenty of parking. You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find. Not close to beach but on a main location between 2 different beaches., not a 10 min drive to either, so that was nice. Parking was always available when we needed it. Our check-in was quick and effortless. The room was as expected... Clean and spacious. The Staff was always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Even though we were there for the beach, our granddaughter enjoyed the pool every evening. (The water was cold --a pool heater would have been nice). This was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price and we would use them again for future trips. Overall: Very Satisfied.

This stay was the best! We travel ALOT for our sons travel sports and also for vacation and this has been the best. The employees were all great, all very helpful and personable. So sweet and loving to our golden. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. Has nice outside seating, a swimming pool, grills to cook on, fire pit etc. My husband enjoyed the fitness center and I enjoyed walking the property. Felt very safe. The location was very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, trails, parks, the Lighthouse etc.

Enjoyed staying here overall. On the 3rd day, they replenished towels but beds were not made. On day 5, our beds were made in addition to replenishing our towels so we realized we were supposed to have housekeeping. No cooktop like promised. We had to use their bbq everyday, and it took time to ask staff to turn it on daily. Kroger’s is nearby and made for easy grocery pickup daily. Walmart is also not far away. At checkout, we waited and waited but nobody came to the front desk. When we peeked in, workers were just sitting around on their phones. Breakfast selection was mediocre because we were there a week and noticed there was not much selection. We made it work and it was okay. Complimentary water in the fridge in the lobby was nice. We did 3 loads of laundry (washing and drying) for $15 usd. On checkout day, breakfast was not ready at 6am like advertised. 15 minutes delayed from breakfast being served and then another 15 minutes waiting to check o it meant we were over 30 minutes delayed starting our journey home with looming storm warnings all around. People were helpful but nobody stood out as going above and beyond like other properties. Probably our last time staying at a Hilton property as a result of this experience.

Other than a slight hiccup with checking in, I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and having a full microwave/fridge was great too. Parking was an issue if you got back late, but the lot was well lit so safety was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Check in agent did not even say hello upon our arrival. She hummed Hallways were hot. A/C did not appear to be working. Bed was horrible. Shower was dirty and the soap dispensers both broken.

We stayed 13 days at this property. Nine days past before our room had a full clean following many calls and requests from both my husband and myself. I was told different stories from the manager on call, housekeeping supervisor, front desk staff about full cleaning services every other day, every two days and daily wipe down, towels, trash, and “maybe” make bed. Oddly, vacuuming was not part of a full clean. One had to ask for it. The daily clean and full clean did not happen without much effort on our part. It appears Hilton and this particular hotel is no longer interested in cleaning hotel rooms nor customer service. I asked for a partial refund due to the repeated problem and complaints and was told no.

Property was very quiet and comfortable. I liked that they offered you an apple and water every day. Was also great you could get a light breakfast in the morning and head out every day. I didn’t like the roaches we saw in our room. Total 5!

Everything was good. Our only caveat is that we prefer our room serviced every day. Too many hotels are falling into the “eco friendly” mind set. However we were very thankful that the staff was willing to service our room every day.

Overall we loved it! Very clean and comfortable, good breakfast with plenty of options. Lots of well designed and thoughtful details. Only problem with our suite was the pocket door for the bathroom wasn't installed quite right, so it wouldn't close the last 3/4" or so (or lock, obviously). Otherwise, great hotel. We'd definitely stay in this chain again!

The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfy. Having the kitchette was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful with information about the area. Breakfast was a little skimpy but adequate. It was conveniently located and east to find. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The people above us stomped on the floor every night from Thursday until Monday night. We could hear them non stop from about 7pm until around 11 pm as if they were walking laps back and forth in the room above us. It was pretty miserable. We complained to the front desk but they just said we are not making any noise and nothing was done. It sounded like they were dropping things - rolling the chair back and forth - and jumping from the bed to the floor or walking back and forth with boots on. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before that had so much noise from the room above us.

Pretty new hotel with very nice ambience. We had a huge room. Unfortunatly walls are so thin that you can hearcall noises from the next room. The bads are much too soft.

I have stayed at other Home 2 Suites that are great properties. There was a man on the staff who saved the day for me whose name is Keneil. I was so grateful for his help in getting a different room room after an outrageously bad experience with both the front desk woman as well as the woman who was manager. As I tried to check into my room with 2 queen beds I was told they only had single rooms available. I made my reservation online in January- 3 months in advance. Over the phone the manager stated that she was far away but would work on it at 7am the NEXT DAY!!! I was checking in for the night at 6pm! Very rude & unprofessional interaction with both her & the front desk worker during attempted check-in. I was not not greeted at the front desk or even acknowledged. I have stayed at other Home 2 Suites that are great properties. There was a man on the staff who saved the day for me whose name is Keneil. I was so grateful for his help in getting a different room room after an outrageously bad experience with both the front desk woman as well as the woman who was manager. As I tried to check into my room with 2 queen beds I was told they only had single rooms available. I made my reservation online in January- 3 months in advance. Over the phone the manager stated that she was far away but would work on it at 7am the NEXT DAY!!! I was checking in for the night at 6pm! Very rude & unprofessional interaction with both her & the front desk worker during attempted check-in. I was not not greeted at the front desk or even acknowledged. When we arrived there were 2 employees at the front desk. One was helping a customer. The other was sitting down saw us and said nothing. Customer service is big in my eyes. The employee could have simply acknowledged my husband and I and said “she will be with you in a moment “. Very unprofessional. Otherwise the room I selected is spacious, clean. Thank you for your time to read this comment.

The people above us stomped on the floor every night from Thursday until Monday night. We could hear them non stop from about 7pm until around 11 pm as if they were walking laps back and forth in the room above us. It was pretty miserable. We complained to the front desk but they just said we are not making any noise and nothing was done. It sounded like they were dropping things - rolling the chair back and forth - and jumping from the bed to the floor or walking back and forth with boots on. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before that had so much noise from the room above us.

Where do I begin. From the very beginning at the check-in Michelle and Rachel were super helpful and friendly. They even made sure they refilled the Apple bowl as my hungry kids came in the door. We are visiting friends and had a gift that needed a screwdriver and some batteries to activate. Connell and another gentleman from maintenance (who are in the middle of doing something else), stopped and helped us open the back of the toy and get fresh batteries in there. The room itself was spacious for my family of five. And it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get to try the breakfast bar because we slept in, but everything look nice and organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel but the main reason is the people. Michelle Rachel and Connell were first class

I love this town and this hotel…. Rooms are set up perfectly! Clean and in a convenient location. We stay here every year when we are traveling through. Also, eat at the cowboy Brazilian Grill, 2 miles down the road.

Best value on the island with cheerful, competent, friendly staff. Practically new facility with excellent complimentary breakfast, located mid island (less than 5 min. to Coligny Beach) and convenient to the best dining and shopping options. Large spacious rooms with full size fridge and microwave, fast elevators and plenty of parking. You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find. Not close to beach but on a main location between 2 different beaches., not a 10 min drive to either, so that was nice. Parking was always available when we needed it. Our check-in was quick and effortless. The room was as expected... Clean and spacious. The Staff was always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Even though we were there for the beach, our granddaughter enjoyed the pool every evening. (The water was cold --a pool heater would have been nice). This was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price and we would use them again for future trips. Overall: Very Satisfied.

Great location about 15 minutes from Harbour Town and 5 minutes from Shelter Cove Marina. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was huge and beds were comfortable.

Wonderful trip! The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kept everything very clean, breakfast stocked, cookies & lemonade in the lobby. Location was close to the beach. We rented bikes and biked to mini golf, dinner, and the beach.

Loved the location. The room was comfortable, with good beds and controllable air conditioning. It was easy to find, and easy to park. The only drawback is the quality of the breakfast - coffee is very important to me, and I'm annoyed that there wasn't real half-and-half or cream for coffee in the lobby. The cold offerings for breakfast were fine, with for example fruit and toast on offer, but the packaged breakfast sandwiches were not good so I had to look around to find some protein. I ended up having peanut butter. I do appreciate having Nutella as an option.

I came into town for a golf tournament and was pleasantly surprised with the conveniently located hotel accommodations. My room was very clean, the staff was very polite, and the tasty continental breakfast every morning was an extra bonus.

Enjoyed staying here overall. On the 3rd day, they replenished towels but beds were not made. On day 5, our beds were made in addition to replenishing our towels so we realized we were supposed to have housekeeping. No cooktop like promised. We had to use their bbq everyday, and it took time to ask staff to turn it on daily. Kroger’s is nearby and made for easy grocery pickup daily. Walmart is also not far away. At checkout, we waited and waited but nobody came to the front desk. When we peeked in, workers were just sitting around on their phones. Breakfast selection was mediocre because we were there a week and noticed there was not much selection. We made it work and it was okay. Complimentary water in the fridge in the lobby was nice. We did 3 loads of laundry (washing and drying) for $15 usd. On checkout day, breakfast was not ready at 6am like advertised. 15 minutes delayed from breakfast being served and then another 15 minutes waiting to check o it meant we were over 30 minutes delayed starting our journey home with looming storm warnings all around. People were helpful but nobody stood out as going above and beyond like other properties. Probably our last time staying at a Hilton property as a result of this experience.
