Studio 6-San Marcos, TX

The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very firm and was uncomfortable for me. Others may like and extra firm mattress. The desk clerk was polite and did the necessary procedures. Not overly friendly or welcoming.

This hotel was not ready to rent rooms. They were putting a door on the hinges when we arrived Then moved us to a room with missing cabinet doors, roaches, and trash on the floor

Has bed bugs and was really dirty I had all dirty sheets bedding towels etc do not go here it’s disgusting the staff was fighting in the parking lot and told us they were fighting with the old owners etc it was disrespectful and a terrible experience!!

Booked rooms in Sept for May graduation, location was great. Room was pretty nice, blow dryer didnt work, my mother was in the next room so I just borrowed theirs. Hotel looked pretty new.

The property was nothing like the pictures, it reeked of must and dirty wet carpet. It had a very distinct stench.
