Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The suite was bigger than we needed but a nice luxury despite being quite dark

Amazing stay in Taiping. Nice apartment. Great pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could have more cups and cutlery for the kitchenette but otherwise an amazing stay.

Comfortable stay at Hermitage Boutique Hotel, very close to the Lake Gardens and great service from the staff. Will come again!

All is good except there's no restaurant or convenience store @ the hotel. All the suites on the ground floor are duplex and facing the pool which are ideal for families with children. But we chose to staye at the Emerald Suite on the top floor bcos both the rooms are on the same floor which is ideal for senior cotizen who can't climb the stairs and it's more quieter and private. The hotel is situated in a residential area and just a short distance to the beautiful park...abt 3 mins drive. Overall we had a great stay at The Hermitage n wud definitely recommed anyone to stay here.
