Upon entering our non smoking room it was overwhelming with the smell of cigarettes. We had to wash all of our belongings including bags when we got home because they smelled like it. There were hand prints on the mirror. Black smudges all over the doors and walls from never being wiped down. There were cigarette butts from prior guests next to the bed and in the sink. The blankets were torn and stained. The only reason we stayed was because we could not get a refund and didn’t have the money for another room. So I spent hours of our vacation cleaning just to feel comfortable staying in there.

There was no spa. Room smelled like cigarette smoke very bad. No amenities. TV Screen was cracked in 2 places at the bottom. Drawer on nightstand was broken. One lamp didn't work. The outlet that it was plugged into came out of the wall.The sheets and blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. Awful, awful experience. Under no circumstances The "Gazebo and BBQ area" was the shambles. The BBQ was literally a park BBQ welded to a car rim, welded to a metal pole. Never under any circumstances would I return.
