I chose this location as it was convenient to my meeting destination. The cost and options for parking will keep me from using the location again. Self-parking and valet were too much for overnight. Street parking was difficult to find then using the city's parking app was confusing.

Everything was wonderful. The clerks were super nice. The location is perfect as it was across the street from where my function was. Going through the bridge kept me from going outside and that was a plus.

For those having to spend time at McCormick Place, the hotel connects directly to it so extremely convenient. Everything at the hotel was great and the price cheaper than other surrounding big name hotels. The free breakfast was a the best I have ever had at a hotel. Many offerings as well as a very attentive staff keeping it stocked and clean.

There were some stray hairs in the bathroom when we checked in and some mold in the sink where the caulk is falling off. Otherwise, friendly staff, great view, convenient location for our plans and the valet aspect was nice as well. So it just could’ve been a little cleaner. I’d probably stay again

We did not have our room cleaned after the first night, and were not supplied with clean towels until notifying the front desk when... they supplied clean towels but did not remove the used towels. The used towels were very wet and remained stacked in the shower area. After bathing, we had to then wipe-down the floor and sink area because the shower sprayed water all over the floor in this handicapped bath/shower. Bed sheets had visible dirt all over the bottom of the bed, as it was obvious that the dirty sheets were not changed prior to our reservation. Additionally, we could not use their kiosk to purchase snack or drink items because we were told it was not functioning correctly. The desk stated they were too busy to charge our purchases, so we had to go over to McCormick Place to purchase our items. I will need to to find a different lodging vendor now for my frequent McCormick Place visits going forward.

I am so incredibly unhappy with my stay here I got to the room everything looked clean from the until I went to go throw something away in the trash, and there was a pill inside the trashcan and garbage not taken out so I called down and I informed them they said they were sorry and that was all Then about five minutes later I find my daughter over underneath the desk and she found over 430 mg Adderall's and I went straight down to the desk and I spoke to the manager and informed them and I ended up taking my daughter to the emergency room to make sure she did not consume of the drugs that was left behind in our dirty room. They told me that they would refund me half of my stay and they moved me to another room. I did say I was nervous that the room wouldn't have been cleaned. They did tell me it was and I should receive my money back in 5 to 7 days , it's now been 14 days and I called they said that there's nothing on my account and a manager would contact me back and no one still contacted me back do not stay here. It is not safe for your children. They do not clean up after themselves, and then they lied and deceived me I could've at least not stayed and got my money back Also will make sure that they are aware of all the hospital bills. I had to rush my daughter, therefore because of them not doing their job

The shower water wouldn’t get hot the first day we were there. It was maybe lukewarm. The shower curtain needs replaced because there was visible mold/mildew on the bottom of it. The mattresses were very worn and needs replaced. The bed I slept on was broken because it squeaked everytime you moved.

I also had a party going on across the hall from my room on a Saturday and Sunday night until 2 A.M., and dogs barking throughout my stay, so sleep was hit or miss. Shower water pressure was mediocre as well. Overall, I’d give this hotel C .

We had a fabulous corner room on the 16th floor! Our view was amazing. The front desk staff members had wonderful senses of humor and helpful attitudes. They answer all my questions. It was so convenient to stay here before our Saturday cheer competition. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Every staff person was amazing and helpful. Im use to having maybe one or two kind persons, but literally everyone in staff was kind. Check in was efficient. Theres valet parking for a fee, which was great because I hate parking in Chicago. Breakfast had a wide variety and was free.

Very clean, super comfy beds. Check in/out was efficient. Would stay again. I didn’t use any amenities, we stayed because of an event at Soldier Field and wanted to be within walking distance. There is only valet parking available, which is typical in this area. The lobby had a VERY strong fragrance in the air.

Very clean, super comfy beds. Check in/out was efficient. Would stay again. I didn’t use any amenities, we stayed because of an event at Soldier Field and wanted to be within walking distance. There is only valet parking available, which is typical in this area. The lobby had a VERY strong fragrance in the air.

I was very disappointed . It was more of a super 8 kinda feel. But with a nice lobby. The cost was over 500.00 for 2 nights. We didnt ha e hot water for half time. The shampoo was empty. . The room was clean. The pool area was so dirty. The breakfast was so unorganized. Trash cams o wr flowing. Constantly out of food. I really woyld og excepted these thi ga and been ok had I not paid top dollar for this

Problems: Room had a very unpleasant odor - a bit like mold. Lighting - for baby boomers - was insufficient, and no make-up (magnifying) mirror was provided. Breakfast was really disappointing - no fruit at all for 3 of our 5 days, long wait to refill coffee urns, very little 'healthy' foods and limited selection, watery oatmeal, all plastic dishware and utensils - NOT eco friendly. The staff were very pleasant and the place was clean but we just didn't think that it was worthy of the Hilton affiliation. I did appreciate the location because getting to the conference center and to the Hyatt was really easy in bad or windy weather. Re the location: There were a lot of very poor and 'down and out' people once you ventured out a bit, before getting closer to the downtown. This is always very sad. Also - not very reassuring when a city must have a 'no guns' sign in parks where children play. Pretty scary for those of us not used to this mentality.

Stayed two nights. Just wanted to experience Chicago. Loved the hotel & we walked everywhere & experienced a lot of close attractions and restaurants. Good time & the bar at the hotel was amazing.

For those having to spend time at McCormick Place, the hotel connects directly to it so extremely convenient. Everything at the hotel was great and the price cheaper than other surrounding big name hotels. The free breakfast was a the best I have ever had at a hotel. Many offerings as well as a very attentive staff keeping it stocked and clean.

Housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room that we had booked (2 queen beds) was not available when we arrived. They gave us a room with a king size bed instead for the first night and then they moved us to another room (with 2 queen beds) for the rest of the stay. Not sure what happened to our original reservation.

The staff was super helpful and friendly at check in, and that really set the tone for our stay! Great location for seeing a concert at Wintrust arena, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were quiet, would absolutely stay here again

Smooth and easy check in. The people working at the front desk were all wonderful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. The bathroom felt up to date and clean aswell. No microwave in the room but there is one on the second floor where breakfast is served that’s available to use. The breakfasts themselves were very tasty and are available in a four hour window each day which was nice. The hotel isn’t right downtown but it’s close enough that you can still see the city. We walked to the field museum and aquarium in about 25 minutes. Also close to the subway system which was handy. Overall we had a really nice stay and I would be happy to return.

Very clean property and super friendly staff. The bed was firm which to me was uncomfortable but if you like firm then it’s for you. The shower was wonderful with excellent water pressure. The valet parking was nice. A bit hectic, but nice! The breakfast was great. Fresh and warm. The waffle bar was top notch and the coffee selection was excellent.
