It was great! I only stayed there for one night but the pullout couch was so comfortable and it was cleaned very well! Staff was so sweet and offered me and my friends complimentary waters because we were waiting for a long time to get our room. Will book again if I ever come back to Chicago!

Was clean and nice. It was ok

I really enjoyed my stay at the Stay 2 hotel. Check-in was fast and easy, although I did get a little confused about the different hotels on-site. The room that I had was very clean and organized. It had everything that I needed, even though I brought a little extra just in case. It was very accommodating; my children and grandchildren were able to enjoy the pool, and the area was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk, who cleaned the rooms, and those who served breakfast were all very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful on the 18th floor. The location was very convenient, right across the street from the Wintrust Arena. I'll be looking forward to booking with them again.

Excellent location, very close to the convention center and conveniently connected by an internal bridge. Spacious room, with high-quality sheets and towels. Housekeeping service was inconsistent and was not provided on the last day. Breakfast was simple but offered a good variety of options. Soundproofing between rooms was poor, and noise from the neighboring room could be heard clearly, which affected sleep on some nights, though it improved after a complaint. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly.
