This place was clean and located near restaurants and the highway. Check-in was a breeze even with two dogs. Nice selection of food & drinks for sale, good breakfast, nice workout room and a pool table! The room was a nice modern/ minimalist decor with great functionality. I loved the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathroom.

I generally don't like hotels with rooms that aren't carpeted. We asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any but they had been ordered. One of the 2 elevators made weird creaking and shuddering noises and the other one was out of service - not very reassuring. I'm assuming this property had not been open very long and that they were still working out the kinks. The receptionist was helpful but seemed to be a little stressed out.

I love that the hotel has 3 complimentary EV charging stations! HOWEVER! There was a big black truck parked in one of the charging spots...NOT AN EV! We called the hotel, they do not allow a guest to reserve a spot. Fortunately, there was an open charger next to the big black truck so we were able to charge. I wish the hotel would figure out how to take a reservation for a charging station...or at least police the spots so the Non-EV vehicles cannot park there! (my two cents) Everything else about our stay was excellent. Love the big walk in shower! Bed was comfy and clean....Refrigerator came in handy too! Thanks!

Staff SUPER nice. Kid friendly. My teen (13years old) and two others were in the lobby shooting pool at 11pm. The lady at the front bakedcookies for them. How cool is that?!! EV Chargers (level2) they are Tesla chargers so bring an adapter. There are three stations. When I checked in no one was charging I left and returned another 9pm. all three were full. I pluggged into an outlet and tricked charged at 2mph while I waited. I wasn’t able to charge until 10am (all EV owners aren’t considerate). Checkout is at noon so I was able to add about 46 miles before leaving. I wud definitely stay again.

The first thing is is that when we got at the hotel the toilet paper was almost out.Both the beds had big stains and the sheets had black spots on them.The TV was very slow and when i went to get in the shower the soap was out.

The room had a very strong smell of smoke. The floor was not swept. The sheets were torn. The show glass had soap scum all over it. The water from shower was not hot at all. The rooms was not clean at all. I could not switch to another room because the hotel was booked. So basically I had to stay in a smoke smelling room that was halfway clean. The staff was nice and caring about but couldn’t offer another room due to being full.

We like the TRU brand cause they’re clean, modern and seem to always have pleasant staff. That was definitely the case for this TRU, however our room was substandard. The phone didn’t work. There was no trashcan. The flipper door lock was missing (!!) and the TV remote was so convoluted we gave up.

The stay here was pleasant however the only thing I had a problem with was the noise. It seems as though the hotel wasn't built with sound proof material. You can hear people in the hallway clearly from your room, I was on the third floor and all night I could hear the people above me walking around. Didn't get much sleep because of that.

Our tv would not work. It would change the Chanel every 90 seconds. We could not watch one single show. This was frustrating. Staff said they were updating the internet. But other folks had functioning tvs so I don’t by that excuse or it would have been everyone’s tv. Also the only lamp in the room was not able to be turned on. The button was broke. Please don’t put the fridge on the floor. You have to get down on the floor to use it.

This hotel is very nice, clean , friendly staff! Breakfast was same as most hotels, my only drawback on it is you can hear people walking upstairs and noise next door. Walls are not sound proof. Highly Recommend a white noise machine or fan. I’ve stayed in a few of the tru by Hilton over last several weeks and so far they are all like that. Besides that it’s great! Wifi would not work to be able to stream movies! But good bed , cleanliness and sweet staff was a great advantage

Price for this property was decent and in line with other properties in the area. Free parking and breakfast was a plus, however, the breakfast was limited and hot foods were lukewarm. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Electric shades on windows did not work at all and there was not enough lighting in the room. Lighted bathroom mirror was also broken so that lighting was awful for applying makeup. Room also had a slight musty smell. Probably would not stay here again.

Buyer beware this hotel may say Hilton but is only such in name alone. The rooms were clean but small with hard floors. You can hear all kinds of beating and banging from people walking on the floors above you and in the hallways plus every time someone closes a door it sounds like a train crash. The shower was nice and breakfast was good. Shout out to the girl working the front desk new years eve she was nice and helpful. If you are thinking because it is a Hilton hotel that it is what you would expect of a Hilton hotel then my friend you will be disappointed. I personally think I need my ass kicked for this choice. You have been warned.

The rooms are a little small. Not something I would want to stay in on an extended business trip. But the hotel was nice, with a good breakfast. There were some surfaces that hadn't been wiped down in our room and a few issues with the shower door. It didn’t close properly because the top hinge was pulling off the wall. This caused a lot of water to leak all over the floor. Overall I would recommend.

The young lady at the front desk, who checked us in, was a perfect example of “ grace under pressure”. She remained calm and personable in spite of working by herself and being extremely busy. She never complained. I was very impressed by her poise.

Room was fine and the evening staff was very friendly. However the manager called me an hour after I checked out and wanted to know why I wasn’t charged a pet fee. The evening staff waived it due to problems with my room. She wasn’t very professional on the phone. I was planning on coming back on my trip but after the interaction with the manager I will not return.

Check-In was wonderful! The young lady that helped us was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning, my husband goes down for breakfast. There were 3 women in the office in the lobby and a small child of one of the employees. The child was screaming, no one acknowledged it. People were coming down to check-out but no one would come out of the office. Actually, no one even looked out to see if people were at the desk. One gentleman finally went to the door and told them he needed some assistance. When I got down for breakfast, there was no bacon or eggs. I went to the front desk to ask if they putting more out, but the lady never looked up or asked if she could help me. The kitchen lady came from the back and put out some bacon (it was basically raw) and omelets. I can’t have cheese so I asked if she could make me some Vegas without cheese, she just kinda looked at me and said, no. I am assuming only one elevator worked because only one ever opened, when it stopped it sounded like it could stop working at any moment. At checkout, I asked for a receipt. The lady stated her computer was acting up. She tried another one, couldn’t get it to work and finally said, I am going to have to reboot everything and I don’t know how long it will be. She said when she finally got it up, she would email me my receipt. I gave my email address and our room number to her. I have yet to receive my receipt.

Check in process was so fast! Booked online 6 minutes before arrival with no issues. Upon arrival front desk clerk, Zach, was amazing! Super friendly and so helpful which was such a blessing after arriving late at night with a car full of kiddos. Beds were super comfy and we all loved the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Super friendly and so helpful which was such a blessing after arriving late at night with a car full of kiddos. Beds were super comfy and we all loved the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

The front desk person when we checked in was not very friendly at all. We tried to check in 10 minutes early but they said we would have to pay a $25 fee to check in early, that’s crazy!! Other than that it was pretty good.

It was very nice. I would have given it 5 stars but breakfast could have been better. It said till 9am and we were there at 8 and there wasn't any bacon left and they did not put anymore in.

The staff was wonderful when we checked in. Very sweet and patient. Loved that they put ice buckets next to the ice dispenser, such a simple thing but makes it so much easier to get the ice.

Very clean rooms smell is very fresh and also the tomm shower glass doors were a solid for me. The only thing was the beds not as fluffy and comfortable but neat and clean wise Ill book every time

The Tv in the room I had did not work right told the staff they just moved me to another room the tv in the new room did the same thing only had a few channels and every time you changed the channel it took forever to respond. Also the water pressure in the shower was very weak and if u tried to add hot water for pressure the water was extremely hot there was no good pressure without extremely hot water just a day hotel

I typically stay at this property each year when I come into Meridian, Mississippi for a camp that I service. This time was completely different than the last three years. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the rooms were not well kept, and the front desk personnel was extremely rude after I advised her of the issues. Her response was all of the beds are the same, so moving you to another room will not help. Also, we are sold out for the night anyway. After speaking with her, I made the decision to end the phone call. Received a call from the new general manager, who agreed to move my items to another room after being told no rooms were available. This room was a bit cleaner, but still extremely uncomfortable, and the beds did not sleep well. After working with this camp and being on my feet for 14 to 15 hours a day having sleep is extremely important. I took time to also call Hilton and voice my displeasure, only to be advised that it would be up to the hotel to make a decision on how to proceed with any credit or refund Unfortunately, for them, this will be my last day at this hotel.
