The pool had warm water and that was really nice. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we could put our cooler items in the large freezer and fridge. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast could use some serious help, but over all things were nice.

Conveniently located near major roadways and dining. Rooms are a nice size and we appreciated the mini kitchen set up. We used the laundry and exercise room. All in all, nice rest stop for our road trip.

Breakfast was not exciting - small choices. The area was unkept during breakfast. The design of food containers and counter made very difficult for retrieving food therefore food was landing on the floor in front of counters. Service gentleman was not cleaning counter off or the floor during breakfast operation. We did like the fact that laundry service was free as we had to use the washing machine and dryer. Most hotels still require you to use quarters. Hallways on the floors were very narrow.

We have stayed in almost every hotel in Helena, and every one has a freezing cold pool. The pool at Home2 was awesome — it’s heated to 85 and uses salt instead of chlorine. It was perfect!!

This is a wonderful hotel. It is clean, rooms are spacious, great workout facility, and courteous staff. They have free EV charging. Breakfast could be improved...even just increasing fresh fruit options would be great We are planning to stay here again!

Front desk staff was great at check in. But….A dishwasher of clean dishes was left for us to have to unload, and the trash wasn’t removed from the previous occupant. Barking dogs in nearby rooms kept us up until we finally phoned the front desk at 11 pm. No dish soap to wash the only two glasses we used (but saw a supply of small bottles in a housekeeping cart as we left our room to check out. No cups for the bathroom, odd. Breakfast was very sparse by 9 am, a full hour before closing, and the only person appearing to be working it did not seem interested in helping get us what we wanted.

There was hair everywhere. Hair in the bed. Hair on the table tops. Hair all over the bathroom. Hair in the shower. If you love being inundated with other peoples hair, this your place! The room smelled bad, like someone's pet had a bad bout of diarrhea. The shower is small, so if you're a bigger person good luck turning around. The water pressure wasn't great and the water wasn't very hot. The roll out table didn't work. The television was blah. And the staff wasn't very friendly. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I won’t stay here again. My $300 room was worth maybe $125 ish to me. My main issues are the hideous interior design, the room layout and tacky furnishings and a main entrance that resembles the loading dock at a federal penitentiary. The bathroom had 15-20 pubic hairs stuck to the walls, door, and baseboards. The beds are uncomfortable and the water pressure is about 8 psi. On the upside though the shower keeps you on your toes since the on demand water heater changes temperature by 10-15 degrees constantly.

Good amenities. Room had a bad smell in it that seemed to originate from the sink disposal. Cleaned it myself which helped a little… Bathroom had lots of old hair in drawers etc. Front desk staff were welcoming. Lots of stuff in the area.

Room was very spacious, negative was the noisy thuds from kids running up and down in the room above us until 11pm. We phoned the front desk but noise continued. It was frustrating after a 9hr day driving. The noise from room above was quite disappointing. Other than that facilities were good.

Beds are super hard and uncomfortable, it was almost like sleeping on a piece of plywood. This seems to be a trend with Hilton's new properties. For an extended stay type hotel I was shocked that they only had a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Luckily I was only there for one night of uncomfortable sleep.

We were actually very unhappy with our room, it was right by an exit door and people were in and out of it constantly waking us up. People also smoked outside that door and it made our room smell :( we are non-smokers. I will definitely stay here again, the staff and service was great, the room was amazing and very clean. We got a full refund and I am very happy with the outcome. Next time we will not have a room by the exit door though and I will be sure to request that.

The Home2 Suites offer a very nice room and a large refrigerator. The facility is relatively new, close to several restaurants, and the staff was very nice. The laundry facilities were nice also.

Was a great property. Only complaint was they ran out of glasses for drinks at breakfast and the girl at the counter spent so much time scrolling on her phone she couldbt be bothered to restock them or the orange juice. 2 mornings in a row people were down for breakfast and she never looked up from her phone to help anyone.

Its new but no bath and no hot tub. Lady up front wasnt friendly checking in. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything upstairs and next door. For being a hilton its definitely not hilton standards

This was our second stay here and it will be our last. If you wanted a bath the shower would be leaking like a fountain. We had to request for our room to be cleaned and in their little cards it mentions cleaning up the kitchen wouldn’t even touch it (clean dishes would just stack up) breakfast was not good at all, thank god for the waffle maker and cereal for the kids.

Great location. Minutes from ALL that we had to do in Helena for the week. Quiet, comfortable room. Love the free laundry (we brought our own liquid detergent and dryer sheets from home). Full sized fridge and freezer was perfect for lunch stuffs and snacks. It was a little chilly and REALLY windy so we only enjoyed the outside patio and firepit one night. And the lobby area was perfect for family gatherings as we came and went. Nice selection of hot breakfasts and the coffee was terrific.

The property itself was kind of off by itself which was quiet, but made me more nervous about my vehicle; however, the parking lot was well lit and I had no issues. The general place was clean and the room was nice. My bed was extremely squeaky, but it was an acceptable place to stay.

Was a great property. Only complaint was they ran out of glasses for drinks at breakfast and the girl at the counter spent so much time scrolling on her phone she couldbt be bothered to restock them or the orange juice. 2 mornings in a row people were down for breakfast and she never looked up from her phone to help anyone.

Our suite was very clean, pretty and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this property, but the breakfast was cold. They need to put a microwave out in the breakfast area.

Hotel is very clean, great condition, rooms are nice and big and quiet. Couldn’t hear hall noise at all which I appreciate. Breakfast was also very good. Happy with our stay.

This pet friendly property is great for families with pets. There is space to walk your pet, and a swimming pool for the kids to burn off some energy. The breakfast was great. Waffles, 3 different kinds of prepared eggs, yogurt, fruit and lots of space for everyone to settle down for breakfast.

Breakfast was not exciting - small choices. The area was unkept during breakfast. The design of food containers and counter made very difficult for retrieving food therefore food was landing on the floor in front of counters. Service gentleman was not cleaning counter off or the floor during breakfast operation. We did like the fact that laundry service was free as we had to use the washing machine and dryer. Most hotels still require you to use quarters. Hallways on the floors were very narrow.

This was our second stay here and it will be our last. If you wanted a bath the shower would be leaking like a fountain. We had to request for our room to be cleaned and in their little cards it mentions cleaning up the kitchen wouldn’t even touch it (clean dishes would just stack up) breakfast was not good at all, thank god for the waffle maker and cereal for the kids.

Arrived at 3:15pm. Check in was 3:00pm. Room was not ready. Multiple other people in lobby area also waiting. Did not get checked in until 5 minutes to 4:00pm. Staff was not rude but also not friendly, if they spoke at all. I had been on the road for 10 hours. Sitting in my vehicle or out in the lobby for 45 minutes was not great. Room was very clean except the couch was stained. I travel with my dog so understand other travelers do, as well. If furniture is noticeably stained, it should be cleaned or replaced. I didn't sit on it. The dog area was nice grass and decent size. However, at 6:30am the next morning we were in the middle of the area and the sprinklers started. We got out of the area quickly but still got pretty wet. I told the girl at the desk about it. I also suggested they either post a sign about the sprinkler time or set them to run in the middle of the night. First Home2 stay where I was disappointed.

We may have been in a pet friendly room even though we didn’t have a pet with us. There were a couple of dirty spots on the carpet and a spot on the sofa. Otherwise the room was clean and had great amenities for an extended stay. We used the back entrance as it was closer to our room and unfortunately someone had recently spilled a sticky liquid just outside the door that was hard to avoid. It was still there 2 days later. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. Our stay just happened to coincide with the fair so that might explain why hotel room prices were so high in Helena.
