Hotel overbooked the rooms and i had no notice. Upon arrival i was informed my room was not available and was left with no room for the night causing me to scramble to find other accommodations within the area

Had to wait over an hour after check in to actually get our keys. The staff was amazing though and apologized for the inconvenience. Once we got our room, there were no towels or soap so we had to request that which they brought immediately and again we’re very apologetic and very nice room was pretty clean and over overall the space was nice.
