The WiFi, tvs, and elevators were all out due to a lightning strike earlier in the week. When we arrived there was no AC in the stairwell or hallways in August in GA. Breakfast service was a little awkward with employees standing in front of the food discussing how to serve it. There were several signs missing. The water dispenser in the juice machine was out and there wasn’t any water offered in the lobby like there usually is. When we asked for water we were offered a cup for tap water from the bathroom before they finally decided we could have a “free” water bottle. We are usually really happy with Holiday Inn Express, but this was a disappointment. There was no one at the counter when we checked out to discuss our concerns with.

Hotel was very clean and neat. Customer service was pretty good. Had lots of issues with the door locks and a couple other technical things because of a lightning strike that mess some things up for the hotel. But I’d would definitely stay there again

Not what i expected from a HI hotel. Hotel itself was new and clean but service was horrible. Only one elevator working the entire stay. On first night stay fire alarm went off at 11pm. They say someone pulled it which of true was not their fault, however, the clerk did not know how to reset it and it proceeded to go off again at 0130 and 0230. They supposedly could not reach anyone for assistance as well so it was a miserable night. Then when i asked if their was anything they going to do to make up for that expensive night of no sleep I was told no. I will be trying a different hotel chain after this experience.

We stayed here two years ago and I remember thinking how nice, new, and clean everything was so we decided to stay here again this year. The staff were great, but the room had an astonishing amount of wear and tear compared to two years ago. The bathroom was visibly dirty - urine stains around the toilet and many hairs all over. The carpet in the room left our feet pretty dirty as well. I will say it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in though. Overall would not stay here again.

After long hours of travel, it was a good place to stay and rest. The beds are not comfortable and neither are the pillows. The area is excellent, they have restaurant and shopping center options. The breakfast was very varied and the employee Gina was excellent, very helpful and attentive.

Location was great if staying with family. Dollar general near, Academy near(we had to go buy hats) Cheddar's shares a parking lot. The room was a standard Holiday inn room and it was clean, up to date, and comfortable. The only visual complaint was the caulking in the bathroom wasn't as profession but that didn't affect anything. Margaret and Dennis were AMAZING! We made two separate bookings after our plans changed and they accommodated us to stay in the same room. Breakfast was basic but good, clean, and refilled quickly. Overall a great place to tuck in while visiting Christmas towns. Fwiw-they don't have coffee makers in room but have a coffee station in the lobby(We don't do coffee so no nevermind to us).

Overall a great place to tuck in while visiting Christmas towns. Fwiw-they don't have coffee makers in room but have a coffee station in the lobby(We don't do coffee so no nevermind to us).

Clean and friendly hotel. Conveniently located for the wedding we were in town for. The breakfast was nicely present and good. The woman (i forgot her name) looked to take such pride in making sure breakfast was enjoyable and that is something us food lovers appreciate. Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

The WiFi, tvs, and elevators were all out due to a lightning strike earlier in the week. When we arrived there was no AC in the stairwell or hallways in August in GA. Breakfast service was a little awkward with employees standing in front of the food discussing how to serve it. There were several signs missing. The water dispenser in the juice machine was out and there wasn’t any water offered in the lobby like there usually is. When we asked for water we were offered a cup for tap water from the bathroom before they finally decided we could have a “free” water bottle. We are usually really happy with Holiday Inn Express, but this was a disappointment. There was no one at the counter when we checked out to discuss our concerns with.

The staff was friendly however, unfortunately, that was the only positive from our stay there. We had to move rooms because there was a small black jumping bug that jumped on my daughter when she sat on the bed. Then the next morning the guy doing the food, was slow to get food out. They did not have hardly anything out to choose from even though they has plenty of space for all the food options. We waited over 35mis for him to replace the pancake batter bag, which he never did. I would not stay here again which is unfortunate because I usually enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Expresses.

Location was great if staying with family. Dollar general near, Academy near(we had to go buy hats) Cheddar's shares a parking lot. The room was a standard Holiday inn room and it was clean, up to date, and comfortable. The only visual complaint was the caulking in the bathroom wasn't as profession but that didn't affect anything. Margaret and Dennis were AMAZING! When I checked in, the desk clerk was not personable at all and seemed irritated when I asked him a question, like he didn't want to be bothered. I thought the hotel was very nice and competitively priced; however, there are a couple things I would point out. While the entire room/bathroom appeared to be clean, the shower pan edges and corners needed some bleach. There were the signs of mildew/mold appearing. Also, the trash can liners were left draped over the edge of the waste cans, not opened and put in the cans. I did not use any of the amenities, nor eat the free breakfast, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay there.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was wonderful! I loved the elegance, and thoughtfulness that went into providing the towels, rags, and even soap inside the bathroom. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay, and were reluctant to leave.
