MOXY Minneapolis Uptown

Stylish, social, and just a little scrappy Stayed at Moxy Uptown Minneapolis for a weekend and it nailed the "boutique hotel that doesn't take itself too seriously" vibe. - Right in Uptown, walkable to Lake of the Isles, great restaurants on Hennepin/Lake St, and the bars around LynLake. If you’re here for the scene, you’re in it. - Room was compact but clever. Peg walls, fold-down desk, under-bed storage. You’re not supposed to hang out here all day anyway. Beds were actually super comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. Bottom line for me: Moxy Uptown is perfect if you want a social, design-forward basecamp and don’t plan to spend much time in your room. For the price point and the energy, 4 stars feels right.

Small room. No refrigerator inside room so I needed to leave my lunch and food in a community fridge in the lobby.

Stayed for a solo vacation, it was very clean. Loved the vibe of the place!

It was a fun and unique set up and I felt safe and well taken care of.

This was a perfect location for us. We only stayed one night, but we could see staying here again when we visit my son next time. They had a lot of recreational games in the lobby that would have been fun to play with my adult kids.
