Quarterdeck Resort

I stayed in a main lodge room and loved all the amenities (jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and balcony), but I was also sandwiched between the bar/restaurant and a very creaky upstairs floor and could hear them walking (an elephant, perhaps?) so I would not recommend it if you’re looking to relax and are a light sleeper. Everything else was great, though!

Absolutely beautiful view from the room of the lake. Highly recommend the stay. Will go back again.

Everything was great. Been here so many times

While we had high hopes for this resort, our experience was underwhelming. It didn't feel like a suitable environment for young children, as we frequently encountered intoxicated guests using inappropriate language. We were also surprised by the lack of value; the lounge is small, and there are additional charges for everything—including ice, water, and arcade games. ​The cleanliness and upkeep were also disappointing. Despite the resort fee, there was no daily housekeeping, and since it’s a pet-friendly property, we even found dark dog hair on our bedsheets. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food provided. Overall, the limited services and lack of maintenance made it hard to justify the cost.
