Room was not ready @ 4 pm check in time. We finally was able to check in at 6. Hot tub was broke. Restaurant was closed.We had a Jacuzzi tub in our room, it was dirty ,black hair floating in the tub. Other then that comfortable beds ,great view.

Great place to rest, relax, many slips to dock your boat. Restraunt and bar on lower lever. Very friendly staff, live band both noghts we stayed. Got to see my first boat/jeep (jaguar) happened to be one of the owners and he was giving people rides. Very happy with our overall experience would highly reccomend for anyone.

This resort is great! Love the outdoor pool area and game room. Would be nice if they provided a shuttle to local places. Not very close to anytging. Great room and lakeshore.

Quarterdeck was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out, the staff were great and friendly! Had a great time utilizing the outdoor heated pool and felt like we were in a secluded area. Enjoyed our stay and such beautiful views!

The only real issue that we had was that there were ants all over the kitchen area. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was still gross to see ants all over the island area.

Easy and friendly check in. The resort is easy to navigate as it is small and quaint. Beautiful view of the lake. Steak dinner was delicious and drinks at fire table were delicious. Just a few issues that I would like to address ..as this place is not cheap to stay at. $1500 Canadian for 3 nights. First ..for cleanliness ..I would give our room a 4/10. Floors were not cleaned. Appliances were sweat wipes not polished. Garbage in between fridge and stove. Garbage can not wiped clean. Couch and lamp shades are stained. Patio doors and sills need to be washed. Stained coffee cups. No daily service is included ..like fresh linens etc. No one comes to check on you to see if all is good. Also, the patio door does not lock. Invest in some Clorox for the sinks ..to get some fresh smell into the room. Thanks.

Such a disappointment. And i hate leaving reviews. But After working everyday for months. Spending good money, Wanting a close to home quick relaxing getaway expecting a nice relaxing room but instead ending up leaving after 4 hours Room was dirty, furniture cheap cardboard, bed the most uncomfortable ever. And i get they been remodeling. But maybe dont rent out a room thats dirty, bare and just not a relaxing place that was expected for the money. Best part was the our awesome waitress i think was Amanda,

We had a double bed jacuzzi there was hair on the sheets on one bed, in the jacuzzi and shower. The bar beneath us closed at 10, however the loud music didn't stop until closer to midnight. Very limited snack or drink options. The air conditioner in the room didn't work.

So.....from the outside the property is gorgeous! We thought it was a new build, however, it clearly is not! Our room (125) was NOT new in any way shape or form. There were lights that didn't work, TV was blurry, it was definitely stuck in the 80's. The shower had 4 inches of water in it when I got out, triangular hot tub in the corner didn't function, nice rock fireplace that didn't work, and it was a very foggy and chilly morning so the fireplace would have been nice! They clearly have done a TON of work on the resort and its still being worked on but the inside of our room was not new, and that's what I thought I was paying for!

The room was very spacious and had wonderful amenities. However, the door to the balcony was not secure, there was a ceiling issue above the in-room hot tub. I realize the next part may seem petty but the cleaning products they use are overwhelming. Not sure if it was PineSol or Fabuloso but it was extreme.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was great! We ate at the restaurant several times and it was good food and better service! The pool was fun being that it was only 20 degrees out and the social house was good.

This resort is great! Love the outdoor pool area and game room. Would be nice if they provided a shuttle to local places. Not very close to anytging. Great room and lakeshore.

Quarterdeck was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out, the staff were great and friendly! Had a great time utilizing the outdoor heated pool and felt like we were in a secluded area. Enjoyed our stay and such beautiful views!

The room was nice, it was very clean. However, no regular cream for coffee, nor any coffee other than decaf. No information packet about checkout procedures, etc. The food was meh. It came out in under 5 minutes, so, you know it wasn't actually cooked, probably just nuked. $17 for plate of nachos and it had some processed cheese sauce. It had some good points, fresh veggies, some real melted cheese, etc. Also, had the prime rib dip. Was meh too. The au jus was almost flavorless. Nothing to write home about. The Also, wasn't impressed with plastic glasses. The dessert now was another story, very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay, simply expected a bit more from a place like that. Maybe our expectations were off as the place gets great ratings.

Room was not ready @ 4 pm check in time. We finally was able to check in at 6. Hot tub was broke. Restaurant was closed.We had a Jacuzzi tub in our room, it was dirty ,black hair floating in the tub. Other then that comfortable beds ,great view.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was great! We ate at the restaurant several times and it was good food and better service! The pool was fun being that it was only 20 degrees out and the social house was good.

Great place to rest, relax, many slips to dock your boat. Restraunt and bar on lower lever. Very friendly staff, live band both noghts we stayed. Got to see my first boat/jeep (jaguar) happened to be one of the owners and he was giving people rides. Very happy with our overall experience would highly reccomend for anyone.

We were left at our dinner table after eating that I finally walked to find someone so I could pay my bill I requested teaspoons and never received. And no little station for emergency products, such as female products, batteries, aspirin, bandaids and such. You can charge for those items The front desk is not always staffed you have to read their notebook for all your information No breakfast

We had an amazing stay here! The VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! Staff was accommodating to our family and our dog! We ended up staying in the water a little later than expected so we were unable to get dinner at the restaurant, but the bartender offered us some beautiful salads, Mac and cheese for the kids, and cheesecake! It was very reasonably priced. We rented e-bikes and road on the trail, we saw a bear! It was pretty crazy. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in a main lodge room and loved all the amenities (jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and balcony), but I was also sandwiched between the bar/restaurant and a very creaky upstairs floor and could hear them walking (an elephant, perhaps?) so I would not recommend it if you’re looking to relax and are a light sleeper. Everything else was great, though!
