Holiday Inn El Monte - Los Angeles by IHG

Estimados Señores Solicite 3 veces aseo en la Habitacion y esta no fue realizada. Nunca realizaron limpeza en las camas No se si vuelvo a este Hotel

This certainly is not your grandparents Holiday Inn. The place was impressive. The lobby was big and even places to sit. The rooms were large. The furnishings were standard, bed comfortable. The lighting in the room was better than most. There were a number of charging ports, the old rectangular ones, and outlets by the bed There were problems with maintenance. A visible repair in the the ceiling over the toilet had started to leak again., Lets not think about the where that water came from. We were given a different room and an upgrade. The clerk at the desk was very helpful We had a roll in shower, it flooded the bathroom due to poor design and inadequate curtain. When showering bring your glasses because the print on the soap etc. bottles in the shower is small. One of the doors to the parking lot was not secured at all. I guess the keycard pad didn't work. We went in for breakfast at 9AM, not included, made to order eggs. By 9:50 we still hadn't received our eggs. The waiter said there would be a wait but at 9:50 he said something about the manager filling in and had no idea when we would get out food. We walked out

Great place

Our stay was great from start to end. The lobby is beautiful, location is around lots of shops and restaurants, rooms were spacious and clean, and staff were welcoming and kind. We didn’t utilize all the amenities, but it was nice that it was available. The only complaint is at times, the water didn’t quite or took a long while to get hot. Though this was no deal breaker. Would stay again!

Pretty good hotel, but strange air-condition and maybe better if breakfast was a buffet instead.
