New Gardena Hotel

Parking was free and in a garage. There was also a staff member on Patrol when we arrived after 9 pm. The staff was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was part of a small restaurant connected to the hotel. Not what I was expecting but it was very good! This was a safe and clean place for our family with young kids. My only negative commit is that for the price it is an older hotel that could use some updating in the rooms. It felt a little bare-bones (no Iron, coffee pot or 2 ply TP) But the beds were comfortable (pillows were awesome), the room was clean and we felt safe! I would stay again and pay extra for those three things!

One of the cleanest I’ve been in. Like how quiet it is. Loved the Japanese breakfast.

The hotel staff and environment of the hotel is still lovely however, the process of checking in and checking out is stressful, time consuming, and is enough to make me stay elsewhere
