Our stay was very comfortable in the room. The only thing it lacked was a coffee pot and apparently they do not put those in the rooms. Had a great fridge and microwave and a 2 burner stove with plates etc for 2 people. The elevator was not working correctly as we had to go to the first floor of rooms and walk down the rest of the way. Said they were waiting on a part. We never felt unsafe at this property at all.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff. Laundry room which only takes credit cards and the swipe machines are finicky (check you credit card statement!). Fitness room. Cons: no coffee maker. You can BUY one from the front desk, altho they do not sell coffee/supplies. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere they did not have a coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Or both. For the price per night I think that is absurd. Also, there are only blinds on the window, which don't block out much light. If you plan on sleeping past 5:30 am, you will be disappointed. I wouldn't consider this a pedestrian friendly area but if you have a car there are plenty of things around the hotel you can drive to.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Entry way clean and tidy. Room acceptable, and clean linen. However there was no coffee maker, or coffee staion in the building. No hair dryer, kleenex, bath products, pad/pencil, TV guide. Equipped with microwave, full refrigerator, dish washer, but no dish soap, one cup, one glass, two spoons, one fork no knife sharp enough to cut my orange. Office said they no longer provide . Ragged towel, and ripped shower curtain. I canceled my second night.

Great budget option 5 minutes from whole foods and similar. Our room was super clean and check in was smooth. Immediately by the highway. There was no "coffee in the common areas" as advertised. There was no coffee maker in the room, but the kitchenette had a full size fridge. 4.5 stars. Safe with main entrance locked. Plenty of free parking. No toiletries in the bathroom except for one bar of soap and a miniscule shampoo/ conditioner sample bottle.

The room wasn’t completely clean-the bedding and towels seemed fine, but there was a ton of dirt on the bathroom counter along with hair clippings from a previous guest, and floors were very dirty. We wiped the counters, wore slippers and moved on, but it was gross. The front desk staff is nice, however not always helpful when you actually need them. We got in at approximately 1:30am for our two night stay and the woman was nice, but never gave me back my drivers’ license. I did not realize it was missing until I was back home in New Hampshire. I called about having the front desk mail it to me, and although I was told I would head back from a manager I never did. When I called back the woman who answered was someone different from the woman I spoke with in the morning (who I since learned was the assistant manager and blew me off), and she said the assistant manager told her that I have to call UPS to have my license overnighted, basically that I have to eat the cost for their mistake. I was there for two entire days and no one told me my license was literally at the front desk. Thankfully my mother in law was local and picked it up, otherwise who knows if I would have ever received it. Very disappointed with this stay, and will not be back.

All the staff was very kind and accommodating. We had to move to other room and gather items that were not in the original room (chair, sofa, kitchen utensils). But we finally got everything. The room counters and floors were not clean, but the bathroom and linen were. Lobby and common areas were clean but outside area around the property needed attention.

The staff were nice and efficient. There was a full-sized fridge and stovetop range with microwave. The beds were decent; I didn't wake up with any back issues. They are installing new flooring on the second floor and I think the dust and dirt from this is getting into the rooms. My granddaughter walked on the floor for under 10 minutes and ended up with black-bottomed feet. There was also a cup of water in the door of the fridge. Seemed odd, like the cleaners had missed something.

We came very tired from our journey and the reception was pathetic, The room we get was dirty, than at the night was an other person at the recepcion. I told her that the room was dirty and to noise upstairs, she don't try to help and was unpleasant. Just telling me for tomarrow do something. At the morning was an other woman, and she was very kind, and she solve the problems.

The lady at the front desk was straight from the hood and was nasty and disrespectful. She seems to be very insensitive to the needs of guest. She’s clearly there just for a check. Not sure how much she gets paid, but I’m certain that she’s being overpaid for what she’s actually worth.

Property was clean and all employees were very knowledgeable and patient with me. A smile goes a long way and thats most of what you seen as the employees greeted the guest. The manager was also very helpful and poise. I will revist if ever in cherry hill NJ again. Thank you all for your welcoming. Good parking, great area to get to all shopping areas.

I had about 10 staff members staying there for a large event in Philadelphia. They had to come and go at all hours. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even provided us with a contact for a mobile car/bus washer! (I had about 15 vehicles to be washed each night). They made our stay much more friendly and relaxing. My team would be happy to stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful! This stay will be one to remember that's for sure as the staff, from front desk to cleaning women and men the employees are extremely warm and nice as well as understanding and patient. I will be giving all of my family and friends this as the best place to stay!

Absolutely wonderful! This stay will be one to remember that's for sure as the staff, from front desk to cleaning women and men the employees are extremely warm and nice as well as understanding and patient. I will be giving all of my family and friends this as the best place to stay!

Property was clean and all employees were very knowledgeable and patient with me. A smile goes a long way and thats most of what you seen as the employees greeted the guest. The manager was also very helpful and poise. I will revist if ever in cherry hill NJ again. Thank you all for your welcoming. Good parking, great area to get to all shopping areas.

Great budget option 5 minutes from whole foods and similar. Our room was super clean and check in was smooth. Immediately by the highway. There was no "coffee in the common areas" as advertised. There was no coffee maker in the room, but the kitchenette had a full size fridge. 4.5 stars. Safe with main entrance locked. Plenty of free parking. No toiletries in the bathroom except for one bar of soap and a miniscule shampoo/ conditioner sample bottle.

Nice big rooms, friendly staff. No hot tea or coffee service as described in description of hotel. They sell coffee pots, do not give them to you upon request. I guess people steal. Overall, pleasant experience.

Our stay was very comfortable in the room. The only thing it lacked was a coffee pot and apparently they do not put those in the rooms. Had a great fridge and microwave and a 2 burner stove with plates etc for 2 people. The elevator was not working correctly as we had to go to the first floor of rooms and walk down the rest of the way. Said they were waiting on a part. We never felt unsafe at this property at all.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff. Laundry room which only takes credit cards and the swipe machines are finicky (check you credit card statement!). Fitness room. Cons: no coffee maker. You can BUY one from the front desk, altho they do not sell coffee/supplies. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere they did not have a coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Or both. For the price per night I think that is absurd. Also, there are only blinds on the window, which don't block out much light. If you plan on sleeping past 5:30 am, you will be disappointed. I wouldn't consider this a pedestrian friendly area but if you have a car there are plenty of things around the hotel you can drive to.

No hair dryer, kleenex, bath products, pad/pencil, TV guide. Equipped with microwave, full refrigerator, dish washer, but no dish soap, one cup, one glass, two spoons, one fork no knife sharp enough to cut my orange. Office said they no longer provide . Ragged towel, and ripped shower curtain. I canceled my second night.

Woodspring Suites was perfect for us. It is very clean----no carpets so easy to keep clean with the laminate/ vinyl flooring. Beds are up on metal posts for the frame so also very clean and kitchen area was clean with a burner , regular size refrigerator and top freezer, and large microwave. Bathroom was neat and clean and roomy. AC unit controlled by thermostat on the wall . We had been one night in a hotel that allowed pets , not far away, and it was a dive- dirty, lacking supplies and we had to check out the next day. Other patrons also had complaints such as non functioning microwave, no pull out for the kids who slept on the floor. This was like night and day. So glad we found them. Staff was also very friendly as well as other guests residing there.

They gave you a kitchen, with pots, pans, plates,glasses and silverware but no coffee pot!!! There was NOT A COFFEE POT in the entire building!!! It said it had a coffee bar down stairs, but we were told they no longer do that… so we had to go out and buy a coffee pot just for this trip
