Nice, clean property. Did not think it appropriate to be charged for parking in a non-urban area with a huge parking lot.

Loved staying here. We had a suite so we had our own space separate from our daughter. Enjoyed a Cosmo at the bar served by a friendly bartender, and decent food. Walked to Hangover Easy in the morning and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Short stay, but would have enjoyed walking the surrounding shopping district if we had more time. Highly recommend this place!

Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfy! Breakfast was great! Everything was clean and the gym and pool were very nice. The shopping area and restaurants were an extra bonus! It was also a great place to wake up and power walk in the morning! We will definitely stay in this location again.

The fire place outside was a nice touch.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star was the fact that we got woken up at 1am because they were using a leaf blower to blow about 1/2” of snow off the sidewalks outside our window. Breakfast was ok and free coffee is available all day. Lots of food and shopping options in Levis commons that are all walkable from the hotel. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking is super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was great I was a little taking back when the front desk staff stated we had to pay a 8.00 fee for parking but on the website it states complementary parking. And we come here often to this area from Michigan never had to pay for parking.

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. Movie theater next door, all kinds of good restaurants and shopping. The room was great, value is great, breakfast was great. The only drawback is the hotel staff seemed a bit lazy and not very attentive. Lots of people on their phones texting and you got the feeling you were bothering them when you asked questions. Pool water was freezing - kids didn't even want to be in for long.

Spent 3 days and all was excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast great with tasty hot dishes each morning and no rush to eat. Plenty of food. Pool very clean and heated nicely. Overall great stay and would highly recommend.

Very clean. Nice area. The pool was a bit cold but hotel pools are usually a little too cold. I would definitely stay here again.

I could hear the people above me walking all night. The bathroom had hair everywhere when I checked in.

I love the hotel itself, however, I had a huge issue with the cleanliness and willingness of staff to help out. We were down for breakfast at 8 am and I went to the bathroom off the lobby and it was out of toilet paper and had a ring in the toilet. When I mentioned the tp issue to the front desk attendee, his reply was he would notify someone. We sat in the lobby for breakfast that never came for half an hour, and the TP issue was never rectified. When I say we sat and waited for breakfast, most of the food was gone at 8 o’clock and when I ask the kitchen attendee, she said it was cooking but again we were there for half an hour, and it wasn’t restocked. We ended up leaving and paying for breakfast at a restaurant. Finally I believe our shower in our room was not cleaned because not only was there quite a bit of hair on the walls and there was an open bar of soap in the shower. I believe a good manager and better supervision of staff would help this lovely hotel immensely!

My room had a bad funky smell so I was upgraded to another room which had the same smell but not as strong. I think it was the duvet covers. The front desk person was kind enough to rectify the matter for me. Thank you.

Nice hotel, convenient off the highway for travel. Located in a upscale shopping center area with hospital nearby. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great with a good variety of items.

Hotel is located in a very nice area with many shopping and dining options all within walking distance. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole experience was excellent. Great customer service and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The Hotel had an awful smell. Our room was fairly clean, but I had to wipe everything down. The pantry area had very little stock… there was no vending either

Dirty shower, hair on the bed, broken soap dispenser stripped from the wall and left unfixed.

The room was pretty dirty and stained for such a new property.

Chose this property for being a fairly new hotel. Going into the room, felt it was not being properly maintained. The door to the bathroom was broke and would not shut/latch. A few bed pillows had stains and shower produced room temperature water at best. Asked the staff about it and just told me ‘ will have someone look at it. Was only there for a night but would have raised a larger deal with the hotel if I was staying any longer.

A nice place to have a weekend getaway from home. The rooms are spacious

The room was great the only complaint I have is the pillows are very thin and worn. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Nothing to do with staff or the room . Noisy hotel. Children running up and down the hall till midnight. Doors slamming until 3 in the morning. Doors close automatically which leads to slams.

Extremely familiar with the Perrysburg area as I've visited at least annually since 2015. Thought we'd try this hotel based on its proximity to shopping, dining, etc. Should have taken it as a sign when we entered to check in. 2 people at desk. Male staring a computer screen deliberately ignored us. Did not even acknowledge our presence. Female was helping another guest. Had to wait at least 7-10 min while guy ignored us. Finally checked in got to room. Entry door looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar. Didn't exactly exude safety. Upon entering, noticed my shoe sticking to tile floor. Looked down to see a dried puddle of unknown substance. Immediately called front desk. Was informed by female that they could switch us to another room but we would have to return to the desk (with luggage, cart, etc) to obtain new keys and turn in other ones. No offer to bring them to us as new room was on same floor. Later that evening decided to check out the pool. Pool deck was disgustingly dirty with random clumps of hair, trash and other debris. Not hotel's fault but rude children deliberately jumping in right next to us and parent with nose in their phone. Clear sign stating NO JUMPING. Next day went down to what hotel calls "buffet breakfast". With more than an hour to go, no food available except cereal and/or bread. People standing around waiting. More than 20 min, finally put out more food which was not cooked. Shower had 2 in water when in use. Will not stay here again.

When we checked in I had to wait some time before being helped..I was given no extra information as far as breakfast times...check out Info...No extra bedding for pull out sofa..pillows so flat...alot of trash in the hallways..

We love staying at this property so much. It is so perfect, and clean, and the staff is amazing.

Asked to have a clogged bathroom sink fixed on 3 separate occasions. We were there for 3 nights, and it was never fixed.

There was just one woman working at the hotel and numerous guests had issues. She was completely overwhelmed. An off-duty maintenance worker came BACK in as he was heading home from work because he heard that there were so many issues (room locks not working, other in-room issues, etc). Our bathroom was definitely not cleaned well before our arrival and we had just 2 towels. We had to call down to request more. It was a 5 person room so not sure why there would only be 2. One other thing I would suggest is that you tell guests that parking has a fee. It was very odd to have to pay to park when we could have parked in one of the shopping lots right next door for free. Also, the breakfast was a mess. The waffle maker wasn't working and the lids on the warm food were scalding hot and my daughter burned her hand lifting off the lid to get eggs. There was a whole set of toppings for oatmeal...and no oatmeal. Also, there was only bottles of chocolate milk for the cereal, no regular milk, so my kids used the bottles. Really shocking how poor of an experience we had since this isn't an old hotel. We are frequent Hilton hotel guests and this was one of our worst experiences.

Within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants. There’s also lots of places to walk for exercise (which I do every morning). The staff is very friendly and it’s well maintained. My only complaint is the breakfast bar - would it kill them to add some healthier options (even just hard boiled eggs)?

Very nice room setup for a family and they had a pack and play available. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I have had.

Breakfast and accommodations are outstanding.

Issues with room such as bathroom exhaust vent stayed on all night with no shut off disturbing sleep, the king bed mattress was much softer than used to, and the fire alarms kept going off in our room after breakfast. At breakfast they were out if something simple like low fat yogurt

For the price, you would expect the shower to work. However, for the entire second day of our stay, the shower dripper cold water. No pressure, no heat. The free breakfast was nice, but the food always seemed to run out before breakfast was officially over. The staff was friendly, the location is great and the beds were decent.
