Beautiful hotel, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Room not cleaned, unhelpful room service staff, just an overwhelming sense of disappointment in what should be one of the best hotels in the region based on its superb physical presence.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and overall very pleasant. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and they truly surprised me by upgrading my room to a higher category without me even asking. The hotel’s WhatsApp support line was also very efficient, responding immediately and resolving any issues right away. Its central location is a major advantage. With a metro station right next to the hotel, it’s very easy to reach any part of Doha as well as the airport. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety. I especially appreciated the long breakfast hours and the selection of dishes from various world cuisines — they really did everything to ensure a satisfying start to the day. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the pillows in the room; they could have been softer and more comfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I was highly satisfied overall.
