Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på det här hotellet – en upplevelse som överträffade våra förväntningar. Det som verkligen gjorde vistelsen minnesvärd var personalen. Från incheckning till utcheckning möttes vi av vänlighet, professionalitet och genuin omtanke. Rummet höll hög standard, frukosten var god och läget utmärkt. Vi rekommenderar varm det här hotellet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the location was handy for the town centre. Negative things were the room which was of poor quality with little ventilation and a small fan which did nothing to cool down the hot, stuffy room! The steps up to the bathroom were a little dangerous in the middle of the night. Room 1 was very noisy from loud speaker quizzes and music at night and noises were disturbing from creaking floorboards and neighbours! The breakfast room was help yourself. No one was around, the coffee machine did not work and the choice was very limited! I would not stay again.

Room number 2. Tidy clean spacious bedroom and bathroom. Good tv and ammenities. Clean but toilet cleaner appeared to be used everyware including the sink (stained blue) and was still on the toilet seat. Extractor not working in bathroom, very steamy. Very hot in room and window could only open a few inches. Fortunately portable fan provided which helped a little. Two sets of steps in room to and from bathroom to fall down and one trip hazard at top of stairs leading to rooms. Staff helpful and pleasent. Large well run bar.
