Side Hotel

The location, amazing staff & cost effective rate is why you would want to book here. My husband had recently had surgery and needed to be able to return to the room while the rest of us saw the sights and that was invaluable. The other thing that stood out was the staff, specifically the gentleman whose name starts with an E, maybe Ezme? He was so good that I would compare his service to that of a Fairmont or Marriott. Ie I was cleaning my sun glasses & he offered me a glasses cleaner packet and he gave us solid recommendations for dinner. For those reasons I would return. Nothings perfect so some areas that could use improvement are; The breakfast was average in comparison to others we have had in Turkey (but that is a factor in our decision making). I went next door to North Art Coffee to get my yummy Cappachino fix. More importantly the bathroom was dated and as is common there is no fan, which often results in black mold which I believe we had in our room. We needed a larger room to sleep two adults and a teen so perhaps the smaller rooms are without that problem but I think with an update to the bathrooms this place will be fantastic.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Plus very nice buffet breakfast and a civilised checking out time if 11:00. Unfortunately our room was quite tired and in need of some work and redecoration. The shower though was very good.

Great staff. Proximity to major attractions. Great neighborhood for eating mostly.

Great location, lovely staff, simple rooms.

The room was not all the same as advertised on the website. It was a mattress on the box spring. No trash cans in the room.
