Sometimes you just need to get away and actually relax...Apres Ski is the spot if you want to unwind at Sugar Mountain! We just finished a long weekend up here and it was amazing. The location speaks for itself. Step outside, lock your bindings, and you are off for skiing/snowboarding. Easy access on/off the slopes for snacks or lunch. We could let our teens do a few more runs even after the adults were ready for a break... Lifts are super convenient to Oma's Meadow. As far as the condo, it is laid out efficiently and comfortably for a family to enjoy some time together. Side note...the master king bed is incredibly comfortable (and a real blessing after all day on the slopes). The kids reported that the bunks in the other bedroom are also very comfortable (and they are picky). Washer/dryer is a lifesaver to get gear ready for a night session. The ski closet is lockable and keeps your gear out of the condo and secure (strongly recommend the multi-day rental at Highland if you need gear). The living area is cozy for the whole group. The smart tv and cable worked great for Super Bowl Sunday! The balcony overlooks the woods on the mountain with a partial view of the lift to Oma's Meadow and the slopes. It really shines at sunrise with coffee! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we ate every meal at the condo all weekend. The owners have gone the extra mile to provide all the essentials and plenty of nice surprises. Bottom line, this condo is completely set up for a family wanting to spend max time on the slopes during their trip. We could have driven up the mountain, parked the truck, and never had a reason to drive down the mountain until we had to reluctantly make the trip home. You won't be disappointed here; we couldn't have asked for anything more and we will be back!

They thought of everything! Right down to extra pool towels and toiletries if you forgot any. Everything was clearly labeled, and they had some secret hidden jokes that we enjoyed. The porch was calm, quiet and amazing day or night. We spent hours just sitting and enjoying the view. There was plenty of space for all our things and it was so easy to cook and bake with everything neatly labeled. It was also super close to the grocery store. By far, my favorite place I’ve stayed in the mountains. It’s also the perfect setup for ski season. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

Our family's stay at APPres-Ski was one to remember for sure. The property is located on top of Sugar Mountain, only feet away from Oma's Meadow and Sugar Slalom slopes. Although there is no snow in the summer, it is still gorgeous and it feels special to be so close to the ski lifts. There were mountain bike trials just under our balcony. We enjoyed seeing the young men and women make their way through it while having the tasty coffee provided by APPres-Ski and breathing the fresh, cool mountain air in the morning. This cozy condo had everything we needed, and so much more. This place is perfect for home bodies and active visitors alike. If we were not relaxing inside on the comfortable furniture watching a wide range of TV options; we were cooking, playing board games, or just enjoying the awesome views from the balcony. At some points, all of that was happening at once. When you are ready to be out and about, the condo is within 10-25 minutes of many worthwhile experiences. Our children and adult company visited the clubhouse when on-site and took full advantage of the features. Big pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness gym, and multi-purpose room. If you're a social person like I, you will meet wonderful people, if you want to stay to yourself, this community is quiet, respectful, and can provide a privite experience as well. All in all, you wont find a better place to escape the heat in the summer.

The full kitchen and washer/dryer were invaluable amenities, allowing us to save money on meals and dry our gear with ease. The beds were comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. Beyond the amenities, the owners truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality and helpfulness were unmatched. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to this ski condo when we come back to Sugar Mountain. It's the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making it our top choice for the future.

This condo has everything you need: toiletries, facial wipes, washer/dryer, Keurig, king-size bed in the master, cleaning supplies, Clorox wipes, pool towels, etc. The cabinets in the kitchen are labeled so it's easy to find everything. The condo is LESS THAN 100 FEET from the ski lift. Did I mention how clean this place is? It's pristine. Definitely recommend. It's our go-to for weekend getaways in the mountains.

We went to Sugar Mountain for a mountain bike race. The accommodations were fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies I needed. I could look out the back deck and watch a section of the race course during the practice. We would love to stay here again! I highly recommend it! Our host was so helpful and kind. They were amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt instantly at home. The condo is incredibly cozy, offering a wonderful sense of peace and warmth that made it the perfect escape. Most importantly, the place was impeccably clean. It was clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Everything—from the kitchen surfaces to the bathroom—sparkled, which made settling in so much easier and more comfortable. I love the labels on all the kitchen cabinets making it a snap to find everything and quite a fully stocked kitchen too I might add. It’s a very clean and buttoned up rental; the owner’s pretty much think of everything you might need. The trail is literally a 30 second walk away. The back deck affords decent views of the trail. I would recommend.

Location was perfect, right next to the trail. Kids loved the bunk room and Wii. Owners were super nice and communication top notch. We had an amazing trip, thank you Paul and Morgan!

We went to Sugar Mountain for a mountain bike race. The accommodations were fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies I needed. Great location at the top of Omas lift. Quick walk to the top of Oma's. Good selection of appliances and utensils. Would recommend for skiers except beginners. Beginners will not want to go down Oma's. LOL.

We went in the off season and the ski slope was a great (and quiet) place to walk and reach some gorgeous views. This place is a real find!

Our family's stay at APPres-Ski was one to remember for sure. The property is located on top of Sugar Mountain, only feet away from Oma's Meadow and Sugar Slalom slopes. Although there is no snow in the summer, it is still gorgeous and it feels special to be so close to the ski lifts. There were mountain bike trials just under our balcony. We enjoyed seeing the young men and women make their way through it while having the tasty coffee provided by APPres-Ski and breathing the fresh, cool mountain air in the morning. This cozy condo had everything we needed, and so much more. This place is perfect for home bodies and active visitors alike. If we were not relaxing inside on the comfortable furniture watching a wide range of TV options; we were cooking, playing board games, or just enjoying the awesome views from the balcony. At some points, all of that was happening at once. When you are ready to be out and about, the condo is within 10-25 minutes of many worthwhile experiences. Our children and adult company visited the clubhouse when on-site and took full advantage of the features. Big pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness gym, and multi-purpose room. If you're a social person like I, you will meet wonderful people, if you want to stay to yourself, this community is quiet, respectful, and can provide a privite experience as well. All in all, you wont find a better place to escape the heat in the summer.

The condo is LESS THAN 100 FEET from the ski lift. Did I mention how clean this place is? It's pristine. Definitely recommend. It's our go-to for weekend getaways in the mountains.

We went to Sugar Mountain for a mountain bike race. The accommodations were fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies I needed. I could look out the back deck and watch a section of the race course during the practice. We would love to stay here again! I highly recommend it! Our host was so helpful and kind. They were amazing!!

Great property- location was amazing & very convenient, especially having kids that vary in ages & interests. It was very convenient for each of us to go back & forth to the condo & allowed everyone to ski/snowboard as much or as little as desired. The location/convenience also kept us from needing to eat in the lodge which saved money & allowed for healthier meals. Paul & Morgan were very responsive from booking through our stay & the condo was well organized & stocked with needed items. We will definitely look to stay here again- our kids agreed it was one of our smoothest ski adventures yet!

Great stay yet again at pauls place, lovely mountaintop views, when we arrived their was snow on the balcony, & the last day we stayed there was a big snow storm that was just awesome. Even though omas was closed, I did find out this visit, that there is a short walk right over to switchback. Not a bad walk from the place during the earlier season. Pauls communication was great & warned us of incoming snow our last day in town. Cant wait to visit again

It was very convenient for each of us to go back & forth to the condo & allowed everyone to ski/snowboard as much or as little as desired. Our stay at the ski condo atop Sugar Mountain was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled right on the slopes, the ski in and ski out access made hitting the slopes a breeze. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to this ski condo when we come back to Sugar Mountain. I love the labels on all the kitchen cabinets making it a snap to find everything and quite a fully stocked kitchen too I might add. It’s a very clean and buttoned up rental; the owner’s pretty much think of everything you might need. The trail is literally a 30 second walk away. The back deck affords decent views of the trail. Sometimes you just need to get away and actually relax...Apres Ski is the spot if you want to unwind at Sugar Mountain! We just finished a long weekend up here and it was amazing. The location speaks for itself. Step outside, lock your bindings, and you are off for skiing/snowboarding. Easy access on/off the slopes for snacks or lunch. We could let our teens do a few more runs even after the adults were ready for a break... Lifts are super convenient to Oma's Meadow. As far as the condo, it is laid out efficiently and comfortably for a family to enjoy some time together. Side note...the master king bed is incredibly comfortable (and a real blessing after all day on the slopes). The kids reported that the bunks in the other bedroom are also very comfortable (and they are picky). Washer/dryer is a lifesaver to get gear ready for a night session. The ski closet is lockable and keeps your gear out of the condo and secure (strongly recommend the multi-day rental at Highland if you need gear). The living area is cozy for the whole group. The smart tv and cable worked great for Super Bowl Sunday! The balcony overlooks the woods on the mountain with a partial view of the lift to Oma's Meadow and the slopes. It really shines at sunrise with coffee! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we ate every meal at the condo all weekend. The owners have gone the extra mile to provide all the essentials and plenty of nice surprises. Bottom line, this condo is completely set up for a family wanting to spend max time on the slopes during their trip. We could have driven up the mountain, parked the truck, and never had a reason to drive down the mountain until we had to reluctantly make the trip home. You won't be disappointed here; we couldn't have asked for anything more and we will be back!

They thought of everything! Right down to extra pool towels and toiletries if you forgot any. Everything was clearly labeled, and they had some secret hidden jokes that we enjoyed. The porch was calm, quiet and amazing day or night. We spent hours just sitting and enjoying the view. There was plenty of space for all our things and it was so easy to cook and bake with everything neatly labeled. It was also super close to the grocery store. By far, my favorite place I’ve stayed in the mountains. It’s also the perfect setup for ski season. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

The property was perfect, right at the top of the run/ski lift. We were able to walk out of the property and ski down the mountain to the resort. At the end of the day, we rode the lift to the top, where my wife had hot chocolate and warm food. It was wonderful! The hosts were communicative, and everything was super easy. :-) would love to come back here a few times a year!
The property was perfect, right at the top of the run/ski lift. We were able to walk out of the property and ski down the mountain to the resort. At the end of the day, we rode the lift to the top, where my wife had hot chocolate and warm food. It was wonderful! The hosts were communicative, and everything was super easy. :-) would love to come back here a few times a year!

This is our second our family has stayed at Appress ski. We love the location and the beautiful views. This is a vacation condo, the host has put everything into place to make it feel like home. I love the keyless door lock that secures every time you come in and out. Once you first step in there are some extra amenities with comfy slippers and hand warmers. There are fun, cute messages throughout the condo that makes you want to search all over and find all the hidden sayings. There are plenty of fun family games that we all enjoyed playing. My favorite thing was getting a warm cup of coffee in the morning time and watching the sunrise over the mountains. If you forget anything, the host has provided towels, toiletries, and any other thing that you can think of so you won’t have to run out and buy the basic essentials. I can’t wait to come back next year.

An incredible location right on the slopes of Sugar Mountain! A true ski-in and ski-out. The condo is cozy and has everything you could possibly need, which made the trip that much better. The host should teach a class on how to be a host because there was no detail untouched in the condo, they truly thought of everything. Beds are good, sheets were nice, everything was super clean. They also have pool/hot tub access at the club house which is just a quick walk outside and is a great place to relax. Our 6 yr old loved the pool! The balcony is lovely overlooking nature and it's fun to watch people ski down while you're sipping coffee and gearing up. We will definitely stay here again!

5 Stars all around! We stayed at the property to a quick trip to board at Sugar. The place had everything we needed and the check in/out process was a breeze. The host made sure we had everything we needed - going above and beyond in all accounts. The kids loved being able to hop in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We are already talking about another trip!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sugar Mountain. If you plan to use the Ski in/Ski out, you may need to have skied before--it's not on an easy hill for beginners.
