We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the Knight's Lodge rooms. I was visiting England with my 8 year old son from America and we needed a child friendly hotel centrally located. I loved how the rooms are located via a board walk in a wooded area. There is a playground, evening entertainment and a couple of restaurants. It's about 15 minute walk to the castle. We spent one whole day and a morning visiting the castle which was so much fun. We went on a day trip to visit relatives in the area and then flew out from Birmingham Airport which was about 30 minutes away. We had a lovely time!

The signage to the entry is a joke. The message sent said collect key from Warwick Castle Lobby but this place is not mentioned on the entry direction board. Drove around for a while and had to stop someone to point me in the right direction. Not been to Castle before. In the bathroom there is no shaver plug as there is in most hotels. Couldn't get TV to come on and had to get one of the staff to show me what to do. Had problem with the exit pole which would not raise when we approached and had to wait a while until a member of staff had to put a code in to let us out.

It was fantastic to be able to visit Warwick castle from our tent, easy short walk, cheaper entry fee and free parking. Also the tents are very well done, as long as you know you have to share the bathroom and bring all your toiletries and towels. Be aware there are lots of children and babies specially on weekends, and some cried at night and woke me up. It's not super quiet, it's a tent! Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff amazing!! 5 minute walk from all the shops, estaurants, and pubsI will definitely stay again if visiting Warwick.

Check in went smoothly. The bathroom was dirty and had to ask the staff to clean it as it needed a scrub to clean it. This was unpleasant as my son stepped on it unknowing what it was.. Staff dealt it quickly.

Great location for the castle. Glamping for the first time was an experience. Shame about the rain. Meant it was damp in the tent. Water still managed to get in somehow; there were puddles on the floor right inside the tent - not from the front flaps being exposed. We'd had that explained to us about ensuring the flaps were 'out'. Shower & toilet blacks were great. Dining in the evening was over the top - too much food! Must be a lot of waste. Breakfast being included was a bonus & the buffet was excellent. Great being able to visit the castle for a reduced price too

Really lovely for glamping very plush beds and clean tents. Central bathroom facilities were immaculate and within a few moments walk. Evening entertainment was good fun and very engaging for the smaller children. Only downside was constant drone so not so good for light sleepers, but overall we thoroughly recommend a stay here when visiting the castle.

Fortunatly/Unfortunatly I decided to have a go at Glamping on the hottest 2 days of Summer 2024. I would highly recommend the Knights Village as a novel place to stay. But be aware the tents get stupidly hot when the weather is nice. But thats just me.

Staff were very friendly, great with our 2 year old, remembered to put the cot up... a few other hotels havent in the past. The hotel was very clean, made our stay very comfortable. Loved the style of the hotel, the decore was fun and topical. We will be visiting again in the future.

Came up to see Texas and decided to stay at the castle. The staff are absolutely brilliant, helpful always smiling go out of their way to be helpful. It made our one night stay a real joy. We aim to come back and see more concerts , and return with our granddaughter in the next school holidays.

Only 2 negatives we came across was when we scanned the QR code for the menus in the room, when we went into the Tavern the Mac&Cheese and Sticky Toffee Pudding was not on the menu. The other was the postcode for the satnav took us past the entrance. Would have been good to comment turn into entrance for castle and pass through barriers.

I left 4 stars not 5 because we were not aware of long walk all the tome to cottage and back, and if you don`t traveled by car like us, its not most convenient place to stay.

Good new hotel, obviously themed for visit to Castle, I would imagine great fun for children. Great location for visit to castle, racecourse and town. Fine for couples when we visited but is aiming at families.

The property is set up for families with young children. There are two places to have food, the tavern or dining room. We chose the dining room which only serves a buffet. The food was not good, the cost was $26 pounds. Would not recommend eating there. Walk or drive into the town for eating and some good site seeing.

Only 2 negatives we came across was when we scanned the QR code for the menus in the room, when we went into the Tavern the Mac&Cheese and Sticky Toffee Pudding was not on the menu. The other was the postcode for the satnav took us past the entrance. Would have been good to comment turn into entrance for castle and pass through barriers.

Lovely basic hotel set in convenient and beautiful surroundings perfect for a visit to warwick castle. The staff were freindly and efficient. Lovely to sit out on a sunny evening watching enjoy x drink whild the children play watching great knight entertainment. My only criticism would be ordering food is very higgledy piggledy and expensive. Breakfast included in price was great

Our room was good, the bed comfortable and everything very clean. We were disappointed with the dining areas and with the food, which was unjustifiably expensive. Breakfast "fruit juice" was awful. The surrounding area was excellent, Parking close and plentiful. Apart from the restaurants, the hotel was very good and we would return.

Nice decor for the kids. But, and a big one, evening dinner for 1 adult, and 3 children, £92.00. I know prices are going uo all over, but that's crazy for the food served.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family. The rooms are spacious, considering all aspects of children’s needs, small toilet seats, finger guards on the doors, and once our room door is closed, you can’t hear any other families, not even corridor noise. The perfect end to a birthday spent at the castle for our 9 year old. Every member of staff made her feel special from balloons in the room to singing happy birthday to her. And Warwick castle itself full of beautiful pieces of history and fun things to do and see for all the family. The only thing to mention is the kings tavern food wasn’t the best and price of the all you can eat buffet put us off, so we all opted for pizza twists potato wedges and a freshly cooked burger from the grill, the best burger ever!! We were expecting a little more extravaganza for the evening entertainment but all in all a great stay. Breakfast is included in your overnight stay and the breakfast chef out did herself! Absolutely delicious, cooked well, and hot.

We enjoyed staying in the tents at the medieval village, the grounds are beautiful. Parking and Check in was easy and quick. Tents were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding provided were great we loved it. Activities in the evening were good for young kids ages 5-10 but not so much for older kids. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice but the queue to get a table was unreasonable considering you have to book a time a lot. Negatives - the board walk is really noisy so keeps you awake when kids run up and down it late at night or early morning. I didn’t realise we were so close to the airport, early planes also woke us up, VERY LOUD. The showers are nice and powerful but drainage is a joke, the whole wet room becomes a bath and stays wet, soapy and dirty so using the toilet after someone’s showered is impossible, expect wet feet and trousers. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything was lovely except for a few other families who were inconsiderate. They were noisy, not respectful of space around others tents, and allowed their children to behave unruly. I feel some notices would be a good idea reminding people to be quieter in the evening when small child go to bed.

Nice room, ace if you had small children. We were on the ground floor which was lovely and cool. Breakfast was excellent.
