This property is a no frills motel, meaning the doors open to the outside and there is no elevator if you are in the second floor. In our case, this is exactly what we needed because we didn’t want to leave anything in our vehicle and we had a lot to unload. It is obvious that the room had been totally remodeled from its original state, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. You have to leave a $40 cash deposit which is kind of weird but there was no hassle getting it back so I’m not sure what the purpose of it was since they didn’t like look at my room. But the price was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again.

It was an older motel that has been remodeled. New furniture and new floors with no carpet. You could hear outside noises but they were not loud enough to keep me awake. Bed is firm with soft pillows. Heating system is pretty quiet. Nice experience, i have been back.

Therefore if I had causes issues, they would not know . biggest Concern, homeless camp in the next parking lot. As a female traveling alone, it i knew that ahead or time, would have booked in a different part of town.

The floors in the room were so dirty and sticky I couldn’t walk barefoot without my feet turning black. We killed a couple bugs inside the apartment. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them or maybe werent even washed before us. The area was ok. Check in was easy. Staff was nice.

We walked in the room and there was three cockroaches on the floor of our room. Then I peeled back the bedding to make sure there weren’t any in the bed and there was stains all over the sheets. Unfortunately every single other hotel was booked so I slept on top of a blanket that I had brought and got three hours of sleep because I was terrified to wake up to roaches on me. 0/10

Well i arrived and thought i had went to the wrong hotel. The outside looks nothinf like the pictures taken. And the inside is similar but not so much edited to make it look so eligant. The room was very nice and clean. It was very roomy as well. The staff were super nice. Don’t let the outside fool you. This would be a good stop. If you like a firm bed, they have it. They did not have a breakfast but there are many restaurants close to the area. The shower was great and the air conditioner ran fine and was not loud at all. The noise was enough to drown most of the little traffic outside. I need to have a little noise in the room when I sleep so that was perfect. I have a fan running in my room year around.

Rude customer service, wanted cash for deposit I didn’t have any so went to store they wouldn’t give us cash, then they wanted me to sign without knowing what I was signing and I told her I needed to know she got mad and told me to leave. She said I would get my money back and still haven’t. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. It was filthy, staff was very rude, will be reporting.

Once I was awake, it was hard for me to go back to sleep. If we ever have an appointment at OU Children's again, this would, more than likely, be the place.

Do not listen to the other reviews that this hotel is “surprisingly clean”. This hotel is filthy. There are many people loitering in the parking lot, floor was filthy, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the lot much sleeping overnight. We walked in and right back out and booked the holiday inn across town. You get what you pay for.

The room was large and clean.and was the right price for just sleeping one night on our way to NV for a wedding. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. we ate at the BBQ king which was delicious. Will.stay again on our way back!

Mostly clean but fridge was moldy and there was some soap in the shower. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Mexican food next door was delicious. Metal beds make noise. Room was renovated.

There was a lot of restaurants close by convenient stores and Walmart looks like less than a mile away so made it pretty pretty hard to pass on this one night was quite excep for the last night there was a little problem with some people who didn’t want to keep quiet but they took care of it so apart from that I would definitely recommend this one

A nice, no frills place that’s great if you’re in need of a stopover on a road trip. Outside looks a bit rough but the room was clean and modern. Also breakfast and dinner spots are within walking distance.

The room was very nice and clean. It was very roomy as well. The staff were super nice. Don’t let the outside fool you. This would be a good stop. If you like a firm bed, they have it. They did not have a breakfast but there are many restaurants close to the area. The shower was great and the air conditioner ran fine and was not loud at all. The noise was enough to drown most of the little traffic outside. I need to have a little noise in the room when I sleep so that was perfect. I have a fan running in my room year around.

The room was clean and the air conditioning operated flawlessly but the room is horribly sparse. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer. There was no smoke detector in the room. Although I did have a visit from a rather large spider, there were no bed bugs. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows, only 3 for a king sized bed, and smaller pillows at that, were not very full. The grill on the bathroom fan was missing. The fridge was, however, an exceptional size and very cold. A microwave was present and clean. All contained in the TV credenza. There was an office chair and a small desk like table. And since other damaged folding type table along a wall. Only two bath towels and a bath mat were in the room. No hand towels or face clothes. Two plastic cups wrapped in cellophane and an ice bucket, however I saw no ice machine. It was quiet. The hotel had potential to aspire to a 2-3star accomodation yet needs significant investment and oversite. And a breakfast location. There is no lobby to speak of. No elevator either.
