This place is far better than any website could tell - besides its amazing location, views, design - Maleia and Tim are the ones who made our stay here unforgettable - they make you feel home away from home (and that’s not just a phrase) our stay was just far too short - if we ever have a chance to come back to Talkeetna this will be the place to stay no doubt

Such a quaint relaxing house! The host was amazing with a delicious breakfast cooked every morning and fresh baked goods available though the day! Apparently this home has the most amazing views of Denali but unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy the days we were there. I highly recommended!

The most perfect stay with the most amazing views. Tim, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. Peque prepared delicious breakfasts every morning and made yummy cookies everyday. Maleia made sure we were comfortable and communicated with us before and during our stay. The Inn is beautiful and the property was very well maintained. Each of these staff provided us information of things to do and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our stay was the best. This had to be the friendliest place with the most beautiful views of Denali and wild life.

Wonderful, we’ll kept. Furnished beautifully. Breakfast was great. Freya the pup was awesome and friendly. The mountain was fogged in but if it hadn’t been the large window would have provided a birdseye view. Private bath with fluffy towels. No TV and you are not permitted to wear shoes in the house. Take slippers.

My stay at the inn was excellent the host was very informative prior to my arrival and let me know about the conditions of the drive way and even offered to Re ambers me if I did not feel comfortable drive up a snowy drive way. Provided an excellent breakfast the following morning. The accommodations were well maintained and very clean.

This is an excellent property. The house is exceptionally clean, cozy and safe. The view of the mountain landscape cannot be beat. It made my first trip to Alaska (I’ve now been to all 50 states!) that much more memorable. Tim — the owner — is a very nice man and very hospitable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Talkeetna the next time!

Maleia was the most amazing host we’ve ever stayed with. Her ability to anticipate our needs was amazing. This is a hidden gem, nestled in the woods with beautiful views of the Alaskan Range. The Inn Keeper, our host, was full of suggestions of what to do in the area. This property is a uniquely lovely oasis outside of Talkeenta. The house manager went above and beyond to help make our visit exceptional, within the beautiful lodge and more generally. I'd highly recommend.

This is an excellent property. The house is exceptionally clean, cozy and safe. The view of the mountain landscape cannot be beat. It made my first trip to Alaska (I’ve now been to all 50 states!) that much more memorable. Tim — the owner — is a very nice man and very hospitable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Talkeetna the next time!

We had a nice stay here. The host makes you feel right at home. Only problem was we didn't get to stay longer. It was just a one night stay. We had a good breakfast before we left in the morning.

My husband and I felt felt right at home and was happy with the hostess Maleia and her doggie Freija. We were asked about dietary needs for breakfast and confirmed what you wanted to eat and time for the next day. It didn’t feel good one of the days and it was nice to have a comfortable bed and private area to sleep. Would recommend this place to others and we would come back for sure 😊

This inn is very charming, immaculately clean and has beautiful views. The innkeeper, Malea, is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and afternoon cookies are wonderful. I just can't say enough. We will definitely be back.

This place is probably your best bet for staying in telkeetna…a town with a lot of variety in accommodations. I’ve stayed in quite a few over 40 years and am so happy to find this place. Perfect ambiance of a small inn with incredible atmosphere. Quiet, slightly out of town, with plenty of views and lots of indoor space to hang out if the weather is funky…

O hotel não tem elevador, ficamos hospedadas no terceiro andar (temos +70 anos) Não tem TV no quarto, nem telefone para se comunicar com a recepção. Tinha muitos pernilongos…muito barulhento por causa de um lift de bagagem e dos outros hóspedes. Fica muito longe da cidade e não existe taxi ou Uber na cidade, dependemos de ajuda de locais. O café da manhã é super básico, e não oferecem outras refeições, mesmo estando longe de restaurantes e não tem transporte, Custo benefício altíssimo, mesmo tendo uma bonita vista para as montanhas.

Not so great. We stayed in a tiny cabin that was a big uphill climb from the parking lot. The floor of the cabin was terribly uneven. The bathroom was as basic as they come. We would not stay here again.
