Staff were professional yet very approachable: The room was spotless .. loved having the kitchen area , was perfect.. only gripe, and its purely from a selfish point of view, is I’d prefer a couch in the room / in front of the tv, I stress of the 2 chairs.. but that’s just me!! Loved it and hope to definitely be back soon!! Thanks for a fab stay.. !!

Got there entrance to hotel smelt terrible of drains,got our key went up ro our room which was worse the full room was dirty thick of dust carpet covered it crumbs and hair melt dirty and damp ro.Tv didnt work neither so reported and complaint and was moved to another room which was exactly the same.So went back down made a complaint and spoke to manager who got us a full suit in main hotel with a free breakfast and was so sorry for problems with the aparthotel.The main hotel was amazing our room was beautiful clean and breakfast was stunning staff couldn't be any nicer and great with our little girl who's one.Would never recommend aparthotel but the main hotel was amazing.Would defo stay in the main hotel again

Great stay! Great location with plenty of local bars and clubs. Very friendly staff. Lovely apartment and very clean. Pleasantly surprised by the kitchen utensils!
