Chesa Martina is located in the upper part of La Punt, a quiet Engadin village. The position is ideal for those seeking peace without giving up the village services: the station and bus stop are approximately 600 metres away. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts, connected to the entire Corviglia area, are 12 km away, whilst St. Moritz is reachable in approximately 15 km.
The accommodation, approximately 60 m², is located on the third floor without a lift in a multi-family house and can accommodate up to three people. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a double bed, whilst in the living room there is a sofa bed, ideal for a third person. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet.
The apartment has Wi‑Fi connection, iron, hairdryer, balcony, central heating and a Smart TV with satellite channels in Italian, English and German.
The electric open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
Guests have access to an external parking space, 5.70 m long and 2.20 m wide, located within the property. Should the vehicle not fit within the stated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at the municipal car parks.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the communal laundry room and operate with 0.50 CHF coins.
For safety reasons, use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited.
