Very bad sensation, the apartment and location are very good, but the access to the balcony was closed, the windows with a great shadow rof the building reparations, the pool area closed, marihuanas smells. I changed my stay even I lost 4 nights paid. A really bad experience!!

Loved the pool, workout room and could take exercise classes, apartment was as expected, good communication. Couldn’t figure out wireless internet tho

I arrived with a super confusing check-in, no available parking in or out of the building. The apartment is dirty. Hair on the shower wall, one of the bed sheets was NOT CHANGED, smells used. The shower door doesn't close, the apartment is in mediocre condition, toilet paper towels, soap worthy of a 2-star hotel. We Host's service is terrible. False advertising. I will make a severe criticism on Expediia.

Boa no geral, o apartamento é amplo, muito tranquilo e confortável para um casal + 2 filhos, na suíte principal excelente espaço, vista, colchão de qualidade, banheiro também com excelente espaço e estrutura. Na cozinha completa, porém mais pratos e talheres seria interessante o numero de peças e exato. Na sacada a vista é bacana, porém ali precisa de uma limpeza, há muita sujeira e restos de hospedes anteriores, é um detalhe pequeno, mas há. Na nossa estadia tivemos pequeno imprevisto com a falta do ferro de passar roupas, que no final foi resolvido, e enviado, porém poderia haver mais agilidade nestas coisas menores. Eu recomendo e voltaria. ahhh dica é procurar estacionamento externo, no predio a diária para o carro é muito cara, sugestão busque o Spothero, tem opções de estacionamentos muito proximos por menos da metade do preço do condomínio.

Room was great just a tad dated. The elevators hadn't been inspected in about 3 years which is kind of sketchy when going up 49 floors. The view was amazing. Felt like the modern Miami 80s vibes and we loved it. Best of all was the location very walkable to stores and restaurants in Brickell. A very safe area. I would recommend this spot for a great Miami experience!

We just came back from a very disappointing stay at the Icon Brickell. There are tons and tons of hotels and apartments in this area, but we specifically chose the Icon because of the pools, the area surrounding the pools to lounge in, and the deck off the apartment for a bit of fresh air. All of these things were advertised in the listing. Well, we got there on Saturday night and found out that the pool was only open Saturday & Sunday due to construction. And then on Monday, we found that wooden blocks had been placed outside our sliding doors to the deck, preventing us from opening the doors. Finally, by Monday afternoon the glass doors and deck railings had been covered with plastic wrap, which flapped noisily in the wind all day and night. We stayed through Thursday. If we'd had any idea of the pool closure we never would have booked this location. I am recovering from chemo and was specifically looking forward to relaxing by the pool and swimming. The apartment was nice, the front desk staff was super nice, and security was certainly strict. But we could have gotten that anywhere, and it was so disappointing to have our relaxing trip to Miami ruined by the lack of the amenities promised in the listing.

The apartment I booked had great views and as described. The pool was great. Had plenty of lounge chairs. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book her again.

O apartamento precisa de reforma, pelo preço a limpeza tem que ser muito melhor. Apesar do atendimento ser impecavel o custo benefício não compensa, tem muita coisa melhor por perto.

Everything was literally perfect. The condo was very clean. The view of the city was amazing! I'm would definitely recommend. 10/10 experience for sure!!!

No, when I walked in the room it was completely trashed. It had not been cleaned from the previous resident, and then the owner was hard to reach to get cleaned.

Easy check-in through texting and meeting up with team member in lobby, to get us on the elevator to go up to our room. Loved the view from our room, beds were clean, towels were clean and stocked, toilet tissue was stocked, great selection of seasonings for cooking. Cons: - Could have been better updated balcony furniture - Table lamp and better lighting fixture needed in 2nd bedroom - Non-cracked toilet seat in guest bathroom - New shower heads and water needed to be hotter in both bathroom showers - Working ceiling light needed in master bedroom - Needed kitchen paper towels to be stocked like the toilet tissue and towels Would book again definitely, even with the little quirks that can be fixed or may be different in another room!

The location was great and the host was always responsive to any questions or needs. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working (I don't cook much) and I didn't have many dishes to wash. The dryer was aslo broken. Every else was fine. I was in town for work and the stay was enjoyable comfortable

The beds are so uncomfortable and there was not enough blankets and sheets for the 5th And 6th person in the living room communication was very difficult

Host responds quick and very helpful, beautiful views of the bay from the living room and bedroom. Even better night views of the skyline.

The room was great, the view, the washer and drier was an amazing add on that I didn’t even expect. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

I like that I had a kitchen with a separate bedroom so that one of us cannot be disturbed when I was sleeping. I also like tha fact that the balcony was very long and wide when you compare it to YotelPad with the narrow balcony. My 2 major gripes aboiy this hotel room is the balcony is a bit difficult to open so you jave have to use a lot of strength to open it, and the washer dryer unit is old-school, especially considering all the other appliances are modern. Other than that, I had a really great stay at the Icon Brickell

The day I checked I sent message that WiFi didn’t work and got response to contact host. Did that no response. Sent message in app. Was told will be fixed next day never came. Had no WiFi the whole trip. The smoke detector in bedroom went off every 1 minute because of a dead battery. Cooked breakfast and the place only had 1 fork. The tub didn’t work and was very dangerous to get in and out unless you are over 7 foot tall. Dry slippery as well. Also the balcony doors did not lock properly.

This place is amazing - clean, spacious, and the entire process was very easy.

The first apartment we got was not well maintained and had maintanence works outside so no access to balconies. We contacted the office and got out into a different apartment which was good. We stayed in this place about 10 times before and although sometimes the maintenance of the rooms are lacking the staff do a good job to accommodated your needs.
