Great hotel in a great location

The room is spacious and has a lot of basic amenities - a bit like an aparthotel - but also missing many of the other basics like a kettle, or ANY information about the hotel (on the TV, all information tabs such as ‘spa’ or ‘information’ say no data available at the moment). The bathroom has soap, lotion, body wash and conditioner - as expected. I thought I was going to get first degree burns from the hot water in the shower - questionable health and safety considerations there. In terms of sink amenities, the only thing there was a LOOFAH! no shower cap, nail files, sewing kits etc - at £600 for one night I would have expected so much more. This was not worth the money at all!! Location, size, cleanliness was all fine but that’s it. Check-in staff were smiley but not friendly & did not go above and beyond. I also had to take my own bag out of my uber as the porter was just having a chat with his pals. The room doors slam as you close them - this is a basic thing to improve upon. I don’t usually write reviews but the amount I have spent on this room is outrageous for the service - this is the last time I’ll be asking Chat GPT for any hotels recommendations!!

Habitaciones muy comodas con buen diseño. Amplias. Solo recomendaria mejor luz en el baño.

Room was not very clean. Table had eye lash hairs, water marks from drink cups so hasn’t been wiped. Green couch had obvious dirt and needed a vacuum. Bed was clean. Side table had makeup residue. Bathroom light switch had makeup on wall. Walls were scuffed and dingy

Can’t go wrong, I was satisfied
