Home2 Suites Mt. Juliet, TN

We booked this hotel based on it having an indoor pool for my child. Pool= broken. Both waffle makers= broken. Thermostat in our room- wouldn’t even turn on, pretty uncomfortable night. TV in main room= broken. Repeat stay= no chance.

Parking lot was really full. Had to park at the opposite side of building from where the room was and no available carts to put luggage on for transporting to room. Otherwise a really pleasant experience. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Nashville

It was okay. The air conditioner kept making noises. The elevator was broken as well.

e didn’t have any shampoo in our shower or body soap. The pool was greasy and flighty as well as the area out side had garbage.

I have family in the assisted living facility next door. I have stayed in all of the hotels on this row. My room was clean and quiet and Home2 has the best breakfast of them all. While I prefer outdoor pools i never tried this indoor pool. I did use the laundry.

We really enjoyed our stay. I wanted to rate only 4 stars, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Everything about this place was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got there a bit early before check in and our room wasnt ready yet. We were just going to wait out in the car, but they switched our room so that we could get situated and get some much needed relaxation after an 8 hour car ride. The free breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast, but each of us was able to find something to enjoy every morning. This is saying a lot when you have 4 picky kids that all like different things. The pool was a bit cold, but the kids enjoyed it. Everything you need is nearby. We spent a day in Nashville which was only about a 25 minute car ride away. We also went to Gatlinburg, which i would strongly recommend for any family with children as it seemed that we were the only family with kids in Nashville. This hotel had everything we needed to keep the kids busy and allow the adults to relax between our travels to and from various places in Tennessee. The only issue we had was that we did not receive basic room service. We were running out of supplies such as TP and towels despute there being a notice in the room that they would restock, make the beds, etc every other day. That being said, they were quick to remedy the issue when we brought it up. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. Its very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! The staff were so kind and courteous and helped if we needed anything! The kids did say the pool was a little much for their liking as far as chemicals burning their eyes .. but other than that.. breakfast was awesome!!! Rooms were Clean and provided everything we needed during our stay!! All definitly be choosing to stay with this hotel name again!!!

There are four hotels all in a direct row. I've stayed at the mall. This one has an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and it has the best breakfast overall

The overall experience was good. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room and property appeared well maintained and clean. The room was well appointed and there were sufficient towels and amenities. Breakfast was good and check out was simple.

Clean, nice place to stay

There are many options in the area and I have stayed in many of them. This being a newer hotel, I had high hopes. The staff was great, but unfortunately the room was not up to any standard I had hoped for. We found several dead cockroaches, the blinds had a disgusting stain, the vents were filthy, the floors sticky and stain-ridden, every surface felt gross. My family and I were very dissatisfied with our stay and I can’t imagine we will be back.

Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Will never stay here again when in Nashville. Arrived to slept in sheets, candy and crumbs on floor. Requested the above be fixed after I stayed 2 nights but was told “full clean” isn’t done until after 4th night. Wait, what?! Arrived back late to find oil drops all over rug and tile from HVAC techs doing in room maintenance which I wiped up myself so I could collapse in bed. Sheets looked same condition, d/w had dishes inside & weren’t from me. Institutional breakfast items and customer trash left in hallways sat for days.

Was initially pleased until we got into our room. Dishes were put away wet. Dirty spoon in the silverware drawer. One big complaint is how dirty the floors were. Our feet were black. Even after showering the night before and again in the am our feet were dirty just from the floor.

Always a great stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel and property are always clean and well kept. Easy access and great rooms. Breakfast is always very good and fresh. This is my top location to stay when in town.

Our room was not ready. The front desk manager said it was not ready because we weee in a different category having rented from hotels.com. Someone had to go check to see if the room was clean. It was semi clean. Dirty build up around the bottom of the shower. Crumbs in the entry way. And an unfresh smell. Breakfast area floor was really dirty and sticky. Poor management.

Room was not clean, left over food still in fridge, toilet did not flush properly. At breakfast the waffle mix ran out and the staff member looked at me while talking on her personal phone and walked off.

Shower doors did not close properly and there was mold around the caulk

I chose this hotel because a family member told me about the heated pool - perfect for their newborn baby. The pool was frigid. The pool walls were grungy. I brought my grandkids with the plan of swimming in January. Big nope. The next morning it was heating up but we were already checking out. Room was clean and nice with a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There was an adequate snack section in the lobby and the breakfast bar had a decent selection. Bed was too hard and the blanket was a quilted mattress pad. Weird. Walls are too thin. I’ve been in other Home2suites that were better.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfy. Shower pressure was ok, nothing amazing. Good for the price!

The TV in the room only got a few channels and was not a smart TV so there was no option besides the local channels which worked intermittently. It was clean however the shower and sink were not as clean as I have seen. It’s a smaller room considering what’s in it. If you are staying any length of time with two smaller children I suggest a large room with two beds and not the king with a pull out. They offer pack and plays but it was very dirty so we did not use it. Kitchen area is nice but right in the narrow hall so hard to use. Bathroom was TINY my husband is 6’9” and had a hard time getting around the door into the shower and so did I.

However, both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa sleeper was even worse. All the food at the continental breakfast was terrible, which was very disappointing. Very pretty and the rooms were great but the TV was going out so we couldn’t watch tv. When the clerk was informed he just said they are aware and all the tvs are going out in the hotel.

Our showers doors were broken. Didn’t slide at all without lifting and pulling. Told the front desk and do I’m sure they will fix.

Room was nice. Microwave didn’t work, the cold water didn’t work on the kitchen sink. The body wash was empty in the shower. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us a key to use another room’s microwave.

The staff upon checking in was friendly. The room was just okay. The bathroom door would close on its own. There was no water pressure which was the absolute worst. Mr Robertson the night front desk was a bit strange and not very friendly. The bed was a bit lumpy.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed with open arms. Kim, the assistant manager checked us in . She was welcoming and knowledgeable about everything we needed. When we were leaving a kind gentleman helped us navigate the carts to get our luggage out to our car. We love our stays (4th time) and will continue to come back again and again.

The free breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast, but each of us was able to find something to enjoy every morning. This is saying a lot when you have 4 picky kids that all like different things. The pool was a bit cold, but the kids enjoyed it. Everything you need is nearby. We spent a day in Nashville which was only about a 25 minute car ride away. We also went to Gatlinburg, which i would strongly recommend for any family with children as it seemed that we were the only family with kids in Nashville. This hotel had everything we needed to keep the kids busy and allow the adults to relax between our travels to and from various places in Tennessee. The only issue we had was that we did not receive basic room service. We were running out of supplies such as TP and towels despute there being a notice in the room that they would restock, make the beds, etc every other day. That being said, they were quick to remedy the issue when we brought it up. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. Its very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Front desk computer is down, wait 15 minutes. Got a room with King bed instead of 2 Queen beds which I reserved. They said Expedia gave the King bed info and hotel is fully booked so no other room to switch. Bad checkin.

Property is really clean, friendly staff. Breakfast options are great, best coffee that I’ve ever had at a hotel. Convenient location lots of shopping and dining options.

Real easy access to Route 40 made it easy to spend the night while driving long distances!

Amazing property close to great shopping

We had plenty of room in our suite. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. It is a very safe location and convenient to all of the shopping and restaurants we wanted to got to.

The room was large and comfortable with a great bed and shower. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as a convenient Target.

Great location close to several shops and restaurants. Easy to access from I40 and the property is always well.kept!

I love the location of this hotel and stayed here two years ago. We mostly stay at Home 2 Suites when traveling, but unfortunately we will not stay in Mt Juliet again. Home 2 Suites has a sleeping option that best fits our family, but their staff and dining have gone downhill especially at this location. Their coffee is not as good so I am assuming they've changed it, and that's a big money saver for me. Their breakfast was improved in one way, they don't have the individual frozen breakfast item that would be hard as a rock. Unfortunately, their waffle station was closed the entire 5 days we stayed there. They didn't have milk half of the time for cereal. In hindsight I should have gone to the grocery store for a few things, but we ended up getting breakfast everyday except the first day as they ran out of more each day and didn't restock. When looking for a breakfast included hotel to save money, you want to have good options for everyone. This isn't t. Its practically inedible. Also, I don't know what that lofetime of a bed is in an hotel, but when we stayed here 2 years ago it was new and the beds were comfortable, but 2 years later and we all slept poorly. Also every kids channel was blocked on the TV. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. House keeping staff was friendly, and one of the kitchen/dining was sweet and kind. All of the front desk employees we met were first greeted by us with our question or hello, they definitely don't want to be there
