Everything about this location was nice. Just keep in mind that parking is limited but there's extra parking right next to the hotel. Nice little welcome basket was thoughtful as well!

The hotel rooms were clean and smelled great. Only complaint was there was absolutely no parking .. we paid 247 a night and had to park on the dirt road across the street which was a bit dark and isolates

I have stayed here a few times when I come to town to see family & I love it! The hotel uses water softeners, it’s clean, it’s modern, free breakfast, & free parking! Worth the price.

The exterior pool is heated at a very nice temperature for the winter time almost like a Spa. However, they need to call animal service on the roaming cats near the pool. We stayed on the fourth floor and we liked the nice upgrades they used for the rooms. Very spacious rooms and clean. There is an In-N-Out Burger right across the street as well as the Walmart and Tatget which is nice. They have a decent gym that you can get in there at 6 AM in the morning and then breakfast starts at 7 AM and it is good… premade cheese omelettes, and egg muffins. 24/7 coffee of course.

We had a baby shower to attend and this hotel was great. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the vacinity. We liked that the floors were tile. Huge bathroom, kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of room, didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great until the night staff came on duty and said we were too noisy (without actually checking herself) and she would call the police to remove us if we didn't quiet down. Two ladies in their 60's talking in our room was too noisy. Apparently that adjoining room door is very thin.

Every part of our suite was perfect!! The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathroom was roomy, well lit, and equipped with excellent amenities!! The kitchenette was well stocked, and the work area was perfect for all I needed to do! The breakfasts were delicious and there was an abundance to choose from!! All in all it was a perfect home away from home!!

Our room was on the first floor and inconveniently located by the elevators. We heard everything from the people in the lobby to the ice machine. We also needed an extra pillow and could never find anyone at the front desk. We had a king size bed and only 2 pillows! I may be over exaggerating, but who only puts 2 pillows for a king size bed? Overall, hotel was clean, room was spacious and the continental breakfast was great.

Great place to stay. Rooms clean. My granddad I loved the room. It also had a sofa bed. Loved the shower and the amenities for hair and body. Close to the freeway and department stores and eats. Felt safe cause California Highway Patrol right next door. I will definitely stay here again.

The exterior pool is heated at a very nice temperature for the winter time almost like a Spa. However, they need to call animal service on the roaming cats near the pool. We stayed on the fourth floor and we liked the nice upgrades they used for the rooms. Very spacious rooms and clean. There is an In-N-Out Burger right across the street as well as the Walmart and Tatget which is nice. They have a decent gym that you can get in there at 6 AM in the morning and then breakfast starts at 7 AM and it is good… premade cheese omelettes, and egg muffins. 24/7 coffee of course.

Pleasantly surprised during our first stay. Late check-in welcome staff were very friendly. All public spaces were immaculately cleaned. Room design was fresh and bigger than expected. Breakfast options were the best I've experienced. I highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Every part of our suite was perfect!! The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathroom was roomy, well lit, and equipped with excellent amenities!! The kitchenette was well stocked, and the work area was perfect for all I needed to do! The breakfasts were delicious and there was an abundance to choose from!! All in all it was a perfect home away from home!!

Breakfast was not that good. But the room was great! Plenty of room. Loved being on first floor. Very convenient for me. I was able to carry my son to gym. As it was close. Very convenient to restaurants. Space was very good. Love that I was able to cook. Definitely worth it. Will book again.

We have stayed at this property for many times in the last 2 years due to family in the area. It has progressively got worse, especially the pet urine stains on the carpet. Breakfast is awful, still packaged items, not hot, lukewarm coffee and limited choices. Room did not smell clean and outside landscape is in a very sharp decline.staff is not very welcoming . We will not be staying here any longer. We would rather drive 20 mins to Visalia out of our way for cleaner amenities and better service. Not what you expect paying over $200 a night and a $75 pet deposit. Very disappointing

⚠️ WARNING: Don't book this hotel. We had a cockroach infestation, reported it immediately, and management refused to refund us. Save your money and skip the disgust. Instead, our room was crawling with cockroaches — in the kitchen, near the bed, on the sofa, even on the toilet. Every space we needed to use was infested. Filthy and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. We reported it immediately and asked to switch rooms. Told the hotel was fully booked — nothing they could do. Next day, they claimed to have "deep cleaned" the room. We still found more roaches on the kitchen sink afterward. Their fix did nothing. They eventually offered a room switch, but only hours later, after the new room was cleaned — timing that conflicted with our plans and meant repacking mid-trip with no guarantee the next room wasn't just as infested. After ruining a trip we'd planned for months, this hotel REFUSED A REFUND. No accountability, no real apology, just a flat denial — as if living with cockroaches for two days is normal. This property doesn't deserve your trust. Pest control is a joke and customer service is nonexistent.
