Room was nice but pool was closed when I called the day before to verify that it was open. Remote did not work for the tv and kept shutting off.

The pull out couch was broken. I have pictures showing the metal wires hanging out. Paid extra for the suite since there were 5 of us. Had to sleep on the tiny sofa without the pull out. Staff was rude. No welcome, no thank you. Just handed the keys and said room number. 2 bags pf skittles were the only snacks available and a bag of ramen. No ice machines. The ice bin in freezer was empty. Glasses in the kitchen were dirty, had to wash before using. Carpet was beond nasty. Will never stay here agin.

Elevator not working. Bathroom vanity door missing. Large gap under entry door where you could hear conversations as people passed by. Definitely not a secure and safe feeling you want when staying away from home.

Rooms are tiny and cramped. Road noise makes it difficult to sleep. No luggage carts, requiring multiple trips between car and room. Front desk receptionist was present, but not welcoming. Receptionist couldn't code room key correctly, requiring second trip to from desk. Expected more from a Marriott property.

Pool was dirty and water did not look clean. The couch was a 2 person couch in a 2 bedroom suite and cushions were wore out. Not very comfortable for a 3 person stay. Breakfast was good and hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was good too.

I was surprised that for how clean the hotel seemed, my room was so dirty. My trash was full, and I was told to leave it outside and it would be taken out. It was still there when I checked out so I couldn’t throw anything away during my stay. The microwave was also pretty gross on the inside. Just a lot of missed things. And then the pet fee was $100, which seemed pretty steep when my small dog didn’t make a mess in the room at all.

Check in was difficult as the desk person could not seem to speak above a whisper. The room had been smoked in, and was absolutely filthy. Water was leaking from the ceiling onto the toilet and floor. An attempt to cleanup the water yielded black residue from the floor.

Personal belongings were leftover from previous occupants. Trashcan was still full in the Kitchen from previous occupants. Soap is empty, sink in the kitchen plugged up and dishwasher was inoperable.

I love this little gem of a hotel. It’s very near my Mother’s house and the staff takes good care of us. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was not clean when I checked in. It was too late to mention it that night but I called the desk the next morning to let them know the room needed attention. I was assured they would schedule a complete cleaning even through the room was only scheduled to be “refreshed”. The floor of the bathroom and the spots on the nightstand were untouched when I returned after the “cleaning”.

Very homey, comfortable room with tons of amenities like full sized refrigerator, spacious desk, arm side table, stove, convection / microwave oven, etc. Shower was huge. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and smelt fresh, the bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice. The staff was ultra friendly. Our room was the floor above the pool and other guest were playing from 10:30 and 11PM.

Beautiful location, only issue was our room window wouldn’t close so it was a little scary. We were on the third floor so it was fine and after driving for 8 hrs I just wanted to rest. Breakfast options were amazing!

The shower didn’t work and we were unable to take. Morning shower. The manager was abrupt and rude and refused to transfer us to another room or comp us for the problem. We had to get up and drive with the prior day’s grime on us. We won’t stay there again.

I told them three times I wanted a late check out. I put it on the reservation request, I called the property directly and I told them when we checked in. When we came back to the hotel to check out shortly after noon, the maid was trying to access our room even though the do not disturb was clearly on the door. The girl at the desk had no idea we had asked for late check out. Also, the extra pet cleaning fee is outrageous. It is a lovely hotel, with very nice rooms, but I will not be staying again.

Great place to stay if in Clovis. This was my first stay at this particular chain of hotels and it was wonderful. Clean, staff was attentive, and pet friendly.

Pool was dirty and water did not look clean. The couch was a 2 person couch in a 2 bedroom suite and cushions were wore out. Not very comfortable for a 3 person stay. Breakfast was good and hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was good too.

Some staff in training. We weren’t told of the maid schedule so expected our room to be serviced daily. Their schedule is every two days. Would have been nice to have been told. Nice desk personnel brought up towels for us. So not a huge problem.

At the initial check in everything was fine and the staff was nice. We went to the room and immediately noticed a roach crawling on the counter and dishwasher. My husband went down stairs and spoke with the lady at the front desk and they gave us a different room on the other side of the building. We assumed that maybe it was just in that room and it came from the previous person who stayed there. Everything seemed fine with the new room but we decided to keep our bag closed just in case. We went to sleep and once we woke up noticed a dead roach on the floor. We went down stairs and checked out immediately. The guy at the front desk apologized and said that we would need to go through Hotels.com if we wanted a refund for the remaining nights that we paid for (we hadn't even asked for a refund at the point). Once we left I waited a few hours before contacting Hotels.com because I was waiting for a confirmation email from this hotel to show that we left early (it did come come until 2 days later). We are currently waiting to hear back from Hotels.com on a refund for the lost days. We submitted photos of the roach infestation to the site. I would not recommend someone to stay here.

It was really nice to celebrate for graduation. We got five rooms booked and they were all relatively close to each other like I requested. The rooms were all clean and the food was really good for breakfast. I will definitely stay again the next time I need a hotel in Clovis.
