I have stayed at this property plenty of times and many others quadruple the size of this place with much lower deposit and nicer amenities, and the staff here is for the most part always very welcome except this new young hispanic girl who on this trip was so snappy once again. It's like nothing you say to her, she cares about. It's always a "thats not my problem" attitude, or "thats our policy"... it's just very snappy and snobbish how she says it. This past time even I address it to her that I have been very patient and even respectful when she responds to me the way she does. On the form, it specifically states "I was assigned two pool bracelets" and then something else with an initial line beside it. I told her I'm not signing it because I wasn't given anything yet. This says I already have as in PAST TENSE. She very snappy once again replies "well I have it and I'll give it to you once you sign it". I just said to her "Your form says initial after it's given to me." She then once again gets nasty and replies "I'll give it to you as soon as you sign! I have it all right here!" I swear to you I would fire her in a heartbeat if she ever talked to my clients or guests like she talks to me. This is ongoing all the time The rest of the staff is amazing. My only concern is that these new people that get hired are going to pick up on her attitude and treat guests the same way. I don't have to come there at all. I come because it's very well taken care

I have stayed at this hotel quite a number of times over the years. The staff has always been absolutely amazing up until recently. The two new people, particularly one has been quite short with me and outright disrespectful. Every time I make a complaint to her, it's something nasty as a response like "Thats our policy Sir, I can't do anything about it" when complaining about the deposit. Or when I complained about the issues booking, she said "I have nothing to do with Expedia. Thats not our problem.... you'll have to call them." I told her "I know this has nothing to do with you! I'm telling you so you can report it to your management!" She then very nastily replied back "Sir I don't control what is on Expedia or what you see." I just replied, "Its your hotel!" Now there is another new girl there training with her and the attitude and disservice I feel is rubbing off on this new person. I have my own business and if anyone ever talked to my guests or customers the way this girl talks to me and treats me, they would be on the outside looking in. I have a bad habit of leaving stuff behind. I called and replied to the left behind email this time again and while they kept my cable, I asked her what color the cable was over the phone. She once again just replies very snappy and sarcastic "it's just black, sir," I said okay... and right before I could get another word out, she hung up on me. Not a goodbye, or a "is there anything else?" NOTHING! VERY RUDE!

Club Sevilla is by far one of the best kept secrets in the Kissimmee / Orlando area. I’ve been staying for 17 years whenever I’m in Central Florida; and hope to have many more at Club Sevilla👌✅👌✅

This is a tale of two trips. The first time we stayed we were in a villa with a kitchen. I can't say enough nice things about it. There was a couch and chair in a front room, A kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee maker, Plates, and silverware, Even dish soap. King size bed in the bedroom and smaller bed ( single ) in the hall across from the bathroom. The ONLY complaint I had was no shampoo. Our second stay was in a single room, small but functional. First, the time on the alarm clock was wrong (Big deal, right ?) I understood why, I was going to set the alarm for the next morning and had trouble setting the time, let alone setting the alarm. Okay, no problem, I'll call the office for a wake up call. Never mind, the phone is dead! Still no shampoo. learned that lessen well. Small refrigerator, tiny microwave. ( And the cleaning crew walked in on my wife). In both cases the room was clean and nicely kept, The grounds great and the pool inviting.
