This was an excellent, first-time experience renting a condo. 404W was just as expected, and the entire SeaChase complex was impressive. The cleanliness of the property, the landscaping, and the variety of swimming/hot tub options make us want to go back to SeaChase.

Will definitely stay here again, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. When we did need something like sunscreen, Walmart is right across the street. Being able to go sit on the patio in the mornings and look out at the ocean was amazing. We could also open the blinds and see the ocean from bed. Very easy access to the beach.

Trip was great. Condo needs a new dryer.

Perfect stay except for snow storm. Excellent accommodations. Pictures on line were exactly represented. Indoor pool, fitness area, grounds and close proximity to beach were great. One nick was that several people got stuck in elevator on several occasions.
