Hotel is perfect. Location is very nice. But the hotel is 100 pct alcohol free. There is no pub. Yu should inform to the customers before booking the hotel. This is not big issue but this was the first Swiss hotel whic I ever stayed

Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel in downtown Sarajevo - highly recommend!

Great service at check in, welcoming staff. Very nice rooms and good view. Unfortunately the hamam and sauna were closed (without prior notice). My daughter accidentally spilled a drink on the duvet cover, which I reported to the desk and offered to cover expenses for cleaning. It was promptly changed - nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff kind and service minded. At checkout however I was charged 50 Euro for the cleaning of the cover which I found surprising. Also 10 Euro was added for parking when it was stated that as a silver member of hotels, it was supposed to be complimentary, which the staff did not take notice of even though I pointed that out.

This hotel is a luxury hotel with a wonderful spa. The room was huge and I loved the large bay window where I could sit and look at the life below. The AC buttons were lit in a blue light all night without ability to turn off. You could hear the rain coming down in the room and that was nice to fall asleep to, when we found it was not leak! We did not try the restaurant except for breakfast, which was great. We should have known that there was no alcohol available, because of their culture, but we found some across the street😬 The mall and the hotel connect, so plenty of shopping and food choices. We walked to town, about 20 mins, to get to some good restaurants.

Nydelig hotel i et fint område med masse shoppingmuligheter og transportmuligheter rett utenfor bygget. Du kommer deg lett til alle steder herfra. Bassenget inne har en tid kun for kvinner hver dag, et fint spa område og en kjempefin restaurant. Fra hotellet kommer du lett også inn til shoppingsenteret uten å gå ut. Bra parkering. Frokosten er fem stjerners og servicen ytes maks av alle ansatte. Dette var en herlig opplevelse!

Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get quite numb sleeping on these beds. Same feedback from rest of family! Overall, highly recommended!

El hotel es excelente. Personal muy amable. A excepción del gimnasio, que es muy pequeño para el tipo de hotel, las instalaciones son excelentes. Muy Limpio y agradable. Desayuno súmame variado. Debieran mejorar la calidad de las batas. Las dos que habían en la habitación estaban rotas. Pero en general es muy buen hotel

This is a fairly new hotel outside of old town. We were happy with the staff who are very friendly and helpful. It is not really walking distance to old town but taxis are very inexpensive and we did take the local trolley which was fun. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of fruit, cheeses, breads and cooked to order eggs. It was not a problem but be aware this is a alcohol free hotel. We would stay here again if we ever return to Sarajevo.

The hotel is newly built and very clean. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about their breakfast menu which was amazing. There is a mall, which is connected with the hotel, so if you just want to spend some time outside your room, or try a variety of different foods or beverages you can always do so. Transport is easily available. Two times, we called a cab from the hotel, and it arrived within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here many times. This will be the last, the bathroom was dirty. The cabinets need to be replaced in the suites . Breakfast is still very good, but not the rooms .

Beautiful luxury hotel. View of Sarajevo is gorgeous. Couldn't stop looking out the window. Staff friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. Will definitely stay here again on next visit to Sarajevo.

The good: our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The service at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options. The bad: there is no alcohol served in the hotel. No lounge bar, nothing, as well as very few options anywhere around the hotel. Even dining options are limited. The no alcohol policy is nowhere stated on the website. It is also far away from the main attractions of Sarajevo. It is close to a mall, but we didn’t come to Sarajevo to go to a mall. Lastly, the restaurant for dinner is terrible and there are very few options around the hotel. The two nights we were there, there was only one other table occupied and our food still took forever and was served cold. My brother’s chair broke when he went to get up from the table and he is not a large man. (175 lbs). Not one apology or question whether he was ok.

I booked this hotel thinking it would be quiet at night. Unfortunately, despite my room being located on the 14th floor, the thumping music outside which started around 9 pm and lasted until 3 am. We requested a room change but we were informed the hotel was fully booked by the manager, yet there was online availability. Even our cancellation request was denied. In this regard the manager was not helpful at all. Definitely, we would not use this hotel again.

Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get quite numb sleeping on these beds. Same feedback from rest of family! Overall, highly recommended!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10

I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. The breakfast experience the hotel provides was amazing, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality that every employee displayed. It was as if my own family owned the place. It is without a doubt the only place I will ever stay when visiting Sarajevo.

I booked this hotel thinking it would be quiet at night. Unfortunately, despite my room being located on the 14th floor, the thumping music outside which started around 9 pm and lasted until 3 am. We requested a room change but we were informed the hotel was fully booked by the manager, yet there was online availability. Even our cancellation request was denied. In this regard the manager was not helpful at all. Definitely, we would not use this hotel again.

Outstanding Hotel, one of the best actually that I have stayed in Sarajevo. Conveniently located right in the shopping center access to Sarajevo City Center. Hasan who works at the reception has not only provided the best service but always went above and beyond to ensure we have wjat we needed. One example was when we were trying to find taxi to attend Severina Concert. He immediately ensured taxi was available while we were waiting in the lobby. Thank you Hasan for all of your outstanding service, professionalism, during our stay here.

Good choice for Sarajevo.. Walking distance (15 min) from the old city where you can find many restaurants coffee shops bars etc.. The hotel is attached to sizeable shopping mall.

The good: our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The service at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of options. The bad: there is no alcohol served in the hotel. No lounge bar, nothing, as well as very few options anywhere around the hotel. Even dining options are limited. The no alcohol policy is nowhere stated on the website. It is also far away from the main attractions of Sarajevo. It is close to a mall, but we didn’t come to Sarajevo to go to a mall. Lastly, the restaurant for dinner is terrible and there are very few options around the hotel. The two nights we were there, there was only one other table occupied and our food still took forever and was served cold. My brother’s chair broke when he went to get up from the table and he is not a large man. (175 lbs). Not one apology or question whether he was ok.

Nydelig hotel i et fint område med masse shoppingmuligheter og transportmuligheter rett utenfor bygget. Du kommer deg lett til alle steder herfra. Bassenget inne har en tid kun for kvinner hver dag, et fint spa område og en kjempefin restaurant. Fra hotellet kommer du lett også inn til shoppingsenteret uten å gå ut. Bra parkering. Frokosten er fem stjerners og servicen ytes maks av alle ansatte. Dette var en herlig opplevelse!

The hotel is newly built and very clean. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about their breakfast menu which was amazing. There is a mall, which is connected with the hotel, so if you just want to spend some time outside your room, or try a variety of different foods or beverages you can always do so. Transport is easily available. Two times, we called a cab from the hotel, and it arrived within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

Really spacious and nice rooms with fantastic windows. Overall very happy with the room even though small details could be better. However, the breakfast was terrible and not worthy a 5 star hotel which ruined the overall experience of the hotel. We were there at 9am and breakfast closed at 10.30 so still plenty of time left of the breakfast but we arrived to a chaos. Half of the plates with dishes were empty and the other half were almost empty. No one bothered to refill it and no one bothered to clean up the mess people have made. There were food all over the floor and on the counter. The eggs were all chrushed. It looked like my 2-year old daughters pre school had been there before us.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt in einem Einkaufszentrum. Die grösse der Zimmer genial gross. Das Bett bequem, nur die Kissen sind sehr flach und hart. Fernsehen kann man nur ARD und ZDF, was sehr schade für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich, nur weiches Brot, kein Frischkäse, kein Brie, kein Hüttenkäse, kein poached Egg, nur extrem fettig zubereitete Eier. Wir haben uns eigentlich immer aufs Frühstück gefeut, aber in dem Hotel nicht.

Everything was very good, high standards, except for the restaurant. The personal at the reception was educated, very helpful and with a very good knowledge of English unlike all the places around the city. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect, delicious, with good variety. But NOT the other meals. We visited twice for the evening meal, both times food was not acceptable. The meat ( grilled and fried) was cold, overcooked and not soft, we left half untouched, really shock for such a place. Also take in mind that this hotel and a big market in the attached shopping mall DO NOT have any alcohol, so we had to celebrate New Year without champagne!! it should be mentioned by the hotel before so people can book the restaurant outside🙁. Instead of a pleasant celebration in a hotel we had a terrible meal without a glass of wine. But the general opinion of the hotel was very positive we can definitely recommend it!

This is a fairly new hotel outside of old town. We were happy with the staff who are very friendly and helpful. It is not really walking distance to old town but taxis are very inexpensive and we did take the local trolley which was fun. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of fruit, cheeses, breads and cooked to order eggs. It was not a problem but be aware this is a alcohol free hotel. We would stay here again if we ever return to Sarajevo.

Fint och rymligt rum. Smidigt med taxitransfer via hotellet även om det var överpris. För att vara 5stjärnigt hade jag hoppats på pannkakor eller våfflor med sirap till frukost och sedan hade det även varit bra med laktosfria alternativ. Som laktosfri yoghurt. Lite jobbigt med kuddarna i rummet. Hamnade för lågt ner om jag bara sov på ena men använde jag båda hamnade man för långt upp. Bortsett från det tyckte jag absolut att det var ett bra hotell. Rekommenderar att gå till Baščaršija då jag kände att det var det riktiga centrumet och att hotellet var kanske inte mitt i smeten som jag hade hoppats.

One of the worst 5-star hotels in the world, no greeter at front entrance, long delays for service, suite not in the best shape, decor items worn, turkish sauna (hamam) doesn't resemble actual hamams, hot spa was closed, pool water was pretty cold, many TV channels didn't work with bad or no signal. On the upside, the included breakfast was great.
One of the worst 5-star hotels in the world, no greeter at front entrance, long delays for service, suite not in the best shape, decor items worn, turkish sauna (hamam) doesn't resemble actual hamams, hot spa was closed, pool water was pretty cold, many TV channels didn't work with bad or no signal. On the upside, the included breakfast was great.
