Great gym

Woke up to water leaking from room ceiling and bathroom fan. Pool closed for repairs. Breakfast not very good quality.

We loved the hotel, and the facility was very clean. Staff was exceptional, coffee and breakfast were good. I was sorely disappointed that the hot tub was broken and the pool was not heated. Therefore, it was not swimmable for our stay with grandkids.

Front desk and cleaning crew were very kind. Breakfast was great! They also have different waffle batter options (Red velvet, cinnamon roll, etc) There are shopping and restaurants close by. The pool is kind of small and could use some cleaning but other than that it was a nice stay for 5 days.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! We made good use of the gym, which was very well equipped and clean.

In general the room and the hotel were beautiful and the breakfast was better than most hotels of this calibre. The maintenance was lacking, our room toilet ran the whole time, the night light was not working, the piece that holds the glass shower door on track was broken so high risk of door breaking, the hot tub was out of order, the door to the pool didnt work so if you went out to see the pool you were locked out and had to walk around the building to get back in. The front desk was often busy talking on personal phone calls.

It would have been nice if both elevators were working, but otherwise it was a good stay.

I wish they had an outdoor sitting area to meet with friends or business associates. Hot tub was bricked over. They just didn't really have any amenities

The hotel was clean and comfortable however the pool and hot tub was not working which is why we booked this hotel.

Mixed Experience with Outstanding Staff The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Their welcoming attitude and friendliness stood out as exceptional, proving that good hospitality still exists even when other aspects fall short. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern throughout the facility. The bathroom door in our room was particularly dirty, and we even found a used dental floss pick on the bathroom floor – an unacceptable oversight in room preparation. A thorough deep cleaning of the entire facility is urgently needed to meet basic hospitality standards. I reserved hotel ahead of time,when i arrive to check in they didnt provide me with the room of my choice because it wasnt clean and all i got was the housekeeping lady has left for the day and was given another room that looked put together but not cleaned It was an wheelchair accessible room restroom look like it wasnt broomed or mopped there was a dead lizard on the floor, and when using the shower the watter didnt go down the drain it just spread around the restroom

We stayed here multiple nights. Great breakfast, and very clean

While the main lobby area was nice, my room was not super clean and the bathroom fixtures were coming apart. Some of the plugs didn’t work and the fridge didn’t stay cool enough for my food items.

The room had cockroaches in the bath tub. Light in room had no bulb. Dirty room overall.. disappointed Karen kyte

After check-in, the room was found to have not been cleaned up yet. Front desk staff was not nice too. Then, I was arranged to another room, less priced one. No refund was given on the difference. Completely dissatified!!!

Friendly staff, lots of open parking. Room was clean. Lots of dinning options around the area. Felt very comfortable staying here, would recommend. Only thing is, the walls are a little thin.

This is a very nice property, not the GREATEST, but definitely comfortable and very reasonably priced. Check-in was pretty easy. Lady at the front was pretty nice, she got me set up fairly quickly. So my likes personally was the bed, it was very comfortable, the room was huge, the TV was big, and it was pretty quiet. Dislikes weren’t too major, however, the Internet totally sucks, being a gamer, I’m very big on hotels, having strong Wi-Fi, not only can I not connect my game, but I couldn’t connect my phone to the Internet either. But granted, I was already sleepy, so I didn’t bother me much, as I work on the road and it can be draining. Breakfast was meh, nothing really stellar about it, the biscuits were soft. The juice was really watered down, but decent. It’s gonna be a typical breakfast when you go to a hotel, for the price, I think it was a great stay, and the only thing stopping it from being a perfect day was definitely the Internet. I would stay here again if I needed a big room, though

Not so good. When we went to our room there was someone in there and the front desk said it was thw very last room. They magically found another room an hour or so later and we were able to sleep there. But looking around the place wasnt very clean (trash and an Uno card behind the bed, hair in the shower, tp pieces on the floor in the bathroom) the charging ports didnt work. The lady at the front desk had zero empathy for it being late and my kids being tired.

No water pressure in the shower. Shower doors wouldnt stay shut. Bed VERY uncomfortable with HUGE dip in middle. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. No way to do laundry on site. You get the bare minimum in this clean hotel.

My only complaint was the beds. They definitely need to be replaced with new, comfortable beds.

Everything is very nice! Nice check in, elevators were clean and quiet. Only cardboard cups and only 3. The remote didn’t have a cover over batteries. Wish there was an exhaust fan in bathroom for shower. Speaking of shower…wonderful!! Lots of space in the room and bed is very comfortable.

Other than some noise from other rooms, which is to be expected, the stay was great! My rooms TV was not directly in front of the bed, so it was odd, but definitely worth it all around

Dawn (breakfast manager) did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. I’ve had hot breakfasts at several hotels throughout my lifetime, but this one was the best. The eggs were delicious, the gravy was perfect, and Dawn went out of her way to ensure me and my family were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. Chelsea (front desk), also made us feel welcomed when we arrived and did a wonderful job taking care of us.

Amazing service

Excellent hotel in this area. There are multiple shopping and dining areas right next to the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly.

The property was clean and breakfast was good with a very helpful service. However reception was clearly short staffed. We had to ask multiple times for towels for both of our rooms.

My second day there the card keys not working and the front desk she try to fixed or open my room to get my stuff and move me to another room there’s no Technical And she called the general manager he arrived after I been waiting 3 hours at the lobby I didn’t get my medicine on time because of that and I being late for my plane the other day

I didn’t like the hotel’s room cleaning” policy! We had to beg the front desk staff to clean our room the second day of our stay!!! He said he would try to see if the cleaning crew was still available to do it! This was really frustrating for us! Other than that we had a great time in the area. But unfortunately we will not be back because of the experience of the room cleaning!!

After approaching the. Heck in desk, it took about 29 minutes for me to get a key card and go to my room. After asking why it was taken so long ( the attendant had made multiple trips up the elevator to “check rooms” I was given attitude and a dirty look. Didn’t even want to tell me what room number I was in after giving me the key card. Most unprofessional hotel greeting I’ve ever experienced.

Rudy their manager does everyone, vacuums, tends to hotel guest, the staff was friendly and offered suggestions on places to have dinners and giving direction just an overall great experience, I will go back to this property when I visit Plano Tx again - Thank You

No Wi-Fi or tv service during stay. Front desk Emily was rude. Night shift manager had her kids at the front desk. Overall unprofessional. Won’t be staying at a Hampton

Nice common areas. Rooms are well appointed. Plenty of eateries around. Little hard to get to. Watch for those turns carefully.

Motel was decent with the exception of homeless people milling around outside. One even dropped her drawers and took a leak. Told the clerk they didn't seem to concerned. Room smelt musty and whoever's idea it was to have feather pillows made a horrible decision. Overall a decent stay just nothing to rave about. The one thing that I did think was supper sweet was the gift bag for our dog. That made us feel they were truly pet friendly.

The staff was great and I enjoyed interacting with them. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I only have two negative comments; the rooms are only cleaned every other day if staying more than one day. The shower water pressure was very low; on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, the pressure was about 3.5, making it difficult to get the soap off oneself once applied. The staff was aware that some rooms were like this, but not all rooms. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was very good. It would have been nice if breakfast items were available during the entire breakfast serving time. I entered the breakfast area 30 minutes before closing and the eggs, sausage and potatoes were all but gone. I asked if more was available and was informed, no.

the hotel had good amenities. But the staff was very rude and that is not good for the hotel. Especially the kitchen staff that day did not provide many of the food. Some of the dishes were empty and when asked to fill it in he would turn his face and walk away. his behavior is not good for the service the hotel is providing.

This was a fantastic stay and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great and staff was very professional...As a frequent weekend visitor of Dallas, this hotel has become my Hotel of choice...
