Adventure Hostel Interlaken – Policies & Conditions Cancellation: Free of charge if cancelled up to 5 days before arrival. After that, the full amount is due. Check-in / Check-out: • Self check-in. Reception is open 07:30–12:00 (hours can vary in low season). There is no afternoon reception. • For arrivals after 12:00 you'll receive self check-in instructions and an envelope/code with your name and room details – please share your approximate arrival time with us. • Check-out until 10:00. If you check out before reception opens, please leave the key in the room and make sure everything is paid the evening before. Payment on arrival: cash (CHF or EUR), credit cards (Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners Club/Discover, UnionPay, JCB), Twint, Alipay, Apple Pay, and debit cards (V Pay, Maestro). Good to know: • Breakfast included. • Tourist tax not included: CHF 3.50 per person per night for guests aged 16 and older. • No curfew. • Non-smoking indoors (garden and outdoor areas only). • Towels are included in all rooms, dorms too. • Children are welcome in private rooms when accompanied by a parent or guardian (children up to 3 stay free if sharing their parents' bed). Guests under 16 are not allowed in dorm rooms.
