O hotel é super exclusivo, com bangalôs confortáveis e agradáveis, a comida muito gostosa, café da manhã a lá carte e o atendimento impecável. A única coisa que achei de ponto negativo é a piscina não ser aquecida, estamos em um clima que chega a -5 a noite, não faz sentido ter piscina e não ser aquecida, tirei um dia de descanso pensando em aproveitar a piscina porém é impossível.

O hotel é super exclusivo, com bangalôs confortáveis e agradáveis, a comida muito gostosa, café da manhã a lá carte e o atendimento impecável. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war begrenzt. Das Abendessen war nicht so gut, dafür aber sehr teuer. Der Parkplatz war sehr klein.

O hotel é super bem localizado, o atendimento é muito bom, a decoracao é de bom gosto. O restaurante pode melhorar, experimentamos e nao deu vontade de repetir. O espaço da piscina é bonito, mas a água é escura e gelada, não convida.

Excelente experiência, rústica e moderna ao mesmo tempo. Hotel muito acolhedor, no centro de São Pedro de Atacama Acomodação tipo cabana, muito confortável, Banheiro espaçoso e bem equipado Staffs muitos gentis, com vários itens de cortesia como café da tarde e box lunch nos dias de passeios; água potável também. Café da manhã bastante variado Espaço para descanso e desfrute do sol e piscina muito aconchegantes Refeições disponíveis a bom custo

We really enjoyed this nice small hotel oasis. The staff was very friendly and we loved our little yurt. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to San Pedro. Parking as they say is very limited.

Hotel excelente. Confortável, silencioso, quarto amplo e bonito, cama gostosa. O hotel tem vários espaços aconchegantes, especialmente na frente dos quartos. Superou a expectativa inicial. Tudo que pedimos foi prontamente atendido. A localização é excelente pois fica na rua principal da cidade. É possível ir facilmente a pé até as agências de viagem para os passeios. A única ressalva é para a piscina, que poderia ter água aquecida, não conseguimos entrar pela temperatura da água

Beautiful property and service was top notch. Each room is a stand alone unit. Was able to park my car on site. When we left early to see the geysers, the hotel provided a very nice boxed breakfast. One thing to note is that the pool is not heated so not usable in the colder months. On-site restaurant for days when we didn’t feel like leaving the property for dinner

Outstanding service. Great location in town on the main street with loads of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Super clean and absolutely beautiful place. Stunning round rooms tastefully decorated in traditional style using natural local materials. Really nice, high quality bed linen, lovely soft towels and bath robe. High quality toiletries. So many little touches and all little details have been thought of that it makes this place to stand out. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices. It is served to you and it is beautifully presented. The hotel has a small car park, which I don't think was mentioned anywhere in the hotel facilities. This was the best hotel we stayed in in Chile and the highlight of our trip! And we did stay in a few 5 star hotels during our 3 weeks trip. I wish I could have stayed longer. I can not recommend it highly enough!

Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Alem do quarto ser incrível e muito aconchegante, todo time de prestadores de serviço, desde a recepção, até o time de limpeza e restaurantes, estão de parabéns pela cordialidade e pela atenção que nos deram. Os mimos oferecidos pelo hotel, desde garrafas de agua ate presente surpresa ao final da estadia, deram toque especial. A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto de todas agências de passeios, e localizada na principal rua da cidade. Recomendo muito!!

Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Maravilhosos! O atendimento é IMPECÁVEL! todos muito atenciosos, sempre preocupados com nosso bem estar!! Até mesmo antes da nossa chegada sempre nos mandando mensagens pelo WhatsApp para obter informações para melhor nos atender. A maioria dos passeios em San Pedro do Atacama, são tudo na parte da manhã, então eles disponibilizam café da manhã em um Kit para você levar para o passeio! Todos os dias de tarde uma funcionária bate na porta perguntando se precisamos de algo e nós deixam um chocolatinho! Na última diária até nos deixaram um “regalo” ( conforme foto), uma gracinha!! Infelizmente acabei esquecendo um item meu no quarto, e eles super atenciosos me mandaram uma mensagem no WhatsApp informando o item esquecido e se disponibilizando para enviar para o Brasil caso quisesse! Quarto, limpo, lindo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom, sem contar a localização que está ótima, pois eesta no coração da cidade!

Eu e meu marido fomos em lua de mel, ganhamos presente por isso. Quartos lindos e arrumados em vários períodos do dia. Ótima estrutura. Restaurante excelente, café da manhã impecável incluso. Hotel fica na rua rua principal, fizemos tudo a pé. Melhor hotel da cidade com certeza

Loved it! Amazing staff and beautiful boutique hotel with the best location. Only gripe was internet was extremely slow and intermittent at times— other than that small detail the property is perfect for anyone looking for R&R in between adventures in San Pedro de Atacama! Pricey, but worth it.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto super espaçoso e confortável. O atendimento de todos muito cordial. Café da manhã muito bom e restaurante ótimo. Estrutura do hotel completa. É uma ótima escolha para quem quer estar no Atacama em uma boa localização e com estrutura.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft! Die Zimmer als einzelne Hütten sind schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten viel Platz. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht und ruhig - eine kleine Oase. Der Service ist extrem zuvorkommend und höflich! Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet auch wirklich fantastisches Essen an - besonders zu hervorheben das Frühstück à la carte! Das Resort setzt an vielen Punkten auf Nachhaltigkeit. Wirklich rundum perfekt und absolut zu empfehlen…

L’accueil et le dévouement du personnel étaient hors de l’ordinaire. Allant de ll’aide pour l’achat de billets de visite à dresser une table dans notre chambre, tard en soirée (parce qu’il avait plu et que le plancher du restaurant était inondé) ou encore de garder notre auto et nos bagages pendant que nous faisions une excursion de quatre jours en Bolivie, sans compter la qualité de la nourriture servie. Bref, absolument formidable!

L’accueil et le dévouement du personnel étaient hors de l’ordinaire. Allant de ll’aide pour l’achat de billets de visite à dresser une table dans notre chambre, tard en soirée (parce qu’il avait plu et que le plancher du restaurant était inondé) ou encore de garder notre auto et nos bagages pendant que nous faisions une excursion de quatre jours en Bolivie, sans compter la qualité de la nourriture servie. A maioria dos passeios em San Pedro do Atacama, são tudo na parte da manhã, então eles disponibilizam café da manhã em um Kit para você levar para o passeio! Todos os dias de tarde uma funcionária bate na porta perguntando se precisamos de algo e nós deixam um chocolatinho! Na última diária até nos deixaram um “regalo” ( conforme foto), uma gracinha!! Infelizmente acabei esquecendo um item meu no quarto, e eles super atenciosos me mandaram uma mensagem no WhatsApp informando o item esquecido e se disponibilizando para enviar para o Brasil caso quisesse! Quarto, limpo, lindo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom, sem contar a localização que está ótima, pois eesta no coração da cidade!

Great find! An oasis in San Pedro. If you are planning any group excursions to geysers, salt flats, etc, it’s really convenient to be dropped off at your hotel. Easy walk to the town’s main street amenities. Staff are really kind and thoughtful, rooms are comfy and quiet, and the whole place has a friendly, calm vibe. Highly recommend!

We looked at far more expensive, all-inclusive accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama before discovering Hotel Desertica. What a find! They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This was a late-autumn visit, so we did not swim -- but it was lovely to sit by the pool and soak in the sun for a few hours here and there. They are super-well located, just steps to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Hotel excelente. Confortável, silencioso, quarto amplo e bonito, cama gostosa. O hotel tem vários espaços aconchegantes, especialmente na frente dos quartos. Superou a expectativa inicial. Tudo que pedimos foi prontamente atendido. A localização é excelente pois fica na rua principal da cidade. É possível ir facilmente a pé até as agências de viagem para os passeios. A única ressalva é para a piscina, que poderia ter água aquecida, não conseguimos entrar pela temperatura da água

The property is centrally located but also wonderfully quiet, with each room being a distinct and beautifully set up building. O hotel é super exclusivo, com bangalôs confortáveis e agradáveis, a comida muito gostosa, café da manhã a lá carte e o atendimento impecável. A única coisa que achei de ponto negativo é a piscina não ser aquecida, estamos em um clima que chega a -5 a noite, não faz sentido ter piscina e não ser aquecida, tirei um dia de descanso pensando em aproveitar a piscina porém é impossível.

O hotel é super exclusivo, com bangalôs confortáveis e agradáveis, a comida muito gostosa, café da manhã a lá carte e o atendimento impecável. Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet auch wirklich fantastisches Essen an - besonders zu hervorheben das Frühstück à la carte! Das Resort setzt an vielen Punkten auf Nachhaltigkeit. Wirklich rundum perfekt und absolut zu empfehlen…

Nossa experiência no Desertica foi simplesmente encantadora! ✨ A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, sempre verificando se precisávamos de algo e nos mimando em todos os detalhes. Wonderfully designed property and the rooms were beautiful. Just be aware though, not all premium rooms have a fireplace - the room we were originally given just had two standard radiators instead of a fire. When we complained, we were given a premium room with a fire and much nicer design (suspect it was actually a standard room we were originally given, but website does say some don't have fireplaces)

Hotel Desertica blends a prime location, a stellar team, and refined rooms. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and invaluable. They recommended great tour agencies ahead of time and even saved me from a travel disaster. When I left my passport in my room safe, staff orchestrated a courier to drive it over an hour away to the Calama airport, getting it to me 30 mins after I arrived! It cost 90,000 CLP in cash—a bargain to save my trip. Truly heroic service. Situated right on Caracoles, the heart of the old town, it’s an easy stroll to restaurants and tour operators. It feels very secure and peaceful; a solid adobe wall blocks street noise, and a front gate closes at 10 PM (guests get keys). As I was in Room 1 near the front, I occasionally heard voices/suitcases, but earplugs easily fix that. The made-to-order breakfast is excellent, far better than a standard buffet. Rooms are unique, yurt-like spaces kept immaculate by twice-daily housekeeping, with plentiful filtered water provided. Constructive feedback for winter (June) travelers: Rooms have no A/C (just a fan); while fine for June, my winter timing didn't reveal if this becomes an issue in summer. The evening heat can be quirky: it was 16.8°C after a late tour and struggled to reach my set 21°C. Improving shower drainage/tiling and adding a hot tub for chilly winter nights would take this hotel from great to outstanding. Highly recommended!
