Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations.

This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.

Julie and Brad were great hosts. We didn’t know where to go when we got there but on the south west side of the house there is a driveway and parking spots available for guests. When we got there we figured out that it wasn’t a full kitchen in the space but they were very accommodating and actually made the breakfast that we had planned and brought for us. Super nice super accommodating. Pleasantly surprised with the pool table and all amenities. We will be booking this again in the future.
