We arrived for Christmas and the house was warm and welcoming. The owners had put up a decorated Christmas tree. Cottage in a lovely location surrounded by scenic Yorkshire countryside.The cottage was spacious and well equipped. There are three bathrooms which worked well with our group of five.There were new baking trays which made cooking our Christmas dinner a great success.We would definitely book this cottage again. The local shop and pub just a 20 minute walk away. The Spar is an excellent local shop.A longer but enjoyable walk takes you to the lovely village of Grassington

Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... Not what we expected when we booked a quiet weekend break

Located in Skipton, this cottage is in a rural area. Kilnsey Park Estate and Parcevall Hall Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway and Hesketh Farm Park. Pateley Bridge Leisure and Wellbeing Hub and Thornton Hall Farm Country Park are also worth visiting.
