Hallway’s were clean. But elevator was not

Hot water took very long time to get even warm on 3rd floor. Pool closed at 9pm should be 10 or 11pm.

Bath not too clean, grey water at first. Hottub needs fixing, both the jets and finish.

Parking not the best

Great views and clean rooms. The elevator was not working properly.

Staff very knowledgeable and accomodating. Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Great location for restaurants, and shopping.very large parking lot.

I liked that they tried with a gym but bit was so small and if i saw someone else working out in there I feel like it would be cramped, and the hot tub didn’t even work

I always book thier king efficiency rooms, i really like them. They are nice and spacious and the beds are comfy. The hottub and pool area is nice but closes by 9pm which i feel is a bit early if you've gone out for supper. People always compmain about the breakfast at the hotel but i always like to go down the block and have breakfast at Ricky's, its great

Hot tub did not work. Pool area was way too loud for the amount of people in the pool. An update to the pool area could help with acoustics. No towels and no place to sit or put your stuff. Plug-in beside the bed did not work. Shower area very short for a tall person. Shower head needs to be replaced.

Our stay was below average unfortunately. We arrived to sheets that had stains on them. We asked the staff to change them while we were out for the evening. We arrived back to our room after 7 hours and our sheets had not been changed. We called the front desk who delivered sheets that were too small. The shower head and bath tiles were dirty. It’s a good location, but I would not necessarily recommend.

Yes, the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Where did they hid the body?… I found several blood stains in my room 111 and receptionist and general manager did nothing to resolve it, not even a call or email back. I’m not the type of person to complain, but something needs to be said about this hotel… My stay at Wyndham Hotel was HORRENDOUS. Sorry for the lengthly message, but you will want to read it all. I was woken up at 230AM by an alarm, I decided to have a bath to relax and try to get back to bed. After drying my face off with a “clean” face cloth, I noticed several blood stains on it… I looked all over myself for a cut; this was not my blood… I was absolutely disgusted I had just washed my face with it. As a building inspector, this got me on edge… I looked at the bed and found more blood on the underskirt, bed liner and sheets. I removed the sheets and found a pile of peanuts on the middle of the mattress… I went to the front desk to say something; the receptionist asked if I wanted a new towel, not a different room or refund or anything, but a new towel. I was frustrated, so I told the receptionist that I would be back in 5-10 minutes to have a cigarette and calm down. By the time I got back, the receptionist was not there and the doors were locked… I knocked continuously for about 20mins and then curled up into a ball outside the lobby doors. The receptionist eventually came back and opened the door, he said he could not hear my knocking because he was playing music in the back. GM will not respond.

Do your self a favour and avoid at all costs. It may be cheap, but there is a reason! Check out the google reviews... EXTREMELY POOR HOUSEKEEPING!! The best way I can describe this hotel is a pig with lipstick. The check-in process was fine, we were assigned room 108 and 110. After entering my room (108) , everything looked fine at first aside from a faint smell of cigarette smoke. I showered and noticed hairs in various locations of the bathroom. After that I went looking and found the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. There was some splatter on the upper rear of the bowl. Gross. I checked the beds, BOTH beds in the room had hairs in them! One bed had what appeared to be dried blood stains and the other had some discoloration on the sheets. I then found a bunch of candy wrappers in between the night table and one of the beds. The carpet in the room was also kind of grungy, it just felt "lived in". Now onto Room 110. Similar story, both beds dirty sheets, garbage under the beds and beside the night table. Additionally there was a pill on the floor and bits of bacon. We ended up walking out and complaining to expedia, they called the hotel and checked us out and tried reverse the charges for the rooms. Ultimately the hotel kept our money for both rooms x 5 nights. I got robbed by this hotel, we didn't even stay a single night. The hotel did offer to move us for the night and clean the rooms, but after all this and the other issues not mentioned, I had zero trust

We stayed in a suite and found the room to be damp and musty. The couch had some stains on it which made it less than comfy to sit and relax on.

Rundown . A bit dirty

The bathtub had plug down. Tub creases full of dirt. People shouting on a Sunday night. Puke on exit stairs on a Monday morning. Desk clerk must be a family business she had no cares.

I felt that overall the property could use more cleaning. I found the common areas to be a bit unkempt. Also, in the room, a light bulb was out and the shower curtain was torn. I plug from drain in the sink was missing and smelled musty. The AC was also very noisy in the room and did not shut off at all unless turned off.

Room charge was $90 yet somehow this hotel charges $25 per dog per night! Shower was dirty with dust and hair in it on arrival. Outside there was garbage, cigarette butts, and discarded food.

You get what you pay for… although I DO expect the room to be clean. There was sticky stuff all over the bedside tables, the bathroom tub was DISGUSTING. Black and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was also hair in the tub. I have a 7 month old infant, so I wanted to bath them. Tried cleaning it myself but gave up as it still felt dirty and just showered with him. Also: the tub didn’t drain well so as you shower, you just end up standing in your own water.

It was quiet. That's what I like. The room needs a bit of maintenance

Good for price as we stayed there before. Would stay again. Rooms a bit dark and needs more plug ins.

Bed was not clean. Stain on sheets and hairs. Staff rectified by changing bedding ehile i stepped out for dinner. Rooms were dated and furniture is worn but the Rates were low.

The hotel is old with old furniyure in room and noisy air conditioner, had to ask for plunger, the toilet plugged with just toilet paper, a cheap stay for one night though

Bed and pillows were very comfotable. The air conditioner was a bit noicey.

It was a good stay for the price. Our room was very spacious.

Only complaint the shower head is to low in the bathroom

Room was clean and well looked after. Water pressure was astonishingly poor. When you want a good shower, this isn't the place. Otherwise, satisfied with my stay.

Night time is noisy

Did pre check in to save time. Front desk had no clue. Took 3 times longer than normal to check in. Morning there seemed to be only 1 person on staff in the entire hotel. Breakfast was empty & just terrible. Nobody working the front desk.

I was happy with this property in terms of cleanliness, good rooms and good price but I will not be staying here again. I was here last week for work. I work 18 hour days in concerts and work very late. I requested a late check out that was approved and confirmed as I needed to drive the next day and needed sleep. During the confirmed and approved check out time of 1:00 pm, I was woken up 3 times by housekeeping knocking between 11:00 and 1:00. (I had the do not disturb sign on too) I confirmed with the front desk my late check out and even after that they knocked again, I even put a handwritten note on my door. I could not get back to sleep and drove very exhausted and unsafe. I had this same hotel booked again for work this week and explained to them how this cannot happen again, I work late and need the sleep to drive. They triple confirmed a noon checkout and told me it won’t happen. At 11:04, again with the do not disturb sign on and confirmed with the desk I can leave at noon, I was once again woken up by heavy knocking from housekeeping. It might not seem like a big deal but I assure you an extra hour of sleep after an 18 hour day makes a huge difference. I was so startled and then quite annoyed this happened again within a week I was completely unable to fall back asleep. Beyond this the hotel was great but after doing everything on my part for this and told again and and again it won’t be an issue, the fact that it was one was unacceptable.

Let’s start with the fact that I’ve stayed at this property NUMEROUS times!!!! I’m in their system!!! Check out time is 11 AM. At exactly 10 55, Hotel staff started banging on my door loudly. They would not stop. I opened the door at exactly 1059 am… Only to see some horrible little man pissed off that I had not left yet…even though checkout had not occurred yet!!!!!!’ Television did NOT WORK!!! Nor did the fireplace! This was their “upgraded suite”! HORRIBLE PROPERTY!!!!! NO APOLOGY!!!! No reward for staying at this property and being a loyal customer. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was pleasant and helpful was a good 2 days

It was fine. Took a deposit For damages which I understand. But it’s been 2 weeks and haven’t been reimbursed. People want their $$ back after

Good place to overnight in Comfortable clean a quiet. Not impressed with the restaurant/bar. Nice people but the “bar” is just a corner of the dining room and the menu is not North American and the restaurant doesn’t have a relationship with the hotel aside from the space it uses. (Can not charge to room)

Fairly clean. Staff was comfortable to deal with. Located just off the highway . It would be nice to have more for restaurants and food options.

I stayed for 3 nights. The property is somewhat dated and feels it just about everywhere. Staff at thd front desk were helpful but not that outgoing and friendly. The intersection to access the hotel is a weird and busy one that can result in long wait times to get in and out of the parking lot.

This hotel, he was right across the street from the hospital. However, you have to walk up a block to do the crossover if you were walking. It was easy to get to from the hospital and easy to get back from visits. I'd recommend anybody to stay there who is especially looking for rooms? If they're/ love ones staying at the hospital.

Convenient location

Easy access near highway. “Free” breakfast was a mediocre offering of cold cereal & milk, lukewarm scrambled eggs/sausage/cubes hash browns, eating area was messy, out of coffee 1/2 before the end of the “breakfast” period. Overall a disagreeable experience

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast

Nice quite rooms as well as very clean. Coffee machine in room and supplied with coffee and tea. Very friendly staff. Lots of parking with many block heater outlets. Very nice India cuisine restaurant with your choice of 'hot level' food and a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a water fountain when you walk in 😍 Easy check in, comfortable bed with lots of pillows 😀 , clean sheets, complimentary breakfast had lots of options my fav was the make your own waffle so yummy and easy to make took 3 minutes, easy check out. Will be staying there again next trip to Medicine Hat.

Namaste restaurant is excellent & highly recommended!

Namaste (Indian restaurant) is a new dining facility with amazing food attached to the hotel. New/ modern hotel with a nice water feature in the lobby.

Breakfast was terrible. Cold. Never enough food each morning.

The room was great. Unfortunately the continental breakfast was terrible. No coffee, no fruit, the eggs and sausage were not good. Tiny little muffins. It definitely could use improvement.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it never disappointed us. We were going to Banff, and this hotel is always our choice to stay before continuing the long drive. The staff was nice, checking in was easy. The room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean as well. I only wish for more breakfast options, but other than that, we were satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend.
