Charming Penthouse

The apartment was great and the views were beyond words. Deniz was prompt with any answers to questions and was super friendly. If we ever make it back to this region we will no doubt stay here again.

The location of of the property was perfect. It is located next to a bus stop so it was easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants, and the train station/ nearby gondola. The property had all the basic necessities one could need in a vacation rental. I did experience two issues regarding no hot water one of the nights and temp inside the property was a little too warm for me and I was unable to change it. When I addressed it with the owner after our stay, she checked into it and found no issues on her end so I can’t really say of it was a one off or not. I wish communication turn around time could have been better, but altogether, we really enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen.

Very surprised at the beautiful scenery. It was a great location and I would stay here again.

Perfect for our six adults. Easy walk to town/train and bus stop is right outside the door. We hosted a few dinners and a good time was had by all. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen, and this property was a wonderful choice for our group of three couples. The location is excellent—just steps from the bus stop and with a lovely trail that leads directly into town.A few areas could use improvement. The mattresses, particularly in the loft, were quite uncomfortable, and the ones in the bedrooms felt close to worn out. The pillows were also very flat, so having fresher or more supportive options would make a big difference. The coffee maker leaked, which created a mess on the counter each time we tried to use it, though the French press was a good backup.Aside from these points, everything else about the house was absolutely wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there.Juliet is extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay at this property again.
