Blue Ocean Villa Maspalomas

June 2026 - just got back from our weeks stay - I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves one! It was AMAZING. Clean, very well serviced and the location was insane. The perfect base to explore Maspalomas and all it has to offer - or be lazy and sit on the balcony watching the world go by... cant wait to re-book next year;-) Everyone we had contact with were polite, responsive and very helpful. Shout out to Ani who checked us in - she was amazing. We arranged our transfers through the villa booking team who were also so helpful. Couldn't have asked for more...except maybe another week there;-)

👍 muy buena ubicación. Inmejorable. Buen detalle del desayuno para el primer día y tambien se agradece tdo el material de limpieza proporcionado para nuestra estancia (balletas, trapos, antimosquitios etc) 👎 ciertas cosas de la casa no tenían un buen mantenimiento. El ventilador de una habitación no funcionaba, la tapa de wáter estaba suelta y algunos muebles tenían cierto desgaste o manchas. La ropa de cama y toallas muy mejorables.

This place is really quite special; probably one of the best in all of Maspalomas for our group. On the beach, close to restaurants and stores, beautiful setting, kitchen is well-equipped (we cooked a couple meals as a group of 5), very nice gym was close by, lots of space to relax and converse (shaded and in the sun), and having en suite bathrooms with every room is always nice. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gran Canaria!

We loved our stay at the blue ocean villa. The view from the first floor living area is excellent. From the balcony you have lovely views of the beach and watching the sun rise over the sand dune is stunning. From the pool area you have direct access to the beach with shops and restaurants only a short walk along the promenade. The villa has 2 kitchen areas with the first floor being very well equipped you have every utensils and gadgets however the ground floor kitchen has nothing. On our arrival the host greeting was very well organized with great communication starting the day before we traveled. The welcome hamper of coffee waters bread cheese and ham was a lovely surprise. I do need to point out the ground floor living area has very low roof beams anybody over 5foot 9 will need to duck, my son did bump his head on a couple of occasions. we spent the majority of our holiday on the first floor so this didn’t impact our stay. Several time though out the holiday we lost water pressure and had to delay our shower for around an hour. These minor issues hasn’t impacted our holiday I would definitely stay again
