Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Quelle fabuleuse semaine passée dans cet hôtel, le service est de qualité, le personnel aux petits soins avec les clients. C'est un hôtel magique, calme, prestigieux, je recommande à tous les couples qui veulent se reposer dans un cadre idyllique.

The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada has beautiful pools and a lovely beachfront setting that makes the stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and truly hard‑working, which adds warmth to the experience. However, the food quality is only mediocre and doesn’t quite match the resort's label. Overall, it was an okay place to unwind, but the dining could be better.

Es war okay die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schade war das auf unserer Seite wir hatten Zimmer mit Pool Zugang der Pool nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde außer das einmal/ zweimal am Tag jemand vorbei kommt mit einem Netz um die Blätter raus zu holen ansonsten war der Pool echt eine unangenehme Brühe mit schmierigen film darauf,was man besonderes abends gesehen hat. Während die offensichtlichen Pools sehr sauber waren. Personal super nett da kann man nichts sagen. Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Was man überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann ist das Spa center am Strand da wird man richtig über den Tisch gezogen was an Betrügerei grenzt. Man zahlt viel Geld für kosmetische Behandlungen wo man letztendlich mit Herpes wieder rauskommt und das Ergebnis der Behandlung absolut nicht das ist was es sein sollte. Also da auf keinen Fall was buchen!!!

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bonito tanto de dia quanto a noite. Equipe excelente, super simpática e cordial. Achamos a comida incrível! Único ponto negativo: os drinks/cocktails nós achamos que não acompanhou o nível do hotel.
