Muito bom, recomendo

Hotel tem estrutura fantástica, piscina maravilhosa e quarto bastante confortável! Pontuaria o serviço como ponto de atenção porque tem que fazer caução no cartão ou deixar dinheiro na recepção pra poder pedir bebida e comida na piscina. Tem que ir pra piscina e levar carteira pra poder beber. Desconfortável! Também fizeram uma confusão com o café da manhã se tava incluso ou não estava já no check in. Depois se estendeu a alguém correr atrás da gente no final do café da manhã e até o check out. Confuso e não conseguem nem avaliar as reservas!

On arrival the staff that met us were friendly and efficient. The front of house staff checked us in really quickly and room allocation was done quickly. Out luggage caught us up after about 10 minutes in the room. The room gave a 'Wow' factor and it was well presented and very clean and tidy. The restaurants were very good. We used the Buffet Restaurant for Dinner and breakfast, Ocean Grill and Garden Restaurant for snacks and best of all the in house Chinese restaurant for Sunday evening dinner which was a real treat and our favoured restaurant, wish we had found it earlier. The outdoor pool looked amazing and as a swimmer I wish I had had to the time to give it a go. Staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were friendly and polite. A real credit to the hotel. We also made use of the free Colombo Tour which was excellent. Would I come back and stay again, of course I would but I am sure there are many other hotels explore. But for the price and value for money, if this is on your radar give it a go You won't regret your choice.

This is still a great hotel; however, the last two times I have stayed there, I have had trouble getting into my room before 3pm. Also, the halls outside the rooms are now reeking of cigarette smoke. I can no longer give this hotel five stars, unfortunately.

Very good I like this hotel very much
