El hotel dice que cuenta con estacionamiento disponible pero no es así, solo te recomiendan los estacionamientos públicos que están cerca. La llave del cuarto no servía y fue un relajo, al final pudimos abrir pero se atoraba cada que queríamos entrar. El día del check-out llegó la señora de limpieza a gritarnos antes de tiempo que ya nos saliéramos porque iba a limpiar. Fuera de eso, el desayuno muy rico y completo y la persona que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable.

The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been Reception only available at certain time Rooms Delux so small we could not even fit in a suitcase not good for a couple Smelly bathroom Wall dirty and the spa does not exist as “under renovation” for 300 € per night it’s not worth it at all last not least we came down the lift with rubbish bags Reduce it to max 3 stars as you don’t deserve it Sorry but it was really horrible and wish I could have gone after the arrival and not obliged to stay 3 nights

The nearest parking is 8 minutes away. You can drag your bag from the parking lot, or park illegally and hurry in and check in and hope the police have overlooked where you parked. You cannot control the AC from your room, you have to ask (I asked twice) the front desk adjust it.

The hotel is well located, has nice, relatively spacious rooms, a good breakfast and is overall good value for money. This in itself would make it worth staying there. What I cannot understand is why they advertise themselves as a spa and wellness hotel; they have no pool, massage or beautician services and the so-called “private spa” style s a small top floor apartment with a sauna, a color shower and put on a small terrace, a jacuzzi. We booked 90 minutes at EUR 29, but the sauna stopped working after 5 minutes, and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean. We tried contacting someone from the reception but as there was no answer, we simply left. We asked for a refund the next day and was told we had to write an email for the “manager to decide”. Not surprisingly, we have not heard a word until today and no refund has been received. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay in a lovely city.

Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs und haben ein Zimmer online gebucht. Hotel sieht online besser aus als in echt. Wir konnten bzw durfte die Räder nicht aufs Zimmer nehmen. Mussten sie in einen engen Raum hinter dem Lift platzieren, wo noch Gerümpel drin stand. Es wurden noch zwei weitere Räder hinein gequetscht, die zum Glück einen Ständer hatten und nicht angelehnt werden mussten. Zimmer wurde zwar renoviert, aber billig. Laminat hat schon Risse und Spalten. Sehr eng. Personal freundlich, Frühstück war ok. Lage super, mitten in der Stadt.

The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare.

To be fair the hotel is undergoing renovations. The new bathrooms are beautiful but the room is very small with a double bed in it. Not much room for a suitcase. It took me 3 tries with two different key cards to get the lights to come on. No outlets by the bed for charging. The built in lights by the bed were way too bright and the switch by the bed turned them off and the overhead light back on so not of much use. The breakfast was very nice assortment of foods. I enjoyed it. Overall a nice place to stay.

It's an ok staying for a couple of days (the breakfast was absolutely excellent), but I would not stay long. Our room was ridiculously small, the air conditioning was not working and the shower door falling apart. I'm native from Vicenza but live abroad, so I got a room here because I needed to be in the city for a couple of days, but I think the rooms are just too small and realistically the parking is expensive in the center, so if you are planning on staying longer and use it as a Base, I would go further out... The staff was lovely though and really accommodating, although they are not always onsite

Lovely hotel! The girl at the reception was well-prepared, nice and friendly. Location couldn’t be any better, in the city centre, close to piazza dei Signori and 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. Otima localização, próximo ao centro histórico, mas nao distante da estacao de trem. Chuveiiro, cama , confoto otimos , meu quarto era pequeno , mas nao comprometeu nossa permanencia de 1 noite. Leider bekamen wir nicht das 3-Bett Zimmer mit Stadtblick, wie wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen wollte man uns ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustell-Stockbett für Kinder mut Blick auf einen kleinen, unschönen Innenhof geben. Es dauerte leider 1Std, bis wir, nachdem ich mich hartnäckig beschwert hatte, ein anderes Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten bekamen. Allerdings wieder mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Als Ausgleich verlangte ich 1,5Std Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs für umsonst. Proaktiv wurde uns leider keine Entschädigung angeboten. Es war sehr stressig, vor allem für meine 73-jährige Mutter. Die Dame am Empfang war leider nicht sehr professionell und wirkte auch eher unmotiviert, die Situation zu lösen. Schade. Das Hotel an sich ist schön und ideal gelegen, das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch super. Leider entsprechen die Beschreibungen auf Expedia nur eben nicht der Realität. Für den Wellnessbereich muss man auch extra zahlen.

Lovely newly renovated hotel in the centre of Vicenza. Lovely lady greeted us when we arrived early to leave our luggage. She was lovely and very helpful as were other staff. Nice buffet breakfast.
